I have been going to this massage studio for years now and I always have the best experience. The front office staff is so kind and attentive, especially Ashley and Darline. Their Manager, Lauren, is also very kind and has always been so helpful. Seeing their smiling faces as I walk in and check in before my appointment always starts the appointment off right. My Therapist, James, is the best therapist I could ever ask for. He is very kind, communicative about your wants/needs during the session, and really cares about all of your wellbeing. My body was in pain from aches and tension (suspecting it may be sciatica or piriformis syndrome) and I really needed a good massage. I'm not talking about a relaxing massage, I needed the deep tissue, trigger point kind where you get all the knots & kinks out. The 'hurts so good' kind. And let me say, Zach B did just that! He knew just what I needed and during the more 'painful' moments, he was really good telling me to take deep breaths and just breathe through it. He was able to release some tightness out of the back of my thighs because I noticed a (positive) difference the next day. It's not at 100% yet but it's improved. They're running a first time client special right now for only $89 for an hour massage. After that, it'll cost $119 and they have membership options. One of the constants in my life the past few years has been tension in my shoulders & neck area, so I decided to try a massage at Elements Massage since one of my good friends swears by them. I scheduled the appointment online. They had the typical paperwork to fill out, but I could do it online. Upon getting to the studio, I checked in and Michael S. (the massage therapist) came out to meet me soon after. Michael asked what were my trouble areas and explained some recent events (e.g. running a half-marathon, visiting Japan) to give him some context and help get to the true problem spots. He was amazing! While he worked out the kinks and tension, he would explain how that part affected my knee, or shared certain points that helps to relieve the pain. I called and asked the staff to refer me to massage therapist that is good with the tissue and they chose Cuinn for me. During massage, I specifically told Cuinn the area of my body that she needs to focus on for my 90 minutes massage which are neck and shoulders, scapulaes, left elbow, and lateral lower leg area. When she did the head massage, she literally pulling my hair with her hands, causing me having scalp pain the next day. I asked her during massage that I like to have a stronger pressure. She told me I will try to do it because I don't wanna get my finger hurts. What type of respond is that?? The whole massage, she did not use deep pressure on me and just the middle spine area she used her elbow which I do not have problem on that area. She did not address the area that I told her to focus on except for the neck part which she uses her tower to stretch my neck. She is constantly rubbing instead of massaging me which anyone can do that too. I was very disappointed and as soon as I was done, I told the receptionist how disappointed I was and told me to let the manager know. My fiance paid so much money to gift me with a great massage which I did get at Summerlin location but not at Rhode Ranch location. I will not go back to this location no more. Update: Christy, the owner contacted me and apologized for what happened with my massage experience. She offered to give free massage with the right therapist. I had an excellent massage with Lakeisha. She is a very experienced therapist, she took the time to listen to areas I wanted her to focus on and applied massage accordingly. I used to be a regular member at this location a couple of years ago and recently moved back to the area. Unfortunately, things have really gone downhill since then, and I promptly cancelled my membership after a disappointing experience. To start, the first two appointments I scheduled were cancelled last minute -- both consecutively. Not a great sign. When I finally managed to get in for a massage with Jade, I asked for a focus on my back. I had to ask her twice to increase the pressure, and she never checked in to see if it was okay. The massage felt lazy, rushed, and frankly, was one of the worst I've had in a long time. I called the front desk to express my concerns. They said they would refund me the tip, but not the elite massage fee because it was "disclosed" in advance. There was no real sense of accountability, no apology I can recall, and they never followed up like they said they would after claiming they'd escalate it to the manager. Overall, it feels like the staff is poorly trained -- both the therapists and the front desk team. I don't know what happened here, as it used to be a much more positive experience. I'd strongly recommend checking out other locations, like the Henderson studio, which still maintains a higher standard. Given the current quality, the membership cost plus the added elite therapist fee is simply not worth it -- especially when there are better, more consistent studios out at the same price without a monthly commitment. read more

