My boyfriend has been getting his dry cleaning done here even before i've met him. They know him very well and know they know me very well too...Their prices are reasonable and for some reason alot more affordable than this other place that we tried in Milpitas (which is closer to where we live). The guy was able to get the armpit area of my white carnigan white again after i wore it over a black shirt. They always have our clothes ready for us when we get there and the man always lets us know if he had to do anything special to our clothes or had to fix something and most of the time he wont charge for that extra service... I like this place...i'm sure if you try them you'll like them too. I don't think we'll ever go to any other dry cleaning place. Its worth our drive. read more

This place is horrible I went in I have been a customer for years and the owner he's really nice and respectful. I went in to see if they can press a blouse for today willing to pay extra and the owners wife is very rude and right when I came she mugged me and looked at me and said no I said good morning can I have this blouse press and I'm willing to pay extra she said NO SO LOUD. I've been using this place for my clothes until the incident happened 2 weeks ago! Brought the newly bought brand name pants to dry clean. I didn't check carefully when picked up and found out when got home that the owner gave me a wrong one with 3 sizes bigger than mine! He didn't admit that he made mistakes and try to point out a dirty spot on the pant that he wrongly gave me and said that " oh, I remembered I saw this spot when you brought it in!" I told him "if you saw the spot, how come you didn't notify me before you proceed?" He couldn't answer that and tried to give other excuses! Well, I learned my lesson, should check everything before leaving the store. Never come back or refer this business for anyone! read more

I wish I could give zero stars, tried this place it's closer. WRONG. Twice what my other dry cleaner charges, when I said something the crusty Asian man snorted "I been here13 years" nice ? Laughed it off . fast forward 5 days I go back to pick it up and mention it to the second person I dealt with here. Another crusty Asian this time woman, she retorted something about a comparison to Shopping at Macy's and Kmart ? Hey I do shop at Macy's and Kmart . I just know what to buy and where to buy it. Glad I won't need to worry about using this place. Go the Keily Park cleaners $2.50 for a pair of pants never dissatisfied. We've been coming here for many years, very friendly and consistent service. Prices are competitve considering they are using a "green" cleaning method which means your clothes don't come back smelling like chemicals. On the rare occassion that there is a problem like a missing button they are prompt to fix it from my experience. read more

Ignore the negative reviews. I've been bringing my cleaning here for 30 years. I'm always greeted by name. They do an excellent job. Most of what I bring them are my comforters. After the holiday party they get my dress and my husbands shirt and pants. Occasionally I have other items to bring them. I've even taken them leather coats. All have come back looking like brand new. Highly recommend them. read more

Ive been coming to this cleaner for over 5 years and have not had any issue with them. Ive tried to find comparable cleaners close to me since Ive moved but have found that they dont come close to the quality. So I still come here. I am sad to leave this negative review, but I called and tried to resolve my issue, but only got excuses. I've been a customer for several years and never had any problems when I dealt with Teddy. He was always cordial and accommodating. But there's a woman who works there that is very unfriendly and rude. I brought in a new pair of pants to get hemmed. She quoted me a price of $8.00. When I went to go pick up the pants today, she told me it was $12.50, because they dry cleaned and hemmed my pants. The woman argued with me when I told her I didn't want the pants dry cleaned since they were new (and my slip didn't say to dry clean). I explained I haven't worn them because they were too long, and she told me twice that they weren't new. Really? Teddy came out from the back and said it was okay to just charge me only for the alteration, and she began arguing with him in a language I couldn't understand. Then he said it would only be $10 ($2 more) because the seamstress did a fancier hem job... Later I called Teddy to voice my displeasure with the customer service, he apologized, said it was just a misunderstanding. He kept trying to justify that the hem job was better so it cost more. I said if they told me it was $10 for alterations, I would have paid that. I wanted to be fair and talk to him before leaving this post. I told him that since the woman came, I have not felt welcome at the shop and am considering going somewhere else. After the disappointing conversation with him, I will definitely not be back. read more

