i rodered a motor but in my error it was not the correct motor (ordered the wrong part number). I called them and ordered the correct one and sent the the one I recived back (did not wait for a refund). Here it is 10 day after they got the orginal motr back and still no refund. I called them (Spoke to Jeff) and was told he had not got the paper work yet. This is a SMALL company so that answer was not what I wanted to hear. So I put a claim into paypal. Stay away from these guys. Customer service is well below what it should be. Oh and I sent them three email prior to the phone call asking about status, no response. read more

Would give ZERO stars if I could!! We were sent the wrong motor, we had to pay $100 to ship it back to them and now they have the motor they are saying we will have to pay $130 to ship out the correct one!! Communication is impossible with this company. I tried for over three weeks to discuss a project and order a motor to no avail. Mike seems to be the only one that even cares. His brother Eric only works one day a week and never returns phone calls or emails. Everyone there says Eric is the only one you can talk to to order a new motor. I purchased a golf cart motor from D&D Motors by the exact website specs that they published for the cart that I have. It lasted. about 4 months and burned out. I contacted them right away about the warranty and that's when the nightmare started. I was told I purchased the wrong motor! I told them I purchased exactly what their website said to buy for my exact model. The guy on the phone was very negative and said the website has since been updated to reflect new changes! He advised me to mail it to them which I did leading me to believe they would honor the warranty. After he fixed it he called me and said they would not honor the warranty! If I wanted my motor back I would have to pay over $300. I was dumbfounded at his rudeness and he said " hurry up and make a decision, I'm busy!" So like a fool I purchased another motor because I really wanted one that was going to be the right one for our cart. Now I am in the hole for almost a thousand dollars, the replacement motor I purchased burned out within a month. I call them back and got some nasty bastard on the phone claiming I burned motor up by power braking the cart and made up all types of reason why the warranty would NOT cover it . I asked to speak to the owner and left my phone number but he must not care about his customers. Every golf cart vendor I spoke with told me that they are assholes also. and NEVER honor the warranty! So buy at your own risk but don't think they will warrant any of their products! They have a bad reputation but I found out after they stole my money! Never again! Big scammers! Bought a motor off of their website by exactly following the specs they recommend for what I needed. It broke after a month and had a warranty. They DO NOT honor their warranties! The guy on the phone could not have been any nastier to me after I spent $500. The only way to get my motor back was to pay $325 to have the as$ "rebuild" it. That lasted another month! Stay away from these rip-off scammers! Every golf cart place I've spoken to said they have the SAME issues with them. They do not honor any warranties and find false reasons to do so leaving you with no choices! The president of the company is aware but allows it because he gets rich off of it! read more