Elements Massage sends you their consent form electronically so you can fill it up before going in for your appointment. The receptionist was busy when I got in but she made sure to recognize my presence and showed me where their restrooms are. They have gender neutral ones, and they're clean. The receiving area is also clean and quiet. There's only this soft and relaxing music playing in the background. There are several comfortable arm chairs, nice coffee tables, and a big sofa. They also have a water station and some interesting artwork on their walls. It's definitely a relaxing wait. 5 minutes into my appointment and I got called in by Nicole, my therapist. She's very friendly and welcoming. She said I have the option to have the bed heated which of course, I preferred. She also made sure that I was comfortable with the pressure level. Great massage! I felt re-invigorated and relaxed after. Nicole's fantastic! The massage room looks and smells clean. There's enough space and doesn't feel suffocating. The lights can be dimmed according to your preference. It's properly aired and ventilated as well. And each room is private with proper doors and walls, unlike other massage places with only flimsy curtains or paper thin dividers to give you privacy. Highly recommended! read more

Went in for a prenatal massage at 32 weeks with Erica (I think that was her name) and I must say. Best. Massage. Ever! Walking in, I was immediately greeted and briefed on the paperwork, etc as it was my first time there. I was also offered lemon water which was a plus because this pregnant woman is constantly thirsty! Lol. So I came here once before and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage by James. But after a series of phone calls to this facility in the past couple weeks, I have a completely different impression of this facility. Firstly, I called and spoke with the receptionist three times trying to get an appt. I had also hoped to acquire a membership which I stated. The first time, she said she made the appt., but when I called back to confirm, there was no appt. She apologized and then told me that they are requiring face masks during the massage. (Defeats the purpose of a relaxing massage if you ask me) I explained I have a medical condition and she said she would talk to the manager and call me back. She never called back. A week later I call again and speak to a different receptionist. The receptionist tells me if I have a medical condition, I need a doctors note. Wow!! I have Multiple Sclerosis, have breathing difficulties and am on social security disability. For me to go to a doctor and try to obtain a note...just the appt would cost me double the price of massage and I don't have a lot of money to spend being on disability. Not to mention, this practice is severely infracting upon the federal ADA (American Disabilities Act) and HIPAA privacy laws. This manager/owner obviously has no clue (or just doesn't care) about the rights of disabled individuals. So after speaking with the last person I spoke to, I have officially given up on Elements Massage. I spoke to three other massage parlors who do not require face masks during a massage especially not if you have a medical condition and they are well aware of federal laws and not just a governor mandate (which by the way, is a recommendation and not a LAW.) read more

I am so thankful that I paid for this deal for this place. At first the masseuses ask if there is any particular area to pay more attention on the body. Then they ask if the pressure is good or not. It sucks that I can't remember the two women masseuses names, because they really met our expectations & beyond! Why I say that, is because I kept asking them if I was snoring, because I felt like I was falling asleep. LOL THAT is how relaxed I was. Went in for an appointment at 9am yesterday morning, I had been sat there waiting until around 9:10 the lady at the desk informs me they don't have a clue where my therapist is and couldn't get in contact with him so they offered a refund or for me to reschedule. I decided to reschedule for 3:30 and in all honestly wish I didn't. My massage therapist was Stacy & she didn't get me in until 3:30 on the dot and didn't start for a couple minutes after. I paid for an hour and the massage had ended at 4:19. I didn't want to rate this because I wanted to ask if anyone had experienced fraud on their bank account after giving your CC info to this facility? I have no way of knowing if this facility kept my CC information. Or the person who took my CC that day, but what I do know, is that the day after I got my massage, I had a fraudulent charge on my card. It stood out because I just so happened to be on a budget this month to prepare for holidays so I would not have spent the amount of fraudulent charge. Quite suspicious to have happened after I went to this facility and I don't ever use my CC directly for anything, I always have Apple Pay or PayPal. So when I thought back as to when I used my card, this was the only time. -Right after I got a massage. I won't be coming back here unfortunately because I can't be sure. My husband bought me a massage from Elements for Christmas. I had called and requested a deep tissue therapist (preferably male) but was assured my (female) therapist "specialized" in deep tissue. The therapist was nice enough but despite filling out an intake form and doing a consultation, almost none of my problem areas were addressed in the massage. She didn't even touch my neck a single time even after reminding her. The pressure was also medium at best, not deep. I was also guaranteed that there was 15 minutes between clients to completely sanitize rooms properly due to Covid. However I saw the therapist take a new client not even 5-7 minutes after I was off the table and in the lobby. Sorry, but I won't be going back. read more

