I've heard that…read morethey have really good wings, but I've only tried sandwiches, some apps, and a piece of pizza there. I feel like the food in general is ok. I went pretty regularly to pick up their fish sandwich. I feel like they've changed it a bit as I liked it quite a bit. It is a decent size as they serve it on a standard sized bun, but give you plenty of overhang on both sides. Their French fries are also ok. I tend to like hand it fries with the skin still on, but the fries aren't very thick and if they're over cooked at all, the skins can get tough and sort of overpower the flavor of the fries. I will say that they do offer a nice portion size on this too, and when I ordered a side of gravy, it was pretty tasty. The apps as well are ok. I've tried the provolone, potato skins, cod pieces, fried ravioli and none of them stood out as being terrible or great. The biggest thing for me is that every time I've gone, the bartenders have always been friendly and the orders have always been correct, even if I've asked for substitutions, extra tartar, etc. it's not a large place and there hasn't ever been a lot of staff any time I've gone, so I do really appreciate the effort they put in to make sure your order is right. That alone is worth an extra star to me.

Pros: Alyssa, our waitress, was extremely nice, friendly, and very attentive, and I'd like to commend her on that because this place was PACKED. The beer cheese is excellent, and I didn't expect my burger to come on Texas toast but, overall I rather enjoyed that over the bun. My husband got the bareback bourbon pork and really liked the sauce on it. The lemonade was good. Price was it's about the same everywhere, about $40-50 for two people. A little pricey. Cons: Understaffed. There were two waitresses and it just seemed very hectic. The kitchen got backed up and it was then a 45 minute wait to everyone who came in after us. The pork on the sandwich my husband got was burnt. They said the sandwich I got was "swimming in mounds of sautéed onions" - they forgot the onions. So it was lacking a bit of flavor. The fries are absolutely bottom of the bag, over salted, and flavorless. I'll skip those next time and choose a different side. It needs some decorations and there needs to be some better seating options, either a 4 person table or a 6 person table. Not great for couples. And just a matter of personal opinion, the menu is a bit childish - I get they were trying to really go for the "country" style here, but we already live in BFE, we don't need a story for every menu item. Overall, we will try it again, and I really hope this place does do well because anyone near Rural Valley and Dayton knows we could sure use a good restaurant.

First of all, I think their prices are too high. I ordered food to go on New Year's Eve. One of the dinners I ordered was smothered chicken. It had green peppers all over it. I can't eat green peppers. They make me very ill. I called and they were very willing to replace it. It was DELICIOUS!!! It had large, thick, juicy chicken breast filets with cheese, mushrooms, and onions. About a month later, I ordered another smothered chicken dinner. The filets were very small. The 2 sides of the breast together didn't even equal 1 side of the breast from the previous dinner. I was shocked and disappointed. It tasted good but the second dinner was nothing like the meal I previously had. The cooks are very inconsistent and need some training.

The memorable part of this experience that deserves a 5 star review in it of itself, is the atmosphere of this location. We discovered this amazing food hall at the end of our time in Pittsburgh and were absolutely blown away by the vibe in this spot and the fact that it wasn't absolutely and insanely PACKED. It was easy to navigate inside and find a seat, and had a few options of different styles of foods which we also experienced. Service was nice & overall would encourage anyone visiting or living in Pittsburgh to check out this spot!

We went to the Sprint Car Races at Lernerville tonight and were hungry afterwards and looking forward to some food and drinks at Cenci's. We walked in at exactly 11:04 and were "greeted" by an employee virtually chasing us off saying they are closing. For real? At 11:04! This same lazy employee had done similar to us in the past. We will not be returning. It has been printed on the Cenci's Pizza boxes for years that the Kitchen is Open to 2:00AM. They need to change that as it simply is not true anymore. The bar isn't even open until 2 let alone the kitchen. What a shame how one lazy employee can trash an establishment. We went just down the road to Barry's which was packed and were happy to see us and served us some great wings and drinks. You should do the same. RIP Cenci's Wexford. It was great knowing you. Edit after the rediculous response from the manager. First off my name is Robin. I ASSURE you and everyone else reading this that this negative interaction did in FACT happen. You are right that accuracy is important and my account of what happened is 100% accurate. I'm positive you didn't hear what was said and I'm positive we were NOT WELCOMED by said employee. You in fact may want to actually listen to what your customers (former in this case) say and fix the actual problem.

Angelia's is super tiny now and they no longer have a full bar. The pepperoni rolls and the cheesy breadsticks are my favorite and I think the best they have to offer. I recently got a dinner salad that was very good, but also overpriced in my opinion.
