Multiple weeks where guys got sick and could not make it to my house to provide the cleaning service. Now I completely understand being sick but a call or text is common curiosity. I always had to be the one to reach out days or even weeks later to find out why my pool was not cleaned. Once we finally cut time ties they also neglected to return my key so I got to buy new locks and keys for new pool guy.

The pool was looking bad, suggested acid wash ahead of house sale. Did that for and pool looked just as bad, green, imbalance of chemicals. Every we contacted Steve, always an excuse. Now in October, appears there's been no service at all. Thankfully our realtor has been looking at the pool. We have fired Steve and found a short term solution until the house is sold. Such a shame to throw away a reputation like this.

He is not consistent with the day or time of his visit and often skips a week or two with no communication. About a month ago we came home from a 3 week vacation to a green pool. Marcus Lynch, the owner since April 2022, was the consummate professional when he came out to look at our pool. He is very personable and definitely knows about pools. Not soon after Marcus started working on our pool, he discovered the manifold in the filter was broken....something not discovered by our prior pool service company. Our pool was completely green when Pool Chlor took over. The picture of the pool in August 2022 was about a week or two after they took over servicing our pool. After about two months or so, our pool has consistently looked like the February 2023 picture. I can't say enough Pool Chlor. The owner, Marcus, is very pleasant and great to work with. He personally called to let my husband and I know that prices were increasing. We definitely appreciated the personal touch. Our pool technician, Jacob, is totally awesome and has kept our pool beautiful!!! We will also have Pool Chlor handle the replastering of our pool once we are ready to move forward with that project. I recommend Pool Chor to anyone looking for quality pool care and great customer service to boot.

He was able to diagnose the problem, come up with the solution, and has many contacts in the business that he's able to use as resources. He is transparent and reasonable. He knows his stuff. Suffice to say, we found our guy if/when things come up. He IS the Pool Pro.
