BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!…read more I paid $700 in October 2024 to this company, Elite Massage for a massage package but I never received the massages due to a medical situation outside of my control and they refuse to refund my money. Elite massage are rude crooks and they don't care at all about their clients. I have several unexpected complications following my surgery and I am now in and out of the hospital. I kindly reached out to them and explained my situation and asked for a refund but they said NO. Even though I never received the massages and didn't even have a chance to make an appointment for the massages, they said NO. I went into the hospital a few days after I paid them $700 and I have been in and out of the hospital since then. I can't afford to lose $700, I'm a single mom of 4 children and I loss my job due to my now ongoing medical issues and my medical bills are mounting each day. I don't wish this situation on anyone! I reached out to them again a couple of weeks ago but they didn't respond at all. I asked if we could come to some sort of agreement but they are not responding to me at all. I have no choice but to report this company. BEWARE OF ELITE MASSAGE!!!

Already looking forward to my next appointment.

When we walked in, we were happily greeted by the women at the front and asked to complete a short survey of the focal point of massage and pressure on an iPad. We were then brought back to the couples massage room. **They are very quick and do not give much time to get undressed, but friendly and professional when knocking to come in. We started off laying face down with a big towel on our backs. We were massaged with the towel on our backs for a little bit, and then to the massage oils where the towel was removed. My masseuse made sure the pressure and comfort was good throughout the massage We did have the hot stones as an option, however, the hot stones didn't last more than a few minutes. I wish they rotated out the stones and it was a little bit longer as this is very relaxing. I was not expecting the little face massage that I received. However, it was nice to release the lymph nodes and the sinus cavity. I also didn't expect the slapping of my body limbs the massage was done. This was definitely not expected and removed the relaxing aspect of the massage. Overall it was a great massage and I would come back

I made a last minute appointment for the same day after having a week of tension in my neck and…read moreshoulders that would not go away. I scheduled a one-hour cupping session with Amanda. Being new to cupping, I had no idea what to expect and, wow, it was better than I anticipated. Amanda took her time to talk with me when I arrived to get to know me and explain the cupping process. She spent the beginning of the appointment doing a deep tissue massage, focusing on my areas of tension. This included some stretching, which felt amazing. She was very knowledgeable, commenting on reasons for tension/knots in certain areas and even knowing from massaging my neck that I clench my teeth! At the end of the massage came the cupping. Amanda used stationary cups (the traditional ones that stay in place with suction) as well as cups that she moved around, describing it as almost a "reverse massage." This was a "hurts but feels good" situation for me. I really enjoyed it, and felt like the tension in my neck and shoulders was finally relieved. Amanda suggested an epsom salt bath and rest as cupping is intended to detox the body. I took her suggestions and felt so relaxed. The cupping did leave marks but they went away in about a week. I would absolutely go back for a massage and cupping!

It was important for me to find a place close to home but also a place that was reputable with good reviews. Thanks to Yelp I stumbled upon Natural Balance therapeutic massage in Newington, CT. I quickly made an appointment after reading such awesome reviews, and the ease of appointment spiked my interest even greater. Upon arrival, my husband and I were greeted by our massage therapists who were very friendly and greeted us by name. We arrived a little early and filled out a small questionarre about any allergies, ailments, injuries, etc. The atmosphere was very welcoming, calming, comfortable and felt like walking into a home. It was also very clean and professional. Then we were off upstairs for our massages. The massage room was beautiful decorated with soft, dim lighting, 2 seperate heated beds with soft blankets, and calming spa music. The room was comfortably warm and we were left alone to change and get into the beds. Shortly thereafter, the massages started. 90 minutes of pure relaxation and bliss. I was very pleased with the communication the therapists provided to ensure full comfort, the professionalism of the entire experience, and the perfect combination of deep massage work and soft massage work. It was amazing how my massage therapist knew which parts needed extra work, and other parts of my muscles to go easier on. Needless to say, my hubby loved his massage as well and we both agreed to come back very soon. If you are looking for an incredible massage by knowledgeable, friendly and professional massage therapists, go to Natural Balance. You will not be disappointed. Thank you both so much!
