Yet I was motivated to try therapy one more time, with one more psychologist, only by the insistence of my wife. I'm very grateful that I did. I have now completed just under a year of therapy with Dr Sonnanburg, finally knowing, for the first time, that profoundly meaningful, lasting, fundamental changes have occurred with my thinking, general disposition, self-control, attitude, interpersonal communication skills and much more. And this is not only from my perspective. These changes have also been seen by others who know me best and my wife - the person who knows me better than anyone, demands the best I am capable of, and is my most constructive critic.
