I went in for a removal of hard gel and to get a regular manicure. They took me in right away. I was seated and they thought I had powder. I advised them that I did not have powder, I had hard gel. I would presume is the owner. She was rushing to take off the polish and she was burning my nail bed with the e file. I advised her that it was burning and to please let the remover sit. She proceeded to yell and get nasty with me. When I said I was going to leave because they clearly didn't know how to remove hard gel, which is fine I would have preferred you were honest and said you didn't know how to remove it. She began to scream in my face and insisted I paid for a service I did not receive or that they completed. I said I would stay for the removal but after that I am leaving because I genuinely felt like I had no other option. She was very aggressive, I genuinely thought she was capable of standing between me and the door. During my service, I watched them use the same acetone bowl that they used for me for someone else. That is extremely unsanitary and a violation of the department of health. I remember I use to come here as a kid and they were always full. Now I understand why they're empty. They scrub your feet well here - at my last place they barely scrubbed and my feet need a ton of scrubbing :( I drive 15 minutes but leave super happy so it's well worth it! read more

Manicures here are decent. The youngest two nail technicians are my favorite. They do really good work. This past time I went however I had called ahead of time to ask if I could come now. The woman said yes so I drove the 5 minutes there. Took me MAYBE 10 min in total. When I get there it's packed. Understandable for a Saturday. I wait about 15 minutes before asking how much longer. She told me 20 min. I was a little annoyed because if there was a wait, she could've told me that on the phone. No big deal. Maybe they really wanted the customer and thought that telling me they were busy and it would be a long wait would turn me away. So I leave and come back exactly 20 min later. Horrible service & attitude. Asked for a soak off for a reg gel manicure & tried to use a drill to get them off. I politely asked if she could use a nail file instead (because my nail beds are very sensitive) or let them soak longer & she got a visible attitude. I really liked the ladies here. Unfortunately I ended up with a cuticle infection my finger turned green and I had to go the ER. The doc had to drain it and I'm on antibiotics now. It's extremely painful and now I have to wear a huge bandage on my finger. The doctor said this happens when you get powder manicure because there's no way to sterilize in between customers and they don't sterilize their tools an open new packaging for each customer either. I found this salon on Google, and urgently needed to get my nails done. I called the night before to make an appointment and the lady on the line was very respectful and booked an appointment for me. Keep in mind this is a few days before Christmas, so I wasn't sure if there would be any availability. When I got there, I showed an inspo picture and they nailed it! They were very clean and efficient. Clients are seated in every other chair, and there are plastic coverings between everyone. The whole process did not take long in comparison to other salons that I have been to. I was very pleased with my results and would definitely go again! The woman rushed through the entire pedicure. She was moving so quickly when she went to close the nail polish bottle that the liquid nail polish popped out and hit her in the eye. This is not a joke. I am being serious. It took her longer to get the nail polish off her face than it took her to do my entire pedicure. Today, me and my daughter got our nails done there. We got regular nail polish, no gel nails or anything. We got manicures and pedicures and I would not say they where amazing. The lady that did my pedicure made it super messy. There is still nail polish on my cuticle. My manicure is okay, but there are air bubbles on my nails. However, my daughter's story is way worse. The pedicure process is not great at all. The look of it from far away would make you want to go to the salon right away, but your opinion will change from the up close look right away. There are WAY too many coats of polish on! I got back home about half an hour ago, and my daughter's nails still are not dry! (Manicure wise) My daughter also has air bubbles in her manicure. Also, when she was getting her pedicure, (she didn't feel it until now) the lady that was doing it, she scratched off some of her skin! Main problems: WAY to many coats, messy,scratched off skin! The woman who did my gel powder nails did an amazing job, all for only $35 (great deal)!! Cut my cuticles perfectly and was able to find a 3D nail flower that I loved. She took her time to perfect my nails. Only down side is that the nail file she used wasn't brand new. Other than that, great service and a variety of gel powder nail colors to choose from. They make your nails uneven and chunky. Try your best to avoid having the owner do your nails. The took us right away for our pedicures which was great ! After mine and my cousins 7 minute pedicure we are seated at our designated stations where we are unattended for about 45-60 minutes for me and about 30 for her ( only because they came to soak her nails ) they were running behind because instead of telling people there would be a wait or nothing was available at the time they decided to continue to tAke walk ins as well as triple book 5 o'clock appointments knowing they only had 3 people doing nails . After a few minutes soaking a gentlemen starts to buff off her previous sns decides it wasn't coming off enough then leaves and starts a brand new client not saying a word .. while I'm still waiting to be acknowledged. When finally asked how long she the owner told me i would be after the lady who just started her nails . Obviously I was annoyed because now I'm waiting 45 minutes and have to wait until the girl finishes her just started nails ( I would have walked out but my cousin was literally in the middle of half peeled soaking nails ) 3. Finally I am seen the girl is super sweet did a great job no complains there . We go to leave and I am charged 70 dollars ??? When I ask why if a fill is 30 and a pedicure is 15 would I be charged 70 ? She said it was because I did mood changing polish !!!! So 25 dollars was added to my bill without being told about it for a nail polish that changes in the cold weather ? I've never in my life I would never recommend this place . They are sooo lazy here and don't care about giving you a good or even decent experience. They're just money hungry and want to get as many people in as possible in a day. I called to make an appointment which was COMPLETELY disregarded. Wasn't seen til an hour later. I had to ask to sit and soak my SNS off and they neglected me completely even though I asked the owner to herself take a second to check on my nails or have someone else do it. Was disgusted at the service I received. My nails were such a mess and my hands as well as the goopy mess from the soaked off SNS got all over since I was soaking without anyone wiping my nails down with paper towels as they're supposed to. When they finally got around to doing my nails, the guy doing them did not care to get my nails in any kind of decent shape before dipping them in the new color. They're so messed up underneath. They literally do not care about your nail health at all. He neglected my cuticles and I had to ask him to cut them and he gave me so much attitude. There was leftover red from the previous color I had all around my nails on the bottoms lol. They seriously DONT CARE. OH and my nail got messed up instantly Bc he told me he was wrong about my cuticles being undone and to go wash my hands. Then a nail got messed up and they had to fix it which was just so annoying for him since he was already busy doing someone's nails after telling me to wash my hands! So within seconds. Don't support them. There are other places who actually care about how they do your nails and how they treat you and honor appointments. I'm going to start going to Anastasia because I know David over there, the old owner when it was Aroma Nails, is serious about appointments and making sure his clients have healthy nails. I do like my SNS and I've gone a few times in a row now but I really don't feel like they're clean. When you soak your SNS, the acetone should be clear! They reuse acetone. I got a pink acetone today of course I refused it and the poor girl next to me was given brown acetone! This was used and saved from previous customers. When you have a business, you absolutely should not reuse anything to save a few bucks! This is a health code violation and should be taken seriously. read more