I am stunned by how much they charged me. I brought in a lot of items and was mislead by their price. For machine wash, they charge you about $1.35 / shirt, but for dry clean, they charge you nearly $5 / shirt. Isn't it ridiculous? Not to mention about their quality of work....should have driven few more miles to Kathy's Cleaner in Milpitas. Laziness hurts. read more

Came here once to get my dress shirt dry cleaned for a wedding. Forgot how much they charged. But when I went to pick it up it had some noticeable brownish stains on the sleeves and on the back. Complained to the guy working there and he claimed it was already there. Uhhh I don't think so. I would know if there were some brownish stains on my shirt. I like to review places based on more than one visit. This is a long-overdue review that I've been meaning to write about this place. I've been getting my clothes dry cleaned here for over 15 years. It is a family-owned business, and the husband runs this location. He is a very understanding and reasonable person, and every time I walk in there to pick-up/drop-off my clothes he has always has a pleasant demeanor. I have not seen/dealt with his wife too much (she may be at the other location), so I cannot give any opinion on her customer service. I do realize that the prices are a bit higher than other dry cleaning places. However, I am pretty particular when it comes to the care of my clothing, and I value quality over quantity. I noticed that when I took a few pieces of clothes to another dry cleaning place nearby, during a holiday (this place was closed that day and I needed same-day service), the way my clothes were returned fell very short of my expectations. The upside: the price was quite low...I felt like I saved a lot of $$. The downside: my clothes were all dark colors and I noticed a light white coating on them (this came out after I dusted it out, but seeing that made me feel that my clothes were unclean). My biggest concern though was the smell of my clothing. They had a chemical-like smell that made me feel uneasy since I would be wearing these clothes (and who knows which toxins would be absorbed by my skin). By the time I realized this, the place was closed for the day and would not open until two days later. The smell was so strong that I decided to not wear those clothes that day and let them air out. It took one week for the smell to fade away. After that experience, I decided to stick to this place since I feel comfortable with their quality. I know that the treatment they use on the clothing is non-toxic, and I have never experienced anything like the other place I visited. When I pick up my clothes, I don't have the need to check them because I know that they will be cleaned to my expectations. For individuals that mentioned that they were shocked about the prices (when they were first quoted versus when they picked the items up), I have not experienced a difference in price. This is what I experience: 1. I drop off my clothing; 2. I'm given a receipt with the price (if I have a new item, and I'm curious about the price - I ask and then decide if I will drop off the item then or ask further questions if I have any); 3. When I pick up my items, the price is what is on the receipt I was given. If your top priority are low prices, I'm sure that there are a lot of other dry cleaners you can go to. If your top priority is quality, then give this place a try. read more

i was in search of a drycleaners for my down comforter and i came across this place because. 1. its close by. and 2. its close by. I asked how much and he said 30 dollars for my king size down comforter. Another place i called said it was way less than that so i asked him what makes it so much more expensive. He told me he couldn't tell me. So i asked him how do they clean it that makes it different, he told me he can't tell me. UH? WHY? its my items so i think i have the right to know what they do to it, but he still said he couldnt tel me. I did not understand why. So i said ok when do i pick it up because i was in no mood to find another dry cleaners and i needed it cleaned. When I first came in with my clothes for dry cleaning they quoted all the price already, and it was already pricey in my book but I was lazy to go far since this location was closest to my house. When I came back to pick up my shirts they jacked up the price thinking I would not remember, when I questioned them about it, the short hair woman said it cost me 9$ for two of my plain shirts because it was silk- originally quoted me $1.75 each shirt- that's a huge difference!?!?? Now why the Eff does she tell me this now and not when I initially brought in and I did asked for pricing at the beginning???!! She assume I would be ok with that?? What if I didn't have enough $$ to pay- I told her that. She then says "it's 9$ sir, it is what it is" WTF without my permission. Her tone of voice was very curt and rude. I never agreed to pay this much?? She didn't have any customer Svc or common sense to know this is her wrong doing. Damn Chinese service trying to milk every dollar out of u!
