It was beginning to make some noise, so I called Pete for maintenance. My dryer was also beginning to "thump". He replaced some parts in my dryer, and checked out my washer - which amazingly was fine. He said if the dryer begins thumping again, there's another part that might need replacing, but it's working fine for now. He was late getting to me, but called ahead to let me know (thank you!). The cost was reasonable. He was good with my dog, maneuvered with the low ceiling in my basement and helped me understand what to look for in the future. You won't go wrong with this guy!

I was charged over $400. But sadly, the broiler was never properly regulated. The very first time I tried to use the broiler it didn't work. The flames were dangerously high. He didn't identify the problem with the washer, but instead just started replacing parts.
