Conner helped to alleviate my concerns for the outcome of an MRI I had done on my cervical spine. I hadn't yet met with my doctor to discuss the results and the various descriptions preceded with "moderate" and "severe" weren't helping to relieve my anxiety any. He educated me on the terminology, used graphical software explaining the precise areas and explain what the radiologist's assessments were saying. Big relief until my doctor was able to meet with me. I had three appointments with him and found the physical manipulations/massage and exercise assignments to be super helpful in increasing range of motion, developing supportive strength and improving my posture, which will in turn strengthen my neck. He suggest I download a free app so he could update it on his end with videos of the various workouts and stretches I could perform during the week at home after trying them out with him in the gym. Any which were too difficult for me, he had a modification which could work the muscles needed. What a relief! The videos are INCREDIBLY helpful in both reminding me to do the exercises and to ensure I was maintaining proper form to prevent injury, work the appropriate area and make the most out of each movement. Due to the tingling and numbness going away (yay) I cancelled a couple appointments I had booked in advance. I may need more after some travel I will be doing this fall. Planes always seem to aggravate my neck and upper back. In the mean time, I will continue to practice the stretches and strengthening exercises Conner Naccarato assigned specifically for my needs and abilities with hopes that the plane trips won't have an adverse effect on me after all. But if they do, I know where to go now!

She was so kind, worked on it gradually, worked with me to avoid RA flares, and worked with me to gain my strength and mobility back. Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Discriminatory Treatment…read more I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding the way I was treated during my recent visit to Elite Physical Therapy. I have been a patient of your clinic for nearly 10 years, returning as needed. Over that time, I have consistently paid for services both through insurance and out-of-pocket, including recent visits where I paid approximately $120 per session and $135 for my initial evaluation. I have always met my financial obligations. During my most recent visit, I informed your office that I would be approximately 10 minutes late. Upon arrival, I was told my session would be reduced to 15 minutes, which did not work for my schedule. Despite this, I was still willing to proceed and pay any applicable fee. I was not previously informed of any $40 late or no-show fee. However, what occurred next was completely unacceptable. The moment I entered the clinic, I was not greeted professionally or addressed by name. Instead, I was immediately confronted about payment in a loud and public manner. While standing at the front desk, a staff member stated loudly, in front of other patients, "You need to pay the $40 fee before we see you." This drew unnecessary attention and caused other patients to turn and look at me. This approach was humiliating and implied that I was unwilling or unable to pay my bill, which is entirely untrue. I have never had an issue paying for services and have consistently handled payment either before or after my visits. Being addressed in this way--publicly and without discretion--was deeply disrespectful. Additionally, as a minority, the tone and manner in which I was spoken to felt discriminatory and demeaning. It created a hostile and uncomfortable environment. No patient should feel singled out or judged in this way. I also want to share that I am currently going through an extremely difficult time, having lost my wife just two months ago. I came to your clinic seeking care and support, and instead left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and emotionally distressed. When I raised my concern, I was told that the staff member "did not mean it that way." Respectfully, intent does not excuse the impact. The experience itself was inappropriate and unacceptable. After many years as a patient, I expected a higher level of professionalism, respect, and discretion. I respectfully request the following: * A formal acknowledgment of this incident * A clear explanation of your patient communication and payment policies * Assurance that staff are trained to address patients privately and respectfully * Clarification as to whether this reflects standard practice within your clinic I hope this matter is taken seriously so that no other patient has a similar experience. Sincerely, Seon Smith

I have went through two extended injury rehabs and currently about half way through the third, rotator cuff surgery, with these wonderful people. I have no regrets, and I seriously recommend you consider these professionals for your needs! Cameron, Maria, and Brittany REALLY know their stuff. Each one has been a blessing for me.

My fiancee is stationed at JBLM and needs to continue his PT. He called this place after finding this place through his insurance he gave them a call and interrogated them, which is his standard procedure. His first impression? The receptionist picked up and sounded confident, a plus in his books. Well the result of that call is that he became a patient! He has been here about 6 times. He comes in, signs in and doesn't even get a chance to sit down as they already call him in! The only person who is ever in the waiting room for more than 2 minutes is me! I've seen multiple different patients come in and they are all treated the same. The ladies are kind and courtesy and have a bond with each patient. They are even kind to me, offering me coffee on some days. And they spend about 1.5 hours with my fiancee, who is recovering from a rotator cuff surgery. They give him a heated massage in the beginning and towards the end make him do exercises in their exercise room, which has a couple of flat beds, weights, a lat pull down machine, stair stepper, treadmill and other equipment. They take therapy seriously! Parking is a breeze, restrooms don't need keys, scheduling is simple. I and he have no conplaints about this place. They even have a fresh newspaper and ample magazines! I truly hope more people come to this office. Be on the lookout for his review!

The amount of relief I got after one visit I brought my wife next time because we were both in a car accident and told her he was amazing and when she got in the car, the first thing she said is you're right, you know that never comes out very often. So that there says amazing. She got amazing. Relief to after just one visit with Ron. I look forward to seeing Ron every week and if they had a word better than amazing I would use it. you will not be disappointed in going and seeing him, I'm kind of nervous telling everybody because I don't want him to get too busy. lol but I think we should all get to experience Ron if we're in serious pain because like I said he's amazing and his personality is pretty good too. This is the worst Physical Therapy Clinic I have been to. They could never schedule me and I think…read morethe condition might have gotten worse because of the delays in between sessions. I think I have a total of 10 sessions between March and July. The first appointment I told the receptionist I had not co-pay for PT as I called my insurance company. I had an annual deductible of $39. They continued to bill me and I would ask at every appointment what they were billing me for. It ended up being an almost $200 bill. They don't honor their cancellation policy and when I complained about how bad their billing services, they tacked on $55.00 on a statement I had to asked for and was 3 months late. Don't go here as they don't have adequate staff and the owner is the biller. She also had her dog in there one day when I came in and it almost bit me. She didn't apologize to me until I was leaving. Bad business.
