I would highly recommend this location for Elements Massage. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to. When booking a couples massage the receptionist was able to look at multiple dates, times and therapists. I can not rave enough about how amazing my massage with Alfonso. He checked in multiple times through the hour about pressure and speed. His hands are like magic melting down knots and stress. He has a little hot towel on the back surprise right at the beginning which really helps so much with loosening up muscles. What a great idea! He was so calm and reassuring the entire time. It's too bad this is so far from me, or else I'd be back every week! read more

Extremely disappointing experience -- over $2,000 charged with no fair resolution I am deeply disappointed with our experience with Elements Massage in Avon, CT. We moved to Seattle over a year ago, but our HSA account was unknowingly being charged automatically for our membership, accumulating over $2,000 in charges. When we discovered this, we reached out to the Avon location to resolve the issue. Initially, we were assured that our accumulated sessions could be credited and redeemed at any Elements Massage location nationwide. Relying on that statement, we attempted to book sessions at the Bellevue, WA location, but they refused to honor them. When we contacted the Avon studio again, the response was frustrating and dismissive. While the owner eventually offered to credit just 4 classes, they refused to honor or refund the remaining balance of the roughly 25 accumulated sessions we paid for. To make matters worse, our attempts to follow up further have resulted in disconnected calls, leaving us with no reasonable way to resolve a significant financial dispute. We are not asking for free services; we are simply seeking a fair resolution for over $2,000 automatically billed to our HSA while living thousands of miles away. We are formally requesting a complete accounting of all charges, an explanation of the continued billing after our move, and a fair remedy for the full balance of paid, unused sessions. If this cannot be resolved directly, we will take the necessary formal and legal steps to recover our funds. Please closely monitor your account and recurring HSA charges if you hold a membership here, and ensure any verbal promises regarding transfers or session roll-overs are documented in writing. read more

I really want to like this place more but I just cannot find the right masseuse. It's convenient, clean, and relaxing.. front desk staff is always friendly. I've had: Cong - I think he fell asleep while massaging me Kaitlin - very light pressure, it's more like applying lotion than a massage Susan - good massage but very chatty They could also benefit from keeping the rooms warmer, providing a warm towel at the end to wipe off some of the oil, and an eye mask when on your back. read more

Had a light tough massage by Debbie (Deborah if you're booking online) and she was truly so great. I let her know about a pain in my shoulder that I'm having and she was gentle and really conscious of it which is exactly what I needed. Already feeling so much better after going, highly recommend her !!! Taylor at the front desk was also so helpful and nice, truly love coming here even though it's way out of my way, they just do such a good job. read more

Elements Massage - Debbie is amazing at light touch massage! Fully recommend. Taylor at the front desk is so welcoming and helpful - Massage Near Me - Avon, Connecticut

My wife and I have been members for at least 2 years now. Elements has an excellent staff of massage therapists with varying ranges of depth so it is very easy to find matches to your desired comfort level. I have quite a few "go to's" so booking appointments is easy - IF you book far enough in advance (for us it is not a problem because we go out 3 months in advance). The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful - we love dealing with them. All in all, Elements Massage in Avon is highly recommended! read more

I love this place for massages--it's so relaxing, clean, and they really listen to and take care of clients. I've been going here pre-COVID and now, and it's consistently clean. I've tried many different massage therapists and they really adjust the pressure well and listen to how things feel, making constant adjustments as needed. I have health issues so I can't have too much heat, and they accommodate me beautifully! As I'm immunocompromised, I love that they have a few massage therapists who wear masks! The front desk is so cheerful, sweet, attentive, and truly makes you feel special. I had the membership in the past and it was a GREAT deal--wonderful way to get routine massages and save money! Highly recommend this place! read more

Just a fantastic place! The place is super clean with a very friendly staff. You can book online and choose the therapist and preferred level of pressure. I've had two appointments with Erica and she is just amazing! I signed up for the monthly membership which is a great deal! read more

Fellow yelp user, stop your search. Trust me- this is your place. I regularly see Danielle. You're welcome in advance :)

