Being new to cupping, I had no idea what to expect and, wow, it was better than I anticipated. Amanda took her time to talk with me when I arrived to get to know me and explain the cupping process. She spent the beginning of the appointment doing a deep tissue massage, focusing on my areas of tension. This included some stretching, which felt amazing. She was very knowledgeable, commenting on reasons for tension/knots in certain areas and even knowing from massaging my neck that I clench my teeth! At the end of the massage came the cupping. Amanda used stationary cups (the traditional ones that stay in place with suction) as well as cups that she moved around, describing it as almost a "reverse massage." This was a "hurts but feels good" situation for me. I really enjoyed it, and felt like the tension in my neck and shoulders was finally relieved. Amanda suggested an epsom salt bath and rest as cupping is intended to detox the body. I took her suggestions and felt so relaxed. The cupping did leave marks but they went away in about a week. I would absolutely go back for a massage and cupping!

The regular prices are very reasonable. Just to let everyone know, you would not come here for a typical spa experience, only for a massage. The building itself has a bunch of unoccupied rooms, and it's kind of weird meandering to the salon. However, once you get there, it is a very warm and relaxing space. The therapists were super nice, and my back still feels great.

I like getting hot stone massages and I've been trying a few places to see which one I like best…read more Think I might have found my place :-) First off, I like how all the massages are the same price. A lot of places charge more for hot stone or deep tissue, here they are all the same. Thank you for that. It's a cute little place with the parking lot in the back. I love how quiet and serene it is. I've been in places that do other services (waxes, nails) and it ends up being noisy while you're getting a massage - that's the opposite of relaxing. Katy did my massage and she did a great job. Asked all the questions up front and then allowed me to quietly enjoy the massage with a little music (yes, I've had massage therapists that keep talking. Again, that's not relaxing). Given how close this is to my house and how much I enjoyed it, I will definitely be back. Treat yourself and try them out too.

I was skeptical at first--the outside gave off more nail salon vibes than high-end spa. Once inside, the massage rooms are simple, with walls that don't go all the way up and curtains separating the spaces, so you can hear what's going on around you. I laid on the table thinking, "What did I get myself into?" But let me tell you--this was the BEST massage I've ever had. I've been to spas all over the world, spent top dollar on deep tissue massages, and this guy blew them all away. His technique was absolutely perfect. I was zoned out, relaxed, and left feeling incredible. He even healed a pain I'd had in my back for two years. I went back again today, got in right away, and the second massage was even better. Now that I wasn't on edge, I noticed how clean and well-kept everything is. It's basic, but spotless--and that matters most to me. Also? $65 for 60 minutes. Insane. Leave a fat tip--they deserve it. And the hot stones? 10,000/10.

The hours and membership structure are similar to Massage Envy, but the vibe, massage therapists, and customer service are far superior at Elements. As others have noted, you aren't trapped for a year. It's a month to month membership for $69. If you get a second massage in a month, it's only $59. They have some add ons, but they aren't pushy about them. They also give you an ice cold bottle of water and a Lindt truffle at the end of your massage - nice touch! I do wish they had a relaxation room instead of just waiting out in the main lobby, but it's not essential. I've been very happy at Elements, and have forced myself to make time to get the massages that I desperately need for pain relief and overall well-being.
