I was looking for someone to replace our pool skimmer and was in a bit of a rush bc we were also replacing our deck at the same time. My main objective was to get the skimmer done before we were set to pour concrete. Thankfully Tony was able to fit us in and had his guys come first thing Monday morning. What I appreciated about the entire process was the constant communication and follow up that Tony provided. Even though our job was not a big project or would take only a day or two he was onsite checking to see how things were going and keeping me informed. He also kindly included a fix for our pool coping that was not part of the skimmer replacement but he went ahead and did it anyways because he wanted to make sure we were happy. Our water smells like it came from an ocean full of seaweed.. when we told him about the situation, he then proceeded to say that he hasn't had time to do this special treatment that he always does during the hot summer months. It's been hot for over a month where we live. There is no excuse for our pool to be this badly maintained. We have also purchased chlorine tablets that he never used. When we asked him about our Jacuzzi water smelling poorly he claimed that there must be a rodent dead near it and that is why it smelled. He then called my husband back afterwards and told him there was absolutely no smell, and that he even put his nose to the water, which is not true. It smells like shit. He then told my husband that he ChatGPT it, and he realized that the chemicals that he added into pool to allegedly clear up the algae would react to our body oils and other things and that's why it smelled. I want to know how you are qualified to be in service when you have to ChatGPT something and then you have the audacity to come to our home and tell us oh I thought your pool was worse than what it is right now and laugh. It's not funny. We pay you every month and yet our pool looks like shit smells like shit and now we have to hire a separate company that has been in service for over 40 years who actually knows this guy and knows what shit quality work he does. Now we have to pay out-of-pocket to not only redo the stupid algae that this man couldn't fix with his alleged treatment. The chemicals are through the roof and now we have to add more chemicals to bring it down. It is extremely unsafe for our young children to go inside our pool now AND This man after everything has thE audacity to ask us to pay him when we now have to pay extra out-of-pocket to fix what A POOR JOB HE HAS DONE! Despite his busy schedule, Mario came out promptly, cleaned the filter, brushed and vacuumed the pool, and worked his magic. His honesty and professionalism are unmatched, and his prices are very reasonable. After just one visit, our pool already looks like it's been saved! We thought we'd have to drain it, but Mario had it cleared and on the way to being restored in no time.
