Let me preface by saying I love massages. I carry my tension in my shoulders and am pretty much always tight. Some masseuse can give deep pressure, but very few can do deep with slow and gentle. Fern can. I felt so relaxed after 60 minutes. It was truly the best massage I've ever had. It was so good, I scheduled another longer massage with Fern for the last day of my trip (which was the next day). I know if I lived closer I would be a regular.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in customers, staying on their phone and barely acknowledging me. There was no greeting or professionalism -- I was simply handed paperwork while they continued scrolling on Instagram or TikTok. I requested a combination Thai massage, but the technique felt extremely inexperienced. The therapist attempted back-walking for less than a minute before switching to rubbing heavily fragranced oil all over my body with little to no technique or pressure control. The entire massage felt rushed and careless. To make matters worse, the therapist kept her cell phone in her pocket the entire session, and it constantly vibrated while she was working on me. It was distracting and came across as very unprofessional. It honestly felt like she did not want to be there. The oil was so heavily fragranced that my skin became itchy afterward and felt irritated for hours. Because of how uncomfortable the experience was, I ended the massage after only 15 minutes. When I went to leave, instead of apologizing or asking what went wrong, the front desk staff started yelling across the business about how long I had been in the room so they could determine whether to charge me. Thankfully I was not charged, but the overall experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and disappointing. Between the poor customer service, constant phone distractions, overpowering fragrance, and lack of proper massage technique, I would not recommend this place.

I loved my Thai massage place back home in Chicago and have been yearning for the same quality place here in Vegas. I've tried various locations that "specialize" in Thai massage and they were always alright. I found one that was promising "enough", but not exact. Honey is where it's at!! She's so professional and patient. She's got limbs of STEEL!... but if I ask her to adjust, so always did so perfectly. She always checks in on you when she changes locations. She's thorough and communicative. The stretches are superb and the massage is EXACTLY what I needed as a flight attendant and security guard on their feet all day. She even offered complimentary tiger balm for my achy shoulder to seal the deal at the end. I was hesitant to write a review bc I want to keep her allll to myself (hehehe), but I always give flowers where deserved. I can't wait to make regular visits! Thanks!!

Threw my feet around like slabs of meat. I told her SOFTER like 5 times and she laughed and said things in their language and the other girl who was massaging my friends leg next to me was saying something to her in a tone of voice like trying to tell her to calm down. The massage felt like she was angry and was taking it out on me. I don't even know this lady never met her before never said a thing to her. I'll take it. I was a bit confused when I first walked in for my appointment. Core shares a space with a nail and eyelash salon. Not the kind of place I would normally be found in. I told the first lady I saw that I was looking for the massage place and she told me it was the next door to the left. I found myself down a hall and meeting Norma. I was a bit early but I was also the first customer of the day so Norma took me right in and get started early. So far so good. Norma provided a professional and therapeutic massage. She was caring and could tell certain issues I have been having without me having to say a word. In addition to the massage, she gave me some helpful advise for managing some of my symptoms. Very nice. This place can be a little hard to find being inside another business. The lady at the salon seemed a but put off when I said I was there for a massage. That was kind of awkward. The facility, as a whole, is not especially fancy. It feels like what it is. A strip mall business. But the massage room is clean and inviting. It has a more boutique look to it. A relaxing enough environment to enjoy a good massage. I'll have to remember Norma for my future massage needs. It is unfortunate that it is located on the other side of the valley from where I live. But it might be worth the drive for the quality of the service.
