I had to flag down the bar tender and was told you seat yourself, get drinks at the bar (and pay for them there) and order food back by the kitchen where the "counter" is. There is no table service (kind of). If you want refills, you walk back to the bar. Condiments, silverware and napkins are at the counter. If you want salt and pepper, there were two sets that you share with the restaurant and return when you're done. You take your plates, glasses and silverware to the station/garbage can and leave them there when you're done. None of this business model is appealing to me whatsoever for a non-fast food restaurant. Maybe others like this but if I wanted to go to McDonald's I'd go to McDonald's. It was mid-priced-not cheap but not as expensive as some. Given that it's the same type of service as Chik-fil-a though, it's expensive to me. And....my meal was terrible. It won't last if it doesn't improve quickly. Tortured Souls owners need to have a talk with Evolution Grill folks and address this. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is that it felt a little unfair to Tortured Souls since they're separate to some degree.
