When we walked in, we were happily greeted by the women at the front and asked to complete a short survey of the focal point of massage and pressure on an iPad. We were then brought back to the couples massage room. **They are very quick and do not give much time to get undressed, but friendly and professional when knocking to come in. We started off laying face down with a big towel on our backs. We were massaged with the towel on our backs for a little bit, and then to the massage oils where the towel was removed. My masseuse made sure the pressure and comfort was good throughout the massage We did have the hot stones as an option, however, the hot stones didn't last more than a few minutes. I wish they rotated out the stones and it was a little bit longer as this is very relaxing. I was not expecting the little face massage that I received. However, it was nice to release the lymph nodes and the sinus cavity. I also didn't expect the slapping of my body limbs the massage was done. This was definitely not expected and removed the relaxing aspect of the massage. Overall it was a great massage and I would come back

I thought I would have to choose between various types of massages, but they simply ask how long of a massage you would like and then once you have paid, you are guided to the room. A one hour massage here is only $60 per hour, and as a first time customer you only pay $50. There is a coupon on their website: http://oasisspa95.com. If two people come together, they each get $10 off as well. The room was basic and clean, and the massage itself exceeded my expectations. She spent a long time on my upper back and shoulder areas, which is exactly what I was hoping she would do as I hold a lot of tension there. The pressure was just perfect (deep, but not so deep that you are in pain), and I came away feeling totally relaxed. I've had many massages over the past few decades, and this was definitely one of the best. It was also one of the most affordable. I will definitely be returning.

Being new to cupping, I had no idea what to expect and, wow, it was better than I anticipated. Amanda took her time to talk with me when I arrived to get to know me and explain the cupping process. She spent the beginning of the appointment doing a deep tissue massage, focusing on my areas of tension. This included some stretching, which felt amazing. She was very knowledgeable, commenting on reasons for tension/knots in certain areas and even knowing from massaging my neck that I clench my teeth! At the end of the massage came the cupping. Amanda used stationary cups (the traditional ones that stay in place with suction) as well as cups that she moved around, describing it as almost a "reverse massage." This was a "hurts but feels good" situation for me. I really enjoyed it, and felt like the tension in my neck and shoulders was finally relieved. Amanda suggested an epsom salt bath and rest as cupping is intended to detox the body. I took her suggestions and felt so relaxed. The cupping did leave marks but they went away in about a week. I would absolutely go back for a massage and cupping!

When booking a couples massage the receptionist was able to look at multiple dates, times and therapists. I can not rave enough about how amazing my massage with Alfonso. He checked in multiple times through the hour about pressure and speed. His hands are like magic melting down knots and stress. He has a little hot towel on the back surprise right at the beginning which really helps so much with loosening up muscles. What a great idea! He was so calm and reassuring the entire time. It's too bad this is so far from me, or else I'd be back every week!

Extremely disappointing experience -- over $2,000 charged with no fair resolution…read more I am deeply disappointed with our experience with Elements Massage in Avon, CT. We moved to Seattle over a year ago, but our HSA account was unknowingly being charged automatically for our membership, accumulating over $2,000 in charges. When we discovered this, we reached out to the Avon location to resolve the issue. Initially, we were assured that our accumulated sessions could be credited and redeemed at any Elements Massage location nationwide. Relying on that statement, we attempted to book sessions at the Bellevue, WA location, but they refused to honor them. When we contacted the Avon studio again, the response was frustrating and dismissive. While the owner eventually offered to credit just 4 classes, they refused to honor or refund the remaining balance of the roughly 25 accumulated sessions we paid for. To make matters worse, our attempts to follow up further have resulted in disconnected calls, leaving us with no reasonable way to resolve a significant financial dispute. We are not asking for free services; we are simply seeking a fair resolution for over $2,000 automatically billed to our HSA while living thousands of miles away. We are formally requesting a complete accounting of all charges, an explanation of the continued billing after our move, and a fair remedy for the full balance of paid, unused sessions. If this cannot be resolved directly, we will take the necessary formal and legal steps to recover our funds. Please closely monitor your account and recurring HSA charges if you hold a membership here, and ensure any verbal promises regarding transfers or session roll-overs are documented in writing.

I was skeptical at first--the outside gave off more nail salon vibes than high-end spa. Once inside, the massage rooms are simple, with walls that don't go all the way up and curtains separating the spaces, so you can hear what's going on around you. I laid on the table thinking, "What did I get myself into?" But let me tell you--this was the BEST massage I've ever had. I've been to spas all over the world, spent top dollar on deep tissue massages, and this guy blew them all away. His technique was absolutely perfect. I was zoned out, relaxed, and left feeling incredible. He even healed a pain I'd had in my back for two years. I went back again today, got in right away, and the second massage was even better. Now that I wasn't on edge, I noticed how clean and well-kept everything is. It's basic, but spotless--and that matters most to me. Also? $65 for 60 minutes. Insane. Leave a fat tip--they deserve it. And the hot stones? 10,000/10.
