You will notice there will be 1 maybe 2 people ahead of you, at this moment you think to yourself ( this will be quick) lol. This is the point where you will get to wait somewhere between 1-1 1/2 hours till someone brings you to the examination room, but don't worry the fun doesn't stop there. Once in the room you will get to wait at least another 30 to 45min. After stem cell treatment on my right knee (March 2021), I signed up for Aquatic Therapy at One to One (Boca Clinic). Lucas treated me with the highest quality of physical therapy in a heated pool; his expertise in Aquatic Therapy is second to none! He was extremely patient and knowledgeable with guided exercises in a heated pool. Firsthand, I learned how the warm water allowed me to move my knee with increased flexibility, less pain, and a broader range of motion. I loved every minute of Aquatic Therapy; I hated getting out of the pool at the end of each session! Unfortunately, the stem cell treatment did not kill the pain in my knee. As a last resort, my orthopedic surgeon recommended a complete knee replacement. Successively, I received a total knee replacement in March (2022). Since then, I have received ongoing physical therapy two times weekly from Dan (One to One, Boca Clinic). I can't rave enough about Dan! He has greatly enhanced the restoration of movement in my knee since the first day of my treatment with him (March 2022). His combination of therapeutic exercises, assisted devices, and manual massages significantly increased my recovery process. He is quite skilled in easing inflammation, minimizing pain, and safely treating different tense areas. He has also optimized my recovery by identifying specific movements and recommending helpful exercises at home. In addition to Lucas and Dan, many others influence the highest quality of care at One to One. As you walk through the front door, you are warmly greeted by a talented team of professionals. The receptionists at the front desk go the extra mile to schedule sessions around individual work schedules. Under the guidance of Zelinda, the level of care displayed by Physical Therapists differentiates One to One from all others. Now I'm with Emily, the Task Master. I see her once weekly. She's a bright spot in the day. My fiancee is stationed at JBLM and needs to continue his PT. He called this place after finding this place through his insurance he gave them a call and interrogated them, which is his standard procedure. His first impression? The receptionist picked up and sounded confident, a plus in his books. Well the result of that call is that he became a patient! He has been here about 6 times. He comes in, signs in and doesn't even get a chance to sit down as they already call him in! The only person who is ever in the waiting room for more than 2 minutes is me! I've seen multiple different patients come in and they are all treated the same. The ladies are kind and courtesy and have a bond with each patient. They are even kind to me, offering me coffee on some days. And they spend about 1.5 hours with my fiancee, who is recovering from a rotator cuff surgery. They give him a heated massage in the beginning and towards the end make him do exercises in their exercise room, which has a couple of flat beds, weights, a lat pull down machine, stair stepper, treadmill and other equipment. They take therapy seriously! Parking is a breeze, restrooms don't need keys, scheduling is simple. I and he have no conplaints about this place. They even have a fresh newspaper and ample magazines! I truly hope more people come to this office. Be on the lookout for his review!

I have spent a lot of time with, and gotten to know, all of the three PTs and the support staff. Every one of them actually care about my success and treat me like was the most important patient they have. Truth be told, I'm just another burned out 76 year old has been athlete who used up his body in his youth.
