Mike the owner is quite chatty and has been more than kind to both me and my family whenever I stop in from out of the area. This is easily the best selection of pre 2000s comics in the CNY area, but if you want post 2000s books, he has those too. A must stop for comic collectors passing through CNY.

ZERO STARS... The…read morepersonal shoppers practically run you over when you're trying to shop here first off. So I take a two year old car in to get tires on, fine. Got them done, they scratched 3/4 rims. Got to talk to Clayton, unfortunately, the heavily-tattooed automotive manager... He proceeded to follow me outside to take a look at the rims. He kept downplaying the damage, wiping at deep gouges with a microfiber cloth. I finally stated "I should have known better than to bring my car here". Boy, did he lose it. My elderly father with Parkinson's was standing six feet away as he said "What did you say?!" Multiple times, getting in my face. He then accused me of harassing his employees, but there was no one in the parking lot. Maybe he should be tested for substance abuse..? I finally had to apologize because I thought he was going to physically assault me in front of my poor father, who couldn't believe his eyes. After things calmed down, he wanted me to bring the car in so they could "try to buff it out". I looked online and it says Walmart has nothing to do with tire rim repair...I had an appointment and didn't show up. I didn't feel like being verbally harassed again. I called the store Manager Mary Weed later that day and she was completely dismissive, almost silent. She didn't say it directly, but the gist was basically what should she do about it? Anyways, I heard she got a nice bonus for getting the store reopening done in time! That's all she cares about! If you can at all avoid it, shop at Wegmans or Aldis locally for groceries. If you HAVE to go to Walmart there is one in Liverpool and one in Central Square that aren't as bad. WHATEVER you do, if you CARE about your CAR don't bring it to Cicero NY WALMART!!!

I also liked that they had graduation decor in different colors so you could decorate according to the colors your school was. I saw blue, maroon, green, black, white, and much more. I came to get table place card holders and found several. They had more baby shower ones but I was looking for some that I could use at both my own wedding and at my grandma's 100th birthday party. I ended up opting for a white rose one. I also got number balloons for a little under $2 each. I appreciate the cashier who caught that I grabbed a Q instead of a number zero. I wanted to get numbered candles but they were almost $3 each and for the number 100, that would end up costing almost $10. There is plenty of parking here because the plaza is a little dead. I saw lots of milestone birthday decor but it only went up to age 90. They have a large card selection as well and a $1 cards section. I thought some of their birthday themes were creative and new. I saw a bee themed decor for a gender reveal party and "adventure awaits" for a baby's birthday party. Their balloon selection is unbeatable. I wish balloons weren't as expensive as they are.
