We went back to Webbs and Denise saved our project, worked with us and her suppliers to deliver as promised. She called us when she set eyes on our Swanstone walls and we arranged a pick up. This place is worth the effort and ride. Great people, nice facility and honest. What a refreshing concept these days. We bought a Jacuzzi shower pan, Swanstone walls and an exhaust fan for the kickin shower. Thanks

This place has everything you need to furnish you Kitchen, Bathroom and most other rooms in the house. The staff is always very polite. Today my wife and I were stopping in to try and pick up some new bed sheets. We found a set we liked and my wife thought she had a 20% off in store coupon. Turns out her coupon was expired. However, the store manager was nice enough to print us out a new, valid one! Saved only a few bucks but those bucks add up don't they?? My favorite items to browse in the store are the kitchen knives. They have several higher end brands to choose from including Henkels, Wustof and Shui.

In the last couple of years alone, we have spent in excess of $400,000 with Sydenstricker and Nobbe Partners. Recently, we purchased a new Unit from them and had an attachment we considered trading in. To Note the attachment was never used and stored inside. Retail on this item was over $8,500. We did not end up trading this small item in as the offer was low, which I could understand. So we posted it for sale ourselves. Easy to do with Facebook Marketplace. This was only to have an employee from this store reach out on Marketplace and make an offer to buy the item for 1/3 of the price I was asking, which was already 1/2 of the retail price. I kindly told him, "Sorry, no." He then continued replying, telling me why it was not worth anything, and I should change my mind. I finally just blocked him. Easy enough to do. Only to have him then file complaints with Facebook and get my account blocked. My Advice is be careful who you are dealing with, as some of these folks can be very evil people... P.S. I did reach out to management for this store and never received any reply. I also thought ahead and took screenshots of the conversation between the employee and me to verify that this is not someone posting with a grudge. I doubt S&N Partners will be getting any business from us in the future.

He told me that I would receive an automated call giving me a 5 hour window for delivery. That came yesterday. This morning at 8am I received a call from the driver telling me he was 20 minutes away. I did not expect the driver, whom I am sure works out of a Buffalo warehouse, to do more than just drop the mattress off. Usually the case in online orders. Nope. He and his helper took both to the former dog's room and set everything up. Took all packaging with them. I was thrilled! He was very thorough, patient and professional. He showed me the results and explained/interpreted their relationship to my hearing range. This past weekend, I noticed my right hearing aid was not functioning properly. I called Sue at the office for an "earliest possible" appointment. True to form, she provided one the very next afternoon. Brian determined the problem, replaced the wax guards and they perform wonderfully again.
