This place has everything you need to furnish you Kitchen, Bathroom and most other rooms in the house. The staff is always very polite. Today my wife and I were stopping in to try and pick up some new bed sheets. We found a set we liked and my wife thought she had a 20% off in store coupon. Turns out her coupon was expired. However, the store manager was nice enough to print us out a new, valid one! Saved only a few bucks but those bucks add up don't they?? My favorite items to browse in the store are the kitchen knives. They have several higher end brands to choose from including Henkels, Wustof and Shui.

This company has the audacity to cancel the order after three days of me not coming to get it and mind you, they gave me no deadline to come pick the order up in the confirmation email or ANYWHERE ELSE. That was a big fuck you to someone who is busting their ass to take care of the community, and now I can't even have what my mother wanted for Christmas because they are all out of stock of the item in all stores in my area. I demand compensation!!!!!!!!!! NOWHERE, NOT EVEN THE WEBSITE OR CONFIRMATION EMAIL STATED THAT I NEEDED TO PICK UP MY ITEM WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME. This company should be grateful I even ordered from them in the first place! While the Rich company owners are raking in billions of dollars for the holiday season, I'm over here wearing 3 masks and working 12+ hour shifts to come and find out that the only thing that my mom wanted for Christmas was ripped out of my hands because it "wasn't picked up within 3 days" and cancelled with no heads up. Any good and respectable company would've called or notified the customer. In the last couple of years alone, we have spent in excess of $400,000 with Sydenstricker and Nobbe Partners. Recently, we purchased a new Unit from them and had an attachment we considered trading in. To Note the attachment was never used and stored inside. Retail on this item was over $8,500. We did not end up trading this small item in as the offer was low, which I could understand. So we posted it for sale ourselves. Easy to do with Facebook Marketplace. This was only to have an employee from this store reach out on Marketplace and make an offer to buy the item for 1/3 of the price I was asking, which was already 1/2 of the retail price. I kindly told him, "Sorry, no." He then continued replying, telling me why it was not worth anything, and I should change my mind. I finally just blocked him. Easy enough to do. Only to have him then file complaints with Facebook and get my account blocked. My Advice is be careful who you are dealing with, as some of these folks can be very evil people... P.S. I did reach out to management for this store and never received any reply. I also thought ahead and took screenshots of the conversation between the employee and me to verify that this is not someone posting with a grudge. I doubt S&N Partners will be getting any business from us in the future.
