Ron was polite and very efficient, explained exactly the steps and procedure for the maintenance and what other components he will thoroughly check to ensure our dryer was functioning properly. You can tell he's experienced, and knew exactly what he was doing. When I called back I was told that there was a scheduling issue and that they wouldn't be coming until the next week. This was very annoying but it happens. The issue I had was a gas leak from my oven. I turned off the gas line. When they came for the appointment, they turned the gas line back on. Then they told me they didn't smell anything and pulled out a lighter to prove to me that there was no gas leak. They did not even bring a tool that detected natural gas leaks. They told me that the oven was working fine and then left. Absolutely unbelievable. I would recommend ANY other company over this one.
