I was diagnosed over 20 years ago with adult ADD and went to see Siahpush only because of an…read moreinsurance change. Big mistake! At the first meeting I told him very clearly what my history and and what my expectations were. I was a little concerned from day one because I mentioned the book "Driven to Distraction", probably the best selling popular title on the topic, first published way back in 1994 and updated periodically over time--yet he did not seem to know what I was talking about. Because English is not his first language I thought maybe he didn't hear me correctly, so I set the concern aside and gave him the benefit of the doubt. I saw him several times thereafter and each time I left the session concerned that he did not seem to be listening. At one point he requested my S/O join us via facetime at the next session and she agreed and went through all kinds of schedule acrobatics to clear the time slot and even had to pull over in her car to wait for the call, but we did not call her from the session because he pretty much blew her off--incredibly discourteous and unprofessional, not to mention highly arrogant. All that effort at HIS suggestion and he just acted like it was no big deal, as if his was the only valuable time, not hers or mine. Instead of simply picking up on my previous, effective treatment regimen he decided instead to waste time trying to tech me various time management techniques which, as a 56 year-old graduate educated business owner and writer, I had tried decades ago. If ADD treatment was as simple as a few time management tweaks then there would not be such a large body of research on the subject or various medications developed to treat it. I am a high achieving person and it is a huge impediment when not treated--which was why I went to see him in the first place. In light of his obvious disregard of what I told him initially and after his rudeness to my S/O it was quite clear to me that he was wasting my time and did not have a clue about treating adult ADD--which is odd because it is a pretty basic and common malady among men. Over the 20+ years since I received my diagnosis through various moves and insurance changes I have had to switch providers a few times and I know from experience that finding an effective mental health provider is an enormous challenge, sometimes it takes several swings before you finally connect. When covid hit I put the matter on the back burner, thinking maybe I'd see him one last time and lay out my dissatisfaction with him after the lockdown ended (at the time we all thought the lockdown would be just a matter of a few weeks). A short time later I happened to be on a Kirkland Community Facebook group (I am a third generation of a five generation Kirkland extended family) and a woman was posting odd, out-of-place and disturbing anti-police, pro-Marxist, pro-violence political views and when neighbors politely made logical arguments as to why police are necessary and Kirkland's are held to a high standard she was really rude--which is common online, but not so much in community groups where people often know each other or cross paths in real life. I made a logical, reasoned, pro-Kirkland Police Dept reply and she called me an expletive. Then I noticed she listed her profession as a mental health provider at the Evergreen Clinic! I looked at their online roster of staff and there she was . . . WOW! That told me everything I needed to know, this guy is not only a bad listener and arrogant, but he entrusts clearly unbalanced, rude individuals to TREAT PATIENTS with DRUGS at his clinic! If you don't mind an inconsiderate, inattentive provider and a rude, pro-violence, pro-antifa support staff who do not conduct themselves like grownups in our community then the Evergreen Clinic might be the place for you!

So, she prescribed 100mg tablets plus 50 mg tablets that I had to cut in half. In December, my son was not doing g great and he left a voicemail for Davita. She called back while my son was in a shower. So, I discussed with him the issue. She said that I should give him the full 50mg to a total dose of 150mg. Then, my son had a follow up appointment on January 3rd. He did not know his dose as I am the one managing his meds. So, Davita sent a 125mg prescription of Sertraline. I noticed the issue when I was about to pay for the meds. So, I put a hold on my order, and contacted the office Sunday evening. Ever since, I emailed many times, my son called, I called. Since Monday, I keep being told that my messages are forwarded to Davita. NO ANSWER OR CORRECTED PRESCRIPTION AS OF TODAY, FRIDAY. I do not think there is an office manage to solve my problem. Every day, I only keep hearing that my messages are being forwarded. So, even though my son was on 150 mg of Sertraline since December, I have no choice but to pay for the 125mg of Sertraline, which is kind of being backward to October or November. This is unacceptable that I never heard from Davita or anyone else to actually correct the error for the new prescription. They know my son is out of meds of his 150mg, yet, no action is being done. Tbe 48 hours turnover for a prescription is a joke. Highly, highly frustrated with Davita and the office and the lack of FOLLOWUP.

Bryan has a clear and thoughtful way of teaching, guiding us to understand ourselves and each other better. What stood out most is that he never took sides. He had an incredible ability to understand and articulate each of our perspectives, often even better than we could. Through his guidance, we learned the framework of a healthy marriage and gained tools to approach difficult conversations in a constructive way. Even when sessions began with tension or discouragement, we consistently ended them feeling relief, connection, and hope. At one point, we felt completely deflated, but we kept pushing through with Bryan's tools guiding us. It's almost hard to believe where we are now compared to just five months ago. We've found renewed trust, respect, love and excitement for the potential of an even richer relationship ahead. I feel so incredibly lucky to have had Bryan's support during such a difficult time. His work has helped us come out stronger, able not to just get through it, but to truly thrive -- and that's something we all deserve. I wholeheartedly recommend Bryan to anyone at any stage of their relationship. If you're even considering it, take the next step -- you'll thank yourselves. I only wish we had found him sooner!

I meet with…read moreSheila, as I wanted her to check in with our pre-teen son, she requested she meet with me, my spouse and us together before even meeting with our son. EVERY TIME we meet with her she was 20 minutes late, then we did NOT even get our full appointment time. On top of that each time we meet with her, she didn't recall who we were, why we were there and asked the same questions each time. By the time it was my son's turn to talk to her, she again, didn't know why she was talking with him. She never discussed any concerns we had; she prodded him why his parents wouldn't let him have a phone, something we discussed with her that was an off topic. After we quit coming because she was NOT helping, the neither office nor Sheila bothered to call and check in. Sheila simply milked the insurance system, she is a fraud and so is this company. Keep looking; you won't get the services you are hoping here. HORRIBLE! If I could I would have disputed every charge with my insurance company.

Unlike some of the others, she listened to me and spoke with me for over an hour on our first meeting. The first medication we tried did NOT work and she was quick to correct it and luckily the second one did. It's been 5 years and I still take it. I have tried additional medications a few times as my condition usually calls for it and I have experienced some traumatic events as well... and she keeps in mind what hasn't worked for me and the side effects I've experienced from those particular medications when suggesting a new addition. I know that should be a given but some doctors seriously do not take the time to do that. They just push what needs to be pushed if you get me. She also only suggests generics. She is a caring person and seems genuinely concerned when I'm having issues. I will never see another psychiatrist unless one of us moves. Highly recommend giving her a shot. I have never tried therapy here though so I can't speak on that.
