It was so late in the afternoon(after 4:30pm) and I didn't think that I could get it looked at till the next day. I was so wrong, they let me know that it might be late(6 -8pm) but they would definitely come tonight. They arrived after 7pm, gave me the Diagnostic and fixed it. I am happy to share a great experience I had with this company. Our LG refrigerator stopped cooling after 3years, fortunately we have a garage frig so nothing was lost. Within 30 minutes they diagnosed the problem and reminded me that it should be covered under my warranty. The technician walked me through the process of contacting LG customer service as well as sending the required information needed to get the warranty covered service initiated. Got the job done removing an existing Washer and Dryer in home and installing supplied replacement Washer and Dryer. Were an hour and a half late from original appointment window but did notify me of delay. Biggest problem for me was communication issue because of language differences. Would have appreciated a little more time to clean up after old washer and dryer were removed but wasn't given that opportunity before new units were being moved in.
