I showed him my return email and he said he needed to get a manager. When the manager arrived he che the item and asked me when it was purchased. I immediately said 'hello, are you the manager' since he didn't bother to greet me. The purchase was made a week ago and the tags were still afixed and I had the return email with a bar code. It felt like I was being judged on returning the item. This was the second time I've interacted with a manager and left feeling disgusted. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO NORDSTROM IN THE MALL AT COLUMBIA, MARYLAND. I spend entirely too much money at Nordstrom to deal with dollar store service and lack of quality products.

They have lots of employees fixing and organizing the clothing, or to help with any questions. I have been shopping at Uniqlo for a long time and most of the clothing I have purchased there maintains strength and durability no matter how many times you wash or dry clean them. I do wish there were more locations, but then again not so much bc I'll be broke. I do like their heattech collection, it does keep me warm during colder months. They also offer free alterations depending on what you need done and if it meets the price threshold. I forgot the minimum, but I don't think it was much. If not they charge around $5 or so. This is the closest location in the Pasadena/Annapolis area. They also have a few other locations in Bethesda, Montgomery Mall, and D.C. I'm sure there are more and I've heard there will be a new location in Annapolis Mall. Their clothing can be pricey, depending what you buy. However they do have sales throughout the year and you can get many pieces at a low price. Overall, the Columbia location has a wide variety, but one of their small stores. The location on 5th Ave, NY is by far their largest store.

Not a perfect match, but close enough for its purpose! There's a tie for every color in there, and there's a deal based on the quality of the ties, (3 for $14, for example). They also have shirts, watches and other accessories. Every time I have been in there, the staff have been friendly and always ask if I need help with what I am looking for. Usually I am just browsing, so I decline, but I appreciate the gesture!
