We are not out of the woods yet. Not by a long shot…read more Yes, Recovery Allies is expensive. You CANNOT afford not to use them if your loved one needs help. Recovery Allies is the best value we've used in our family's recovery journey. The staff works hard to communicate, assist & find the best treatment for each family. The staff uses the Arise model to improve dialog within families so that when your loved one is no longer requiring as high level of care, the families can discuss issues in a healthy fashion. Rachel's goal is to get us to a place where we don't need her anymore! Rachel stuck by us, & our "person of concern", as we navigated addiction treatment. We aren't out of the woods yet, but with Rachel, Chelsea, Ernest, Patrick & Katrina, we have found hope.

Recovery allies was a game changer for our family. The support offered by Rachel and her team was…read morebeyond what we could have imagined. The intentional planning and care that went into the process of helping our family member was evident throughout the entire process. The revised method of 'intervention' that Rachel uses is so loving and so different from what that process has always meant for a struggling individual. I can't speak highly enough of this company, if you have a struggling family member I highly recommend recovery allies as a means of support and help.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for over 10 years. It's hard to remember I'm his patient because…read moreI feel more like we are really good friends. I had 15 years of precription Opioid dependents when I found him. I am 100% opioid free now. I could repeat what others have said but this says it all... I have medical insurance but go to a Dr. That I pay for and avoid Doctors that are told what they can or can't do by insurance companies. Plus I found a VERY RARE Dr. That cares more about looking himsilf in a mirror than looking make his wallet fatter. I am a former Green Baret now 70 years old and I would literally go back into battle the old fart.

Let me start by saying I feel bad giving Dr. Brown's Practice a one star review, as Dr. Brown has…read morebeen a kind, compassionate, and caring provider, for me and my husband, for as long as we've been coming to him. This terrible but completely honest review is being left for his substitute doctor, Dr. Steneker because he is a total antagonistic, judgemental, and unprofessional excuse for a doctor. The unbelievable part of all of this, I didn't even know about his absolutely atrocious history of misconduct with the medical commission until I began to write this review. He is a total dirtbag and has lost his license twice for sexual misconduct and worse things, and for that, I'm leaving Marina Medical a terrible review for their terrible judge of character and for even subjecting their patients to such a liability. I'm appalled and once your refer to the links below, you'll be finding another practice once and for all, its that bad... https://www.seattleweekly.com/news/bad-medicine/ https://www.courthousenews.com/patient-says-her-doc-is-a-philanderer/ https://www.seattlepi.com/local/article/Vashon-doctor-accused-of-sexual-misconduct-with-6-1025793.php

That's a negative one star! How this joke of a company has stayed in business is way beyond me. I…read morehad to take a urine test and let me tell you.. First it took almost 3 weeks to get my results..HUGE red flag! When I did, they informed me that I tested positive for FENTANYL! I've NEVER done that crap a day in my life! And not only did I come back positive but I was told that if I wanted to resest,(it had been 18 days at this point) that my levels were so fricken high that I could retest without jeopardizing the accuracy of test, no problem!!! Needless to say I lost my job and obviously they couldn't care less and obviously the test was "performance accurately" and obviously their staff and testing department people perform their jobs with the "highest integrity " and all the bullcrap their clearly going to say. I know there are so many others that had the same or similar experience and im sorry to everyone who's life was derailed due to the lack of integrity and the lack of compassion and carelessness these people have knowing there's whole families at stake and they treat it like their making cheeseburgers at McDonald's. SHAME on everyone there at Evergreen Recovery and you know who you are. Go ANYWHERE but here. This company needs a hard deepdive done by someone because they are ruining people's lives and feel perfectly fine with doing so. I'm just greatful it was a job at stake and not cps/my child.

if you're court involved DO NOT come here. There are other programs that accept state insurance, I…read morepromise this isn't the only one. Where to begin.... so I got a dui in 2018. 2019 it makes its way through the court system, and by July 2020 I graduated from an inpatient program, therefore satisfying the last of the treatment requirements. Court has confirmed "all treatment requirements effectively terminated". Ok, great. I got that out of the way because although I never had a driver's license, I knew I would someday. Well that someday came, and with my lawyer's help & guidance, after passing the written and driving test I was issued my first ever license in December 2023. This part is important. Like not even a month later I get a letter from the dol saying my license was being hard suspended for 30 days for old tickets catching up, ok bet. Fair. Between you & me, I'm honestly surprised it wasn't longer. At the end of the 30 days I go to pay the reissue fee, and now all of a sudden I'm "not in compliance with treatment" ??!! After some digging, and weeks of back and forth with the DOL I find out it's because someone at ERC must've found out I got my license and were not having it for some reason, so they dug up (and I do mean they had to dig for these records) an old assessment that I had done during a jail commitment after I graduated inpatient treatment in 2020 and sent it off to the DOL just DAYS before I received my license. Because of the DOL's 7-10 business day processing time I was able to get my license. No fucking way that is a coincidence. Because I'm now showing 'not in compliance' my license is suspended until they either send off a treatment report that I'm "in compliance", retract their bogus ass 5 year old assessment, or go get a new one and start the process all fucking over again somewhere else. I have been going back and forth between ERC and the DOL for over a month now. I've hired counsel just to deal with this so I no longer feel like I am talking to a wall. Today I called once again to try and clear this up, and now they're saying they have no (ZERO) record of me ever being there! Are you fucking kidding me!! Then retract your god damn bogus fucking assessment so I can get my license! I graduated inpatient, there is nothing to be "in compliance" with anymore, as I am not a client of theirs and havent been for yearsss! I'm so beyond frustrated, they have royally fucked me over. To staff at ERC- If the actions you have taken were under the discretion of Dep. Peter Teske as a personal or professional favor, know you WILL have to answer for this. The state AND county, as well as the city of Everett are currently embroiled in a lawsuit because of that deputies utter lack of regard for the scope of his duties. Involve yourselves with this mess if you want to. I'm sure that'll look fantastic next to the Federal fraud investigation into your parent company.