I go for massages very frequently. I decided to get a membership at elements massage because it was so close to home. The place was very welcoming and the therapist seemed very able and confident. When she suggested cupping I figured that would be a great way to release the stress and tension in my neck and shoulders. It was quite painful as are most of my massages since being an Athlete,I look for deep tissue. However, the next day the area of my neck that she worked on was numb and I began experiencing terrible nerve pain down my left shoulder and into the middle of my back. When I called the next day to get advice, I was told to contact my physician and maybe the manager would reach out to me. The next day I met with my doctor and based on the symptoms I apparently have some nerve damage! I am after taking a five day dose of steroids. The pain is still there and even after calling to cancel my remaining appointments and my membership. No one reached out to me. It's been 10 days and the nerve pain is still there. Unfortunately it is debilitating and now I am going to need physical therapy. While I understand that not everyone is the same and sometimes these things happen, I am very disappointed that no one reached out to me. I would never Recommend this place to anyone read more

Calling to book a couples massage was a breeze - the receptionist was friendly and helpful, plus extremely flexible when I had to call and reschedule for a different day. When my husband and I arrived, a friendly employee got us water and had us fill out an info sheet with medical info and preference on what areas to work on (for me, neck, shoulders and back for focus though it was a full body massage). The reception area is relaxing and comfortable with complimentary coffee/tea, an aromatherapy diffuser, and himalayan salt lamps. The massage itself was good at points but overall strange. The therapist (she never mentioned her name) was very nice and we agreed that mid to deep pressure would be a good start, so I was expecting what I've previously experienced from a deep tissue massage. The pressure went beyond firm into painful - pinching (I even felt her nails scraping at certain points), and deep pressure in spots there shouldn't have been (hip bone, shoulder bone). At points, it was extremely uncomfortable and I had to ask three times to go lighter - though it didn't make much difference. Again, the therapist was very sweet but it wasn't the relaxing, soothing experience I had hoped for. read more

Relaxing atmosphere and very clean. Therapists were punctual for our scheduled time as well. My husband and I agreed it was one of the best massages we have ever received. I even fell asleep! Would definitely recommend! read more

Robert was absolutely amazing. Being a male it was very comfortable being with Robert he doesn't see a Male or female body he sees it like a Vessel. I highly recommend that the other guys out there give him a shot.... Robert does amazing deep tissue and also very intuitive. He takes his time and listens to you The Room is comfortable the entire salon is very Zen and well decorated and spotless. Briolle at the front desk was so kind and so sweet. She set the tone to my experience from the second she answered the phone and when I walked into the salon. Mark-plainville read more

Came back again! Mercedes did amazing job this time since she became more familiar with my body. She used various massage techniques to help loosen my trigger points. It was so great that I ended up signing up for the membership. My husband and I were members of another spa in West Hartford but we decided to cancel our membership because the quality went down. As the fan of massages and a year long customer in this industry, Element Massage's membership is affordable and flexible on multitude types of massages. Very excited to become a member! read more

I was pleased by how the front staff took the time to find out what I was looking for out of my massage. They matched me with the great therapist. Trudie was the perfect balance of flow and firm. She checked in with me to ensure the pressure was what my body was needing. I left feeling the perfect amount of zone out and relaxed. I woke up this morning feeling loose and revived. Check in-check out process was seemless and then sent me on my way with a cool water and peppermint patty. I am excited this place is here. I can't wait to go back and see Trudie. I highly recommend this studio. read more

I have been going to Elements in Avon for about 2 years now, and can't recommend them enough! If you book online, you can choose a therapist that matches the level of pressure you prefer (and can read up on their bios). The front staff are friendly, atmosphere is clean and relaxing. I have had multiple therapists and have had a positive experience each time; they tailor to your needs read more

Great experience today at EM. It was my 1st time there and will not be the last. The 2 woman behind the counter were great- nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. My therapist Alana was equally great. I could tell that she was experienced and was very thorough. Nothing bad to say, hopefully others will agree! read more

