i've been going to the eastern and rainbow location for around 2 years now, and every session is so amazing. my back & shoulders have been killing me, and luckily daria was there to help. she was so kind, attentive, and amazing. start of the session, she guided me with some breathing exercises and did some smelling aroma therapy with one of their provided essential oils. throughout my session, she took great care of me and she applied pressure perfectly. the part that amazed me mostly was the fact she wiped down my feet with a hot towel, and i appreciate that so much since i have some sensory issues. so detailed! love the imr wellness locations! read more

I've been coming to IMR Massage for about five years now, and it's been my go-to place for massage therapy. I've consistently had great experiences here, which is why I've continued supporting this business for so long. The therapists I've worked with have always been knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to listen to my concerns before each session and tailor the treatment accordingly. I always leave feeling significantly better than when I walked in, and that's why I've remained a loyal customer for so many years. Unfortunately, I recently learned that IMR is now charging a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, and I have to say, it really annoys me. In today's world, paying with a credit card is the norm, and accepting those processing fees has traditionally just been part of the cost of doing business. Seeing that expense passed directly on to loyal customers, especially members, was disappointing. I truly enjoy supporting this business and would much rather continue my membership, but this new surcharge has honestly made me question whether I want to keep it. It's unfortunate because the quality of the massages has never been the issue. I sincerely hope they reconsider this policy, because it's the one thing that's making me think twice about continuing as a member. read more

Love this place. I'm a frequent visitor to spas. It's just my thing. This place is probably, if not better than some of the strip hotel spas. The go to person is Marcus. He's the only one that can get rid of damn stress knots. Love him and this place is always clean. read more

Super cool facility with knowledgeable massage therapists and friendly front desk team. Definitely worth the short Lyft off the strip. I don't live in Las Vegas, however, have found my go to place for when I am! 10/10 recommend. They offer so many cool services. Can't wait to come back. read more

I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and was looking for somewhere that does prenatal massage. I came upon imr and booked my appointment because I saw they offered face down massages for pregnant women. And let me tell you not being able to sleep on my chest, this was a total treat. My therapist was Rachel. I told her exactly what I was going through. The tension, leg cramps and problem areas in my legs, arms and shoulders and she dug right in. She also helped stretch my legs. I was skeptical but It felt so good. It was stretching I never knew I needed. By the end of my massage my body was so relaxed and the discomfort was gone. She recommended some stretches at home for me. If you want deep or just a massage to relax, go see Rachel. I will be back. read more

I needed a massage and I checked out IMR. They had a same day opening with Katelyn. I showed up a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork. There wasn't any signage on the outside of the building but I was able to find it. It is all the way at the south side of the parking lot inside the office building. The place smelled really nice... kind of like a lemon/eucalyptus. Katelyn was really good. She made sure we were on the same page before we got started. She was able to identify all my trouble spots and adjusted pressure as necessary. I had a lot of tightness in my back that had accumulated in my neck and shoulders. I left feeling much better! They have a introductory offer for first time visits. I think it was $15 off the treatment. read more

Went here for the first time immensely stoked for some relief since this place has raving reviews. I was able to book the appointment online, Massage was wonderful, beneficial & my masseuse was communicative and put in so much work and I had a good experience overall. Music during the massage was great. Went in for a deep tissue massage, due to a ongoing 3 day migraine. Front desk clerk was so kind. The only things I would've preferred a tad bit differently: -First time appointment, I was called and asked to reschedule my time due to a masseuse not being available for the hot stones I added on, sure no worries. -Got a second phone about 15-30 mins after letting me no that female masseuse would be available for the hot stones. At this point I was annoyed and ended up just changing the service to a foot scrub instead, but the time still remained the same which I was fine with. -Neon lights were a tad bit aggressive and unexpected especially for having a migraine, (light sensitivity; a primary and notable symptom) wish they were a bit more dimmed, sitting in the waiting room with one eye shut was a bit rough, which I suppose confused me a bit, only because medical massages are offered for services. Aesthetically I can see the appeal, just not the best choice compared to a traditional "spa" experiences -The essential oil aroma diffuser was also a bit heavy in scent, and it being a bit stuffy in the weighweighting room. I definitely needed some fresh air and I did get uncomfortable. which I suppose confused me a bit, only because they offer medical massages as a service option. -I do wish the room was a bit darker as well. I went here for a 90 minute full body deep tissue massage which I confirmed at the beginning of the 90 minutes with the therapist. The check in process and environment was comfortable and clean! But honestly for $175 I've had better massages at a price point of $60. The therapist was cool, and he did focus a lot on my back and neck as requested but he missed massaging my muscles in my front calf and shin, my hands and my glutes. My hands always have tight muscles and cramp because I work on a computer all day. So was really looking for that pressure relief. I was thinking at any moment he was going to circle back. But then he said okay that's all the time we have today. Huh?!?! How do you go for 90 minutes and forget to give massage the front of my legs and my glutes and my hands. He went from my feet to my quads. Like you skipped over the whole part of leg that connects my ankle to my quads. How?!?! And I could hear the audio he was listening to on his AirPods. Maybe he was distracted but if I'm gonna spend over $150 on a massage I expect it to be worth the money. This was disappointing. My hands and shins are still tight and sore. Probably won't ever refer or go here again. read more

Tried this place for the first time. Interesting location. Thought it was a building of mainly business offices, but no there were a few facial & massage spots inside. Once found, it was super clean & zen. Staff was friendly. The room was super comfortable & I loved the different artwork inside. My massage therapist was Eric, & he was AMAZING. I'm a massage therapist myself, & super picky, but he was fantastic. I loved every minute. He was very detailed. I appreciated everything as I am sore from marathon training. I was super impressed. I'd definitely see him again & recommend to anyone wanting detailed work. read more

Hubby and I planned a day of relaxation for our anniversary. We booked a 90 min couples massage by phone. We were not able to complete the intake form via the link texted to each of us but we came in 15 mins early and were able to complete the forms onsite and pay for services upfront. The masseuses brought us to the room and introduced themselves to each of us and asked what we expected and they took that in consideration and left room for us to prepare. Goodness I forgot my masseuse name but I have to say she was so good!! I think her was Keisha in any case I really enjoyed my massage for being my first time to get a 90 mins massage. She worked out a lot of the kinks I had and even found some that I didn't even know about. My hubby enjoyed his massage as well and wanted to do another 90 mins right then LOL. We plan to come back again when we are back in Vegas going forward. From booking, paying and massage everything was professional and efficient. read more

I was so excited to see that IMR was on my side of town now. I have been to the Eastern on before and I can see why people give this company rave reviews. I booked a last minute 90 session with cupping with V. He was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable! He took time to explain what could be the cause to my pains and he got to the root of it. Areas I did not realize I had so much tension, he fixed it. This was my first experience with cupping and will not be my last. It felt so good to release so much of the hidden pains I have been carrying from my shoulders to my lower back. I have not been sleeping well for a while and I seriously slept like a baby that night! I can't wait for my next session and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some self care! read more

Omg this place is a dream. Was needing some major self care & ended up booking the "Self Care Hour" package which includes an hour long massage with an hour facial. My masseuse, Chuck, was super communicative and took the time to really understand and work on my problem areas. His technique was flawless, and he ended up giving me one of the best massages I've had in recent memory. Jamie did my facial and she was SO sweet and easy to hang out with. The facial massage and overall experience was so relaxing. I ended up adding on the dermaplaning and my skin was glowing when I left. Pricing was impressively reasonable for the quality of services. I highly recommend IMR if you're looking for a great experience- I'll definitely be back! read more
