Details: I wanted to upgrade my system with all the latest automation and lighting. Also, I had a malfunctioning salt cell that my weekly pool tech could not figure out. I contacted Brian via the website and received a quick text that same day to setup a meeting. He quickly got the salt cell replacement going under warranty (no cost to me!) and spec'd out an automation setup. That night, received the quote with a timeline to get the parts/ installation. Price was right. Brian got everything installed and running very quickly (and on time) and was super communicative / timely throughout the process. I also liked that he was able to set a time for a meeting, not a half day time window like so many do (and fail to meet). Didn't really have an issue with our previous pool cleaners, except for they would arrive on different days each time. The process was quite simple, I contacted arely via text, she asked me a couple questions, Google searched out property and gave me a bid within 5 minutes. Once they started service early January I noticed the difference! The pool was so clean and sparkly! My pool looked like I was in Tahiti!:) Anyway great customer service and definitely happy with the move !
