Ron was polite and very efficient, explained exactly the steps and procedure for the maintenance and what other components he will thoroughly check to ensure our dryer was functioning properly. You can tell he's experienced, and knew exactly what he was doing. He took apart the dryer vacuumed out all debris , cleaned dryer vent line, oiled all the rollers and checked all the heating elements and was done in an hour.