The aromatherapy in the hallway starts your experience as you're walking to the room. I got a massage from Kayla that was excellent. I could tell she was very experienced by the different techniques she used to tailor the massage to my needs. When I asked her for a medium pressure she knew exactly what to do . Isolating the trigger points in my back has me feeling so much better today! Everything about the massage and Elements was perfect. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and somehow even worse management. Will be making sure to let everyone know how awful this business and their practices are. Will not be returning, ever. read more

They do great massages. But getting out of the membership is hell. Do not sign up. After multiple emails, poor communication of the staff and manager, and multiple calls, my account is still not closed as I requested over a month prior. At first I just wanted to pause my account. But with all the runaround I was getting, I requested a cancellation form. I sent in that form. The attempted charges were still happening everyday. THIS WENT ON FOR OVER A MONTH AND IS STILL GOING ON. Even when I chose to forfeit anything on my account, they are still attempting to charge me for the membership that I do not want. I filled out all of the forms. This has been going on since early March. Do not sign up. It is not worth the stress when you want to close. This is an update after he replied to my review. He is not being completely truthful. This is sad. I was on the phone with them last week. And the charge is still trying to go through. All forms were sent in the day I received them. The problem is the staff and communication. Like I said communication is poor. Don't do it. They charged my card. I just realized. I dont know how they got my new card and account information. But this will be handled. It was an unauthorized charge. Never go hear. Enjoy somewhere else. read more

Best massage I have ever had! My massage therapist was kind and considerate. She asked how pressure was and adjusted to my requests. The massage took care of some trouble areas that I didn't know existed. Very relaxing atmosphere. Kind front staff and booking process was a breeze. Will be back for sure! read more

Overall a very warm and relaxing environment. I came here with a groupon for a couples massage. The massage itself was short of the full hour so seemed a bit gipped on time. My massage therapist didn't ask about the pressure and how i was doing during the procedure unlike the therapist for my boyfriend. read more

Me and my fiancé went here because we got dinner in town I had one of the best massages I've had a long time we probably get massages once a month the lady's name was Kayla she worked my back, every night bubble pressure point knocked it out the park slept the best I've slept in a long time highly recommend her read more

Be wary of membership terms! After your intro massage the receptionist are very friendly and convince you that you can keep the intro price if you sign up for the membership. Cancelling however is a nightmare. I was not made aware that there would be a cancellation fee and that you have to give them an absurd 30 day notice. Trying to get ahold of the manager to cancel was also extremely difficult and required several follow ups. I'm giving 2 stars due to the fact that the company is not flexible with situational changes for their clients during COVID. read more

Never had a place that was so accommodating and friendly. Love that I can text in and get a massage the same day. From the front desk - Briella, to the masseuses there - danielle, david, kayla they really do make you have the full body relaxation experience. They're always on time and really listen to what you want done as far as massage is concerned. I've got migraine issues and ever since i became a member here my migraines have definitely been fewer. read more

I had Karol! Not a thing I didn't love About her and her massage! It's as if she has a knot finder in her fingers, cuz she found them all!! The only thing I didn't care for...the white static noise that they pump into the rooms. read more

I bought a couples massage off of Groupon as a gift for my brother and his wife. Groupon was horrible! I couldn't print out the gift receipt & they wouldn't help me at all what so ever. I called Elements directly and the staff was so kind and accommodating. They gave me a card so that my gift could be opened. They let me add on some additional stuff and we're really helpful with suggestions. They built an account so that my brother and his wife just have to make their appointment and everything's already paid for and in the system. Hopefully the massages will be good, but after my experience, I know they will be ! read more

I got the best massage in my life from Stephanie. I'm now a club member and on to a path of wellness because of her.

By far the best massage experience I've ever had. Booking was very easy and office staff was very friendly and accommodating. I called to book a couples massage on a Wednesday and we were seen that Friday. We were the last appointment of the night but with the time and care the massage therapists took it certainly didn't feel like it. Both my boyfriend and myself felt very comfortable communicating with massage therapists during the massage and I really felt like they took the time to meet me where I was at. I would absolutely recommend Elements to anyone and everyone and I will absolutely be coming back. read more
