So I called them to schedule service for the AC - leaking water all over the floor in the utility room. The AC technician came to fix the AC which was not working and it's going to be over 90 degrees following week. It's was June 2025 and was extremely hot here. The AC guy had just said the AC, furnace all need to be replaced. Replacing everything could have been $20000. He continued to say, by law I had to turn off the furnace and the AC or people in the house may died if turned on. Wondering if this is true?? We quickly found another AC people to check and that cost us $500+ to replace some parts and all working just fine. The furnace and AC were all working perfectly till today. Simple condensation pump. It took us so long to write the review because it's not easy to spare time to write this.

They did a great job, were affordably priced for the scope of the work, and went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of - including making sure my mother-in-law knows how to work the new thermostat. I had a furnace installed by this company, and unfortunately the installation quality was poor. The…read moreunit was not leveled properly, which caused ongoing issues with the condensate drainage system. Because the furnace was unlevel, condensation water could not drain correctly and instead pooled inside the unit. Over time, this buildup triggered the safety switch and caused the furnace to shut down unexpectedly, leaving us without heat and no clear explanation at first. The situation worsened as the standing water began to stress the internal condensate pan and seal, eventually leading to water leaking into the cabinet. This is not something that should happen with a properly installed high-efficiency furnace. After troubleshooting, it became clear the root cause was improper leveling during installation--a basic step that should not have been overlooked. I also reached out to the company twice regarding these issues and did not receive any response, which was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would recommend others think carefully before using this company. Proper installation and follow-up support are critical, and neither met expectations in this case.
