Came here literally on a whim. No plans just wanted a massage, called and came in. It was okay for our first time. They sent in a male for myself, a female for my boyfriend. I've had many massages in my day and this was the first time I was assigned to a male. Nothing against him, I just didn't expect to be touched by a male. I requested the female instead. She started with my scalp which I had never had before. I liked it but I just wasn't prepared for that. I chose a service that was 30 mins on the body and 30 min on my feet. I wish I had done just all body because I feel like I didn't get the work I needed. And I'm not sure if it is a liability issue but my thighs and hamstrings didn't get touched. I felt disappointed that an area that handles so much weight didn't get focused on. I appreciated the massage and probably will come back another time.

I finally made it back and just happened to get Helen again. I went with the Foot & Body Combo, 90 minutes for $70 and had a very relaxing massage. It includes hot stone and foot scrub. The place is super clean and I don't know why I don't go more often!

A great place to relax without breaking the bank. As much as I love to be fancy shmancy, sometimes it's really not practical. Rainbow foot spa is very clean, professional and the therapists here will get the job done!

A few of our family members have gone here several times and rave about how great it is so we were excited to finally check this place out. Upon walking in the pricing is on the wall and the establishment seems very clean. We arrived a few minutes early and waited on the couch while our rooms/masseuse prepared for our appointment. We did the 60 min foot and body combo and it was great. They did a foot scrub and even hot stones, we were very impressed. The reason for the 4 stars is because my masseuse was great at massage some areas and in other areas you could tell that wasn't their strength or they were just rushing through that portion of the massage. Overall it was great and we will be back.

Great foot massage and overall body massage. I had an hour and a half and loved every minute of it.

No flash, no frills. Just a good firm massage. I winced but it was good pain. I will be going again. It was worth it.

This place is located in an outdoor strip mall and shares a private parking lot. Upon walking in, we were immediately shown to our room. They have huge reclining chairs for you to relax in while you get your foot reflexology massage and ionic foot detox. This was the best service I've had for foot reflexology. The masseuse that I had kept asking "if it feels good, pressure ok" which I appreciate her asking. Some parts of the massage was painful especially near the spine but it was tolerable. The one thing that I don't like is they demand a tip. Tipping is not mandated but rather a gesture for the experience the customer received. I paid $102 ($51 per person) for the massages and handed the guy in the front a $ 20 and told him to give each masseuse a $10. He pointed to a laminated sign on the wall that for a 75 min massage would be a $15 tip was the minimum. $15 tip on a massage that cost $51 is about 30%! The massage was alright but for a 30% tip I'd expect to pay that at a luxurious spa on the strip or something. Also I question the cleanliness of the place. It's dark when you walk in so you can't even tell how clean the place is. The hole that they make you put your face into when they massage your back is very smelly by the way. They need to wash their linen so it doesn't go smelling like that. I literally had to hold my breath as they were doing my back. Honestly I don't think I'll ever go back. ‍

We used the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and locker room facilities, and everything was consistently clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. My wife had a deep tissue massage and said it was excellent. They really helped make our weekend feel relaxing and stress-free. If we stay again at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara, we will definitely return to Lapis Spa inside Planet Hollywood. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind while in Las Vegas.

If you are looking for an all-day experience with activities and energy, it definitely delivers. That said, the coed areas can get quite loud, especially on weekends. It can feel more social and high-energy than relaxing. Even during a massage, noise from the main areas can carry through, which takes away from the overall experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and there is no shortage of things to explore. Overall, it is a unique experience, but if you are expecting a quiet, traditional spa environment, this may not fully meet those expectations.

The facility was clean, well stocked, well maintained, and everything was in service. With any spa treatment, you have all day access to their amenities including a large jacuzzi, various baths, wet and dry sauna, Arctic room, showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a waiting area with complimentary use of a LED mask and a leg compression machine, various snacks, fruits, and drinks including a customizable sparkling water and coffee machine, and locker access. Customer service was top notch. Everyone from the front check in desk to the ladies helping to restock towels and bathroom amenities were all professional and helpful. I opted to try their new Aescape massage which is a massage conducted by a robot. You are given workout attire to wear and once in the room, you lie down and start your self guided and customizable massage controlled by the tablet in front of you. It scans your body and shows you visually which part of the body the robot is working out. You can control the pressure, type of music, and area you want to focus on. The robot's hands are heated so it felt like a human was massaging me! I wouldn't say it's equivalent to a human masseuse but worth a try! TIP: make sure to have ride share drop you off by the Augustus Tower. Once you enter, take the elevator up to the spa floor. Unfortunately ride share will only pick you up at the coliseum valet which is on the other side of the hotel so do not order your ride share until you're closer to that location.

5-Star Review for Qua Spa at Caesars Palace…read more I recently returned to Qua Spa in Caesars Palace, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service we received. After a previous issue during an earlier visit, Catherine Lazarou, the Director of Spa and Wellness, went above and beyond to address the situation. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer service truly exemplify what outstanding leadership looks like. Because of Catherine's care and attention, my sisters and I were invited back to experience their newly upgraded facilities -- including the incredible Aescape massage service -- and we absolutely loved it. The upgrades are beautifully done, the atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious, and the entire experience completely transformed our perception of the spa. Thank you, Catherine, and the entire Qua Spa team, for turning things around and giving us such a memorable visit. We'll definitely be back!
