I made a last minute appointment for the same day after having a week of tension in my neck and…read moreshoulders that would not go away. I scheduled a one-hour cupping session with Amanda. Being new to cupping, I had no idea what to expect and, wow, it was better than I anticipated. Amanda took her time to talk with me when I arrived to get to know me and explain the cupping process. She spent the beginning of the appointment doing a deep tissue massage, focusing on my areas of tension. This included some stretching, which felt amazing. She was very knowledgeable, commenting on reasons for tension/knots in certain areas and even knowing from massaging my neck that I clench my teeth! At the end of the massage came the cupping. Amanda used stationary cups (the traditional ones that stay in place with suction) as well as cups that she moved around, describing it as almost a "reverse massage." This was a "hurts but feels good" situation for me. I really enjoyed it, and felt like the tension in my neck and shoulders was finally relieved. Amanda suggested an epsom salt bath and rest as cupping is intended to detox the body. I took her suggestions and felt so relaxed. The cupping did leave marks but they went away in about a week. I would absolutely go back for a massage and cupping!

We moved to Seattle over a year ago, but our HSA account was unknowingly being charged automatically for our membership, accumulating over $2,000 in charges. When we discovered this, we reached out to the Avon location to resolve the issue. Initially, we were assured that our accumulated sessions could be credited and redeemed at any Elements Massage location nationwide. Relying on that statement, we attempted to book sessions at the Bellevue, WA location, but they refused to honor them. When we contacted the Avon studio again, the response was frustrating and dismissive. While the owner eventually offered to credit just 4 classes, they refused to honor or refund the remaining balance of the roughly 25 accumulated sessions we paid for. To make matters worse, our attempts to follow up further have resulted in disconnected calls, leaving us with no reasonable way to resolve a significant financial dispute. We are not asking for free services; we are simply seeking a fair resolution for over $2,000 automatically billed to our HSA while living thousands of miles away. We are formally requesting a complete accounting of all charges, an explanation of the continued billing after our move, and a fair remedy for the full balance of paid, unused sessions. If this cannot be resolved directly, we will take the necessary formal and legal steps to recover our funds. Please closely monitor your account and recurring HSA charges if you hold a membership here, and ensure any verbal promises regarding transfers or session roll-overs are documented in writing.

When we walked in, we were happily greeted by the women at the front and asked to complete a short survey of the focal point of massage and pressure on an iPad. We were then brought back to the couples massage room. **They are very quick and do not give much time to get undressed, but friendly and professional when knocking to come in. We started off laying face down with a big towel on our backs. We were massaged with the towel on our backs for a little bit, and then to the massage oils where the towel was removed. My masseuse made sure the pressure and comfort was good throughout the massage We did have the hot stones as an option, however, the hot stones didn't last more than a few minutes. I wish they rotated out the stones and it was a little bit longer as this is very relaxing. I was not expecting the little face massage that I received. However, it was nice to release the lymph nodes and the sinus cavity. I also didn't expect the slapping of my body limbs the massage was done. This was definitely not expected and removed the relaxing aspect of the massage. Overall it was a great massage and I would come back
