I'm sure there's a HIPAA violation somewhere there, but I'm no expert. I personally didn't find their office very organized. Everything was crammed in a small area, with files sticking out and easily accessible to anyone. I think I began to lose confidence when I found out the 877 fax number on their website is not the correct one, after the fact. I even asked them about the fax number when I called in. I'm not sure why they didn't feel an urgency to fix that simple issue since people will reference that fax number (like me) to have their provider fax prescriptions and other information with PERSONAL information on them. Maybe most people aren't as worried as I am, but my trust was quickly lost when that snafu happened I gave them two stars because My masseuse was actually pretty good. She was attentive and asked me my preferences before our session which I think is a best practice my previous three never did. I prefer supporting small businesses, however I draw the line if the small business doesn't value security. In this case there are legal ramifications for relaxed security practices. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but I don't find mistakes around personal privacy to be a light matter. I hope they revisit and reevaluate their office procedures sooner rather than later.

In the sound baths when I have been, there often between 7-15 people, you lay down on a comfy mat, they also have pillows, blankets and eye masks, there is a sofa so if you have a hard time on a mat that seems always open. Jenny explains what will happen, and creates a nice safe container. She settles you down with a guided meditation. The crystal bowls, the gong, chimes, and Jenny's singing are the best I have experienced in this line of work. Many feel great healing, or gain insight in to something they needed answers for, or super deep relaxation. Once we all come back from our little journeys, we sit up, and if we choose share with the group what it was like for us ;-) then always some yummy harvested from the garden tea, and something to tasty like dark chocolate. I continue to go when I can on a Sunday night. Jenny is very experienced and talented and would recommend her to anyone.
