I notice a difference in my pain level as well as my mobility after each session with them. They are all very knowledgeable and informative, as well as kind and respectful. I have learned more about my recovery here than anywhere. They continue to give me a realistic outlook of what I can expect, and that is very valuable to me in a medical field where nobody seams to want to tell you reality. I was a very active person before my back pain hit me extremely hard seven months ago. I want so desperately to get back to the activity level I was at and I hear all the time how you can just be right back at it in two weeks, four weeks, six weeks after surgery. This was not even close to reality for me. I just appreciate the truth and a realistic approach. I finally feel good in my body again and I am getting stronger with each physical therapy appointment. I attribute all of my recovery progress to these guys!

The first time I went there, Jamie was there and she was great. I didn't know that I would be going there and handed off to new people every time and they would have interns who were there temporarily and each therapist would be working with multiple patients at a time. The individual care is not great. I have a huge problem with one therapist in particular and that's the reason why I'm writing this review. I don't know how she can continue to do what she does and no one else does anything about her behavior. Toni is a very outspoken and unprofessional person who has said things in front of the whole gym that actually made me uncomfortable as a patient. What ultimately made me upset was how she treated me as an individual by telling me that I wasn't really hurting and that I needed to go to therapy because I needed to get over it. When I looked up her training and how long she has been working, I couldn't believe that she had the blind confidence to tell someone twice her age and double her education level and experience that I needed mental therapy for my physical health and pain management! She needs to learn how to manage herself and stick to what she's been trained in at Green River Community College.

Hands down, One to…read moreOne Physical Therapy is the best around for the evaluation, assessment, and treatment of abnormal physical functions related to an injury, surgery, disability, or other health condition. After stem cell treatment on my right knee (March 2021), I signed up for Aquatic Therapy at One to One (Boca Clinic). Lucas treated me with the highest quality of physical therapy in a heated pool; his expertise in Aquatic Therapy is second to none! He was extremely patient and knowledgeable with guided exercises in a heated pool. Firsthand, I learned how the warm water allowed me to move my knee with increased flexibility, less pain, and a broader range of motion. I loved every minute of Aquatic Therapy; I hated getting out of the pool at the end of each session! Unfortunately, the stem cell treatment did not kill the pain in my knee. As a last resort, my orthopedic surgeon recommended a complete knee replacement. Successively, I received a total knee replacement in March (2022). Since then, I have received ongoing physical therapy two times weekly from Dan (One to One, Boca Clinic). I can't rave enough about Dan! He has greatly enhanced the restoration of movement in my knee since the first day of my treatment with him (March 2022). His combination of therapeutic exercises, assisted devices, and manual massages significantly increased my recovery process. He is quite skilled in easing inflammation, minimizing pain, and safely treating different tense areas. He has also optimized my recovery by identifying specific movements and recommending helpful exercises at home. In addition to Lucas and Dan, many others influence the highest quality of care at One to One. As you walk through the front door, you are warmly greeted by a talented team of professionals. The receptionists at the front desk go the extra mile to schedule sessions around individual work schedules. Under the guidance of Zelinda, the level of care displayed by Physical Therapists differentiates One to One from all others. Thanks to so many professionals at One to One, I am on the road to recovery! If I could give One to One in Boca more than five stars, I would!

My daughter, a high school athlete, was injured and had been going to physical therapy for months in Olympia (where we live) and going to chiropractor and a massage therapist. Months had gone by with not a lot of marked improvement. As her parents we were very frustrated as she was not getting better and we were putting a lot of money out. We were frustrated that she was frustrated. We were frustrated with the lack of communication from the PT staff and their lackadaisical attitude towards a plan with an end date. We were recommended to Dr. Buckholz. We made the drive up and we are so glad we did. He KNOWS his stuff and better than that - he LISTENS and CARES about his patients. He truly does. He genuinely wants to figure out the problem and you can tell through his warmth and patience that he loves what he does. My daughter was not just another number to him. Most sessions consisted of minor massages and very basic exercises, with little effort to actually identify or resolve the root cause of my pain and mobility issues. I expected professional rehabilitation care with structured improvement, but instead it felt like they were simply keeping me coming back while draining my insurance benefits.
