I had tried physical therapy, chiropractor, a different massage therapist and I left each appointment with zero relief. In comes Gina, she was my final hope, booked a 2 hour long deep tissue massage with only reviews to go by. From the start she was incredibly nice, she read the appointment details (most don't read this) and just asked if there was anywhere I wanted to focus on other than my lower back, glutes and hips. She explained entirely what she was going to be doing and through the massage would explain areas of issues she was noticing. At the end of the massage I walked out without a limp. Don't get me wrong I'm not going to say I'm pain free 100%, HOWEVER, I can now move normally, walk, and sit without worrying of any sudden movement. If you're having pain, I recommend getting the 2 hour massage it's worth it! I came in limping, and I was able to walk out normally!

I called on May 24 and was booked for 2pm today. They turned us away. They lied and said the Groupon was only valid for morning appointments. Total lie since it doesn't say that on the Groupon deal either. They lied to me over the phone and now I have no gift for my husband on his friggin birthday. If I could give them negative stars I would! Since the owner replied back to my one star review on Google and lied in their reply, here's a screenshot that I did indeed call them. If the call was recorded, I'd happily share that as well.

That was a bit disppointing as I had been looking forward to a massage. But stuff happens. I get it. Amd it worked out pretty well in the end. I got an earlier time slot for the new appointment. I'll take it. I was a bit confused when I first walked in for my appointment. Core shares a space with a nail and eyelash salon. Not the kind of place I would normally be found in. I told the first lady I saw that I was looking for the massage place and she told me it was the next door to the left. I found myself down a hall and meeting Norma. I was a bit early but I was also the first customer of the day so Norma took me right in and get started early. So far so good. Norma provided a professional and therapeutic massage. She was caring and could tell certain issues I have been having without me having to say a word. In addition to the massage, she gave me some helpful advise for managing some of my symptoms. Very nice. This place can be a little hard to find being inside another business. The lady at the salon seemed a but put off when I said I was there for a massage. That was kind of awkward. The facility, as a whole, is not especially fancy. It feels like what it is. A strip mall business. But the massage room is clean and inviting. It has a more boutique look to it. A relaxing enough environment to enjoy a good massage. I'll have to remember Norma for my future massage needs. It is unfortunate that it is located on the other side of the valley from where I live. But it might be worth the drive for the quality of the service.

I've consistently had great experiences here, which is why I've continued supporting this business for so long. The therapists I've worked with have always been knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to listen to my concerns before each session and tailor the treatment accordingly. I always leave feeling significantly better than when I walked in, and that's why I've remained a loyal customer for so many years. Unfortunately, I recently learned that IMR is now charging a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, and I have to say, it really annoys me. In today's world, paying with a credit card is the norm, and accepting those processing fees has traditionally just been part of the cost of doing business. Seeing that expense passed directly on to loyal customers, especially members, was disappointing. I truly enjoy supporting this business and would much rather continue my membership, but this new surcharge has honestly made me question whether I want to keep it. It's unfortunate because the quality of the massages has never been the issue. I sincerely hope they reconsider this policy, because it's the one thing that's making me think twice about continuing as a member.
