I went because my shoulders were really stiff. I got body and foot combo for 75 minutes. Lisa, the masseuse, was amazing--super good and firm. She really knew exactly what to do with my shoulders. She even brought me to tears by pressing the right spots. It's a good pain. After the treatment, the pain was completely gone and my body felt rejuvenated. The massage itself was good but the initial energy of the masseuse was off-putting, as if she didn't want to do the massage. A lot of huffing and puffing and aggressive behavior. Although the massage ended up making up for that, I was followed on my way out and pressured by the receptionist to double my tip, which is very unprofessional and should be illegal. Tips are not mandatory and are solely the clients choice, so me paying full price + 10% should've been appreciated. Otherwise, raise your prices if that's not enough. Great massage and I was gonna start coming back weekly and making it a regular thing... until I went to pay. I got a 60 min massage which is $60, plus I added a 10% tip. They then stop me and say "excuse me it's a 20% minimum tip" Like what?? First of all you should add that to the price sheet, and second you shouldn't just mention that at the end. Great, love going here. Went for a couples massage with my wife. Initially I had a woman and my wife had a man. We asked to switch for her comfort and they easily obliged without hesitation. We had a 90 minute full body. Joe was absolutely fantastic, and my wife loved hers as well. We enjoyed so much we have came back several times and I request Joe each time. This place is my favorite! I don't know why I bother trying out new places. I always feel the best after a massage at Rainbow Foot Spa. My back and my shoulders were so tense from working a desk job and not moving as much as I should be. I prefer my pressure on the firm side and Joe did amazing work! A few of our family members have gone here several times and rave about how great it is so we were excited to finally check this place out. Upon walking in the pricing is on the wall and the establishment seems very clean. We arrived a few minutes early and waited on the couch while our rooms/masseuse prepared for our appointment. We did the 60 min foot and body combo and it was great. They did a foot scrub and even hot stones, we were very impressed. The reason for the 4 stars is because my masseuse was great at massage some areas and in other areas you could tell that wasn't their strength or they were just rushing through that portion of the massage. I just recently moved to Vegas and was beat up from the feet up. I found Rainbow via yelp and they accommodated me right away. I did the massage that was $80 for 90 minutes I believe. Joe was a miracle worker. I'd stop by just for the hand and neck massage alone. I recommend him if you like massages on the firmer pressure side, however, he frequently checked in with me that I wasn't in any pain, which I wasn't. I feel so much better. I asked for one when I got there & they said they didn't have one, I said I apologize but I am going to leave & then magically they had one. The inside is nothing special, seemed clean. Im a massage therapist myself and I'm embarrassed. I walked in with a slight migraine and hoping that I can fine someone who can help me relieve the stress. And I was planning on booking 3 other couples the next time I come in if they are good. OMG. The worst massage ever. I'm really sorry, I'm not usually giving out negative reviews but omg. I never been this pist. Not ever I felt like I wanted to just get up and leave. It started out okay for like the first 5 minutes. Then I'm like what the *** you falling asleep? Why is your pressure all over the place? One minute it's good then the next is like she dozing off. Just rub bunch of oil and roll her forearm on my back. Then reflexology on the foot? what?! Nothing at all. Like none. She just rub bunch of oil on. As I lay there my migraine started to get worst and I couldn't relax anymore because I was so aggravated. I told her I'm sorry but I can't relax with this migraine. Then she said you want more on your head and I thought okay maybe she'll work on my shoulders and neck and find the trigger points. NOPE literally she just scratched my head. I'm like what? ! Omg. Then to top it off she answered personal call during my session! Twice! Finally! When she finish I was so relieved. But then she didn't even say anything but "okay we're done, go to the next room for your wax" didn't even ask how was it ? You okay? How's your migraine? Please get up slowing, take your time etc etc.. at this point I'm already done. I just want to leave. I should have just left when she was so call doing "reflexology" on my feet. They're not stupid to do something like that Well did you say anything? I asked if it was normal practice to change pressure in the middle of the massage, You don't know what happened to you while you were sleeping I will preface this review with the fact that I do not live in Las Vegas, but I have frequented this establishment in the past at least a handful of times. In the past, each massage was perfect and we always walked away wishing we had a spot like it back in San Diego. Unfortunately, my recent visit was not on par with my past experiences. The massage started off okay. I was surprised at how strong my female masseuse was, and it was a little harder/firmer than I wanted, but I let her continue with that pressure because I thought I would benefit from it in the end after my flight and long week at work. I was so exhausted from working 8 days in a row with no sleep the night prior, I fell asleep. Unfortunately, when I awoke, I felt a total difference in the massage. The masseuse was only using one hand on one foot ,and there was a total lack of pressure compared to what was being done in the beginning of the massage. After 3-5 minutes, I looked up and it felt like now that she knew I was awake, she would really start working. I did notice a white or blue glow of light on her face at that time. No words were exchanged, but the strength of the pressure from the beginning of the massage returned. I've fallen asleep during massages and facials in the past, but never have I ever had someone half ass the work while I was sleeping. I'm not sure if she was new, but she did keep stopping the massage to ask the other masseuse questions as they were a lot of pauses and whispering. When she had me roll over, she told me to roll over without helping with the sheet as they usually do. I had to move the pillow myself, and when she rolled the towel, she didn't properly drape it around the face hole, as I had to fix it myself. The back massage portion was okay, a lot of trying to crack my back over and over. Rubbing 2 forearms up and down my back in a haphazard manner. Great pressure, horrible technique. The 2 therapists left for quite awhile and I expressed my concerns to my sister. We