Would not recommend, unprofessional and non-standard booking process. I booked for 2 people. They told me I had been late when in fact my friend showed up to the first slot. The person I booked with on the phone had put me on a time slot earlier without my consent or knowledge. Beyond that, the person on the phone told me they would send me the intake form over text but never did. In the end this ate the amount of time I was supposed to have for my session. From start to finish , amazing experience and service. I walked in and was greeted right away and was temperature checked did my paper work (1st time here). Place was clean and smelled really good. Nice ambient lighting and just overall easy going and relaxing atmosphere. I schedule with Micheal , after a conversation with the receptionist on all of my problem areas. He did not disappoint , I'm so happy. I wish I could give him more than five stars and this place more than five stars. He had great attention to detail and had just the right amount of pressure and everything felt amazing. I did a 90 min deep tissue massage. What a waste of time and what a waste of money!! So my guy was so excited to take me to this place because apparently the previous visit he had a pretty good massage.... Not this case. So, we arrived early so I can do paperwork and we waited. He got called in for his 90 minutes massage and then I was called in shortly after him. My therapist asked me if there were areas I would like him to avoid, concentrate on more, etc etc.... I explained that I had some injuries and to avoid those areas. I'm pretty sure he worked on my back for an hour of my 90mins massage, and not even massaging my lower back at all when I had explained I had lower back tension and he even said ok I'll concentrate on that and your glutes... then also asked if it was ok to do my pecs. Didn't get any work done on a single area of the 3. Are you kidding me? I got my mid and upper back worked on, my arms, hands and feet, in 90 minutes. The majority of the massage I was thinking, I hope my man is getting a way better massage than this....nope! I came out and he was sitting in the lobby staring into space. He walked out of his massage not even half way into it! He said his therapist was basically running her fingers gently over his rock hard body. I was like, huh? He said yeah, she totally sucked and tried my best to communicate with her and she just wouldn't adjust her pressure and basically wasn't even getting a massage, it was more like she was there passing time. I couldn't believe my guy had already tipped my therapist $30! He said I figured you were still in there, you had to have been getting a really good massage. I said it wasn't like the work he did was bad, but he totally avoided areas we talked about. He had a great personality but definitely didn't deserve a $30 tip. I normally tip my usual therapist $50 but she's pretty darn good! He was so embarrassed for taking me here and kept apologizing to me! I felt bad for him! Geeez! He said, "I definitely will never take the wheel again when it comes to massages. I said dude, what was wrong with my regular place, he said absolutely nothing, this place is just by my house and I did have a decent massage here before." I get it, he thought I'd be more relaxed here, but really I wasn't, the air conditioning unit was loud blowing through that vent in that little room. Maybe I'm too pampered but I've been to several other massage spas and was not too impressed with this one. A bit underwhelming. The staff is wonderful though, friendly and welcoming but the massage just wasn't enjoyable. First off, these rooms and even the hallway are plain-there's little decor and I'm accustomed to undressing in a locker room and given a robe so I was a bit surprised when I was instructed to undress in the massage room. The lotion they used had a higher cream content than moisturizing content, I felt-so throughout most of my massage, it felt like skin against skin rubbing. Not smooth. My masseuse Stacie also rushed each area she was working on to the point where at the end, she said we had a little more time and asked if I had any areas I wanted her to revisit. I did but she still ended my session 5 minutes short. Despite asking if I would like room temp or cold water-I never got my water... Unfortunately, I came in hopes of feeling refreshed and relaxed and walked out not feeling so. UPDATE: Unlike most businesses where the owner cares about its customers opinions- I got a sarcastic comment about letting others know this isn't a fancy massage place like the ones on the Strip. Let me clarify that I've gone to a number other businesses just like this and not on the Strip-that charge the same price range and are 10x better!!
