They recommended having a tuneup every 300 miles. I called them today and were told it was past 12 months and the first free tuneup no longer applied. I told them our bikes only had 125 miles on them, as my husband was injured and we were unable to ride for 6 months. I assumed they would honor a free tune up when we hit 300 miles. They said "no". They are a family owned business and you would think they would treat their customers better. We spent thousands of dollars and this is how we are treated. Seems like the sale is all they care about. We will be going somewhere else for our tuneups on our E-bikes.

Both of them local to the area - their stoke and knowledge of the neighboring trail systems was wonderful and they even hooked me up w/ a shop water bottle - I've got a zillion bottles but who doesn't love free swag?? This place really does suck. I brought my bike in to have the pedal removed because I could not get…read moreit off. I was going to grind it off, drill and tap. The dude there got it off for me but stripped the shit out of the crank shaft arm. So my pedal fell off after considerable work trying to get them to hold. I need to buy a bike. I go in and get a used one. The tires where flat. So I asked him to put air in the tires. He brings out a pump and leaves it on the floor. This is not a place you go to for service. The selection is lousy and expensive. I think they run a 'bring your bike spin' class which might be there priority. Not sure. I am sure if the work they did for me. I would call them lazy mechanics. He didn't want to take the time to do it right. I should have done it myself and invested in the tap. Live and learn.