were able to have a full on conversation and wondered where our therapists went. When they finally returned, they started with the hot stone portion. The stone was too hot, and they slipped from my therapist's hands. She dropped them on my lower back and I had to quickly move side to side to get them off, with no help from her. I was very upset with my overall massage and service received. As I was walking out, I saw the front desk worker being argumentative with my sister regarding his issue with the tip she gave to her massage therapist. When it was my turn, I explained to him why I was only going to give a small $5 tip. While I attempted to explain to him the issues with my massage, the worker continued to be argumentative, confrontational, and unprofessional. When I told him about the change of pressure when I woke, he asked me in an accusatory tone, "well did you ask her to do more pressure?" I informed him that I wanted to give the masseuse the benefit of the doubt before asking for any changes, and that she only applied normal pressure when she saw I was awake. He also continued to say that I cannot speak on what happened while I was sleeping because I was asleep. As if I have no right to what happened to my body after Which I followed with "is it common practice to stop massaging someone just because they fell asleep?" and "is it your practice here to change pressure in the middle of a massage when a request by the client wasn't made?" He emphasized me not being able to make statements about what happened while I was sleeping because I was asleep, as if it was my fault for falling asleep and not having control of the situation. It became a blame game. I wasn't asking for a discount, I was going to pay for the service received, but I refused to tip for the horrible service received. I understand advocating for your employees, but the fact that he was placing all the blame on us, the customers, is very telling. I began to wonder, are the workers' only forms of compensation from the tips? Does the business pocket all the money and not properly compensate their employees for the work that they do? Is this why he is getting so argumentative over the tip? He told my sister that people should at least tip $10, even if she wasn't satisfied with the services she received. Mind you, I'm not cheap, and I'll usually tip a lot for massages I receive. But this wasn't it. And I don't understand why the front desk person felt the need to argue with us instead of listening to the complaints of customers. Bad business, that's all. I no longer recommend this spot. I knew 5 minutes in that it was about to be disappointing. The person who did my foot massage was nice. But the Boy at the tried to force me to tip, even though I was dissatisfied with the service. The downside was when the friend who was with me for the first time tipped them 20% and when the front desk guy saw this, he said "you didn't like it?" And we said "it was great, why?". He said "people at least tip 35%." And my friend said, "sorry I didn't know" and took the receipt to tip more. Then, after the front desk guy is about to get what he wants, looks at me and said "you've been here, you should know better" Wow... shaming me after we tip more after your scoff at a customary tip amount? My cousin was in town and suggested getting a massage, I looked in the area on Yelp and Rainbow Foot Spa came up, having great rates I called the day before to schedule two massages (30 reflexology + 60 body massage) for $60. My cousin was running a couple minutes behind and it was no issue, once he was there we both got our temperatures checked and hand sanitizer. We were both placed in a private room and had two women conducting our massages. I wore some bicycle shorts and a lose tank top (because I really did not know what to wear) to this massage. After my reflexology, it was recommended that I take off my top, bra and shorts. They were really professional in making sure that I was not exposed and covered up while undressing. In terms of noise, they do have relaxing music on, but if other people come to get their massages you can hear them enter, talk and move around the area. I am also pretty sure someone was clipping their nails at some point, but hey! if I wanted a Wynn spa atmosphere, I should have went to the Wynn. We both gave them a $20 tip because they put in a sold 1.5 hour work on our bodies, so don't be cheap! read more

Covid update: I'm actually fairly impressed with the measures they have taken - appointments only and once you go in, they give you hand sanitizer and take your temp. Typically I come with someone else and so we share a room but due to social distancing, they placed us each in a separate room. Staff wears gloves during the entire massage and a mask. My masseuse wore a face shield too. My mom is a regular here (I think she's gone through a few punch cards) but I can see why. I have become a frequent flyer here too! The rooms are a nice purple and relaxing ambience. They start you out with a bucket of hot water for your feet while they work on your shoulders, then they do your head, feet, then the rest of your body. The pressure was perfect and just what I needed, that I believe I fell asleep for half the time. Went in for an hr foot massage that cost $38 per person and we went with a party of 3, and once it was done a $20 tip was given but then he demanded more! The fam, ended up giving an additional $10 for a total of $30 tip. Not planning on going back with that demand. Honestly the foot massage wasn't all that. Recommend going somewhere else for that. When I Vegas we get at least 2 foot massages during our trip. Rainbow foot spa was one of the better ones we have been to. Every trip we venture out to our favorite Korean restaurant, Soyo. We usually go back to Spring Mountain to ge tout foot massage, only this time we saw Rainbow foot spa pop up on yelp. I'm so glad we gave it a try. They are located about a block away from Soyo. The two gentlemen that did our massages we great. My face massage was awesome, even though it felt like he was gonna pop my eye out mod my sockets lol. Great pressure on my back and shoulders. Even better pressure on my feet. Almost up to the standard of some Japanese reflexology places. I love when the knuckle the soles of your feet and they hit that knot that hurts so good. Then they knead it out omg! The way to know a good massage is how long you can stay up! My wife said I was snoring within 1 minutes lol. Kinda disappointed and the expectations where already low, even tho the reviews say differently. No consistency in the massage, no pressure and didn't even ask how things were going. We got a couples massage and they left the room multiple times and came back in. Hard to relax. When checking out I put what I felt was a tip for what I got, 18% and the man at the front demanded that I give them a certain amount of money which I did not think was OK.
