She's respectful, polite, friendly, easy to talk to and does great with adults and kids. She is extensively trained in medications, side effects, management so she knows what works. Session two my child came out and started crying. His associate had no clue that he was under stress. Not sure how the eval will turn out but its a bit rough around the edges so be forewarned. With Dr. Tomura's help I was able to learn to recognize the physical manifestations of my mental health issues, in order to interrupt and help manage them effectively. I participated in EMDR and CBT therapy with Dr. Tomura. We discussed and improved my experience with common, repetitive, unhelpful thoughts. Through EDMR Dr. Tomura helped me release significant weight I carried throughout my life related to negative childhood experiences.
