Unfortunately, I recently learned that IMR is now charging a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, and I have to say, it really annoys me. In today's world, paying with a credit card is the norm, and accepting those processing fees has traditionally just been part of the cost of doing business. Seeing that expense passed directly on to loyal customers--especially members--was disappointing. I truly enjoy supporting this business and would much rather continue my membership, but this new surcharge has honestly made me question whether I want to keep it. It's unfortunate because the quality of the massages has never been the issue. The facility, as a whole, is not especially fancy. It feels like what it is. A strip mall business. But the massage room is clean and inviting. It has a more boutique look to it.
