The amount of relief I got after one visit I brought my wife next time because we were both in a car accident and told her he was amazing and when she got in the car, the first thing she said is you're right, you know that never comes out very often. So that there says amazing. She got amazing. Relief to after just one visit with Ron. I look forward to seeing Ron every week and if they had a word better than amazing I would use it. you will not be disappointed in going and seeing him, I'm kind of nervous telling everybody because I don't want him to get too busy. lol but I think we should all get to experience Ron if we're in serious pain because like I said he's amazing and his personality is pretty good too. He has a bright light that you can see. That is really nice to be around for at least that hour thanks Ron you are much appreciated, brother.

This is the worst Physical Therapy Clinic I have been to. They could never schedule me and I think…read morethe condition might have gotten worse because of the delays in between sessions. I think I have a total of 10 sessions between March and July. The first appointment I told the receptionist I had not co-pay for PT as I called my insurance company. I had an annual deductible of $39. They continued to bill me and I would ask at every appointment what they were billing me for. It ended up being an almost $200 bill. They don't honor their cancellation policy and when I complained about how bad their billing services, they tacked on $55.00 on a statement I had to asked for and was 3 months late. Don't go here as they don't have adequate staff and the owner is the biller. She also had her dog in there one day when I came in and it almost bit me. She didn't apologize to me until I was leaving. Bad business.

My fiancee is stationed at JBLM and needs to continue his PT. He called this place after finding this place through his insurance he gave them a call and interrogated them, which is his standard procedure. His first impression? The receptionist picked up and sounded confident, a plus in his books. Well the result of that call is that he became a patient! He has been here about 6 times. He comes in, signs in and doesn't even get a chance to sit down as they already call him in! The only person who is ever in the waiting room for more than 2 minutes is me! I've seen multiple different patients come in and they are all treated the same. The ladies are kind and courtesy and have a bond with each patient. They are even kind to me, offering me coffee on some days. And they spend about 1.5 hours with my fiancee, who is recovering from a rotator cuff surgery. They give him a heated massage in the beginning and towards the end make him do exercises in their exercise room, which has a couple of flat beds, weights, a lat pull down machine, stair stepper, treadmill and other equipment. They take therapy seriously! Parking is a breeze, restrooms don't need keys, scheduling is simple. I and he have no conplaints about this place. They even have a fresh newspaper and ample magazines! I truly hope more people come to this office. Be on the lookout for his review!

I had a very disappointing experience with this physical therapy clinic. Over the course of a year…read moreand a half, they used up all of my therapy benefits without providing any meaningful progress or long-term treatment strategy. Most sessions consisted of minor massages and very basic exercises, with little effort to actually identify or resolve the root cause of my pain and mobility issues. There was never a clear treatment plan, measurable goals, progress tracking, or reassessments to show whether the therapy was working. I expected professional rehabilitation care with structured improvement, but instead it felt like they were simply keeping me coming back while draining my insurance benefits. After all that time, I saw little to no real improvement. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for serious physical therapy, accountability, or results-driven care.

Hands down, One to…read moreOne Physical Therapy is the best around for the evaluation, assessment, and treatment of abnormal physical functions related to an injury, surgery, disability, or other health condition. After stem cell treatment on my right knee (March 2021), I signed up for Aquatic Therapy at One to One (Boca Clinic). Lucas treated me with the highest quality of physical therapy in a heated pool; his expertise in Aquatic Therapy is second to none! He was extremely patient and knowledgeable with guided exercises in a heated pool. Firsthand, I learned how the warm water allowed me to move my knee with increased flexibility, less pain, and a broader range of motion. I loved every minute of Aquatic Therapy; I hated getting out of the pool at the end of each session! Unfortunately, the stem cell treatment did not kill the pain in my knee. As a last resort, my orthopedic surgeon recommended a complete knee replacement. Successively, I received a total knee replacement in March (2022). Since then, I have received ongoing physical therapy two times weekly from Dan (One to One, Boca Clinic). I can't rave enough about Dan! He has greatly enhanced the restoration of movement in my knee since the first day of my treatment with him (March 2022). His combination of therapeutic exercises, assisted devices, and manual massages significantly increased my recovery process. He is quite skilled in easing inflammation, minimizing pain, and safely treating different tense areas. He has also optimized my recovery by identifying specific movements and recommending helpful exercises at home. In addition to Lucas and Dan, many others influence the highest quality of care at One to One. As you walk through the front door, you are warmly greeted by a talented team of professionals. The receptionists at the front desk go the extra mile to schedule sessions around individual work schedules. Under the guidance of Zelinda, the level of care displayed by Physical Therapists differentiates One to One from all others. Thanks to so many professionals at One to One, I am on the road to recovery! If I could give One to One in Boca more than five stars, I would!
