At the end of June I took my BMW to this shop, the car won't start after I replaced one of the radiator hoses. During my repair of the hose, I removed the computer from the engine, it was the only way to reattach the hose, my mistake was that when I brought the car to the shop, I told them that. They zeroed in on that and told me that they need to get it reprogrammed. Gave me a price of $4,440 to get this done, I had done some researched and read that I could take that much to do so I didn't question it too much, so I agreed. They won't call me back when they said they would so I had to keep calling them for status on the car, finally it was ready to pick up but it wasn't starting still, at least what they told me was that it started for a few minutes and it would stall. They told me that they "thought" it was the time chain, that it wasn't catching because of a guard that keeps the chain in place. Quoted me a price of $6,000-ish to get this done and maybe it would work, I came in to get it and the following things happened: 1. I was told without asking, "We don't have a receipt for the computer fix because they guy they send out to doesn't give that out" 2. The cost to fix the chain issue was as little as 3K or up to 4K but he'd work with me to get it down to the 4K area. I was with a friend who knows more about cars than I do and so we decided to take it elsewhere. Before I took the car out, my neighbor knew one of the techs/advisors there and got a hold of him. I spoke with this other guy, and I was quoted 1k to do the work per hour. So, from 6K to 4K to 1Kish... ok I had trust issues, so I said no and took the car to another garage. The next morning, I get a call from the new garage, that the engine has no compression and should be replaced. He didn't understand why a timing chain repair was recommended when it was clear that the engine was dead. I saw the engine when it was removed, and it was clear that the head gasket was busted cause of the "milkshake" that was coming out of it. When I took it to European, I knew there was a high probability that the engine was toast but held out hope it was something else. I replaced the engine and got that done for about 8K (this was after already paying 4.4K for a computer repair that I know didn't happen). It is clear now that had I not taken the car elsewhere, this garage would've just kept milking me for more $$ rather than just tell me upfront what was clear from the beginning. They may have gained a loyal customer for regular maintenance or other repair but, they went for the fast buck and earned another bad review. There are many honest garages all over town, unfortunately for them the acts of this garage bring back the old perceptions of all mechanics "they can't be trusted". Take this as my experience and not yours but be sure you get a second opinion before you agree to anything.

After a frustrating visit to Jiffy Lube that left my oil pressure light flashing -- something that…read morehad never happened before -- I knew I needed a second opinion. By chance, I drove past a place called Eurauto Solution and decided to stop in. That decision turned out to be one of the best I've made for my car. I spoke with technicians Mike and Miki, and within minutes of explaining the issue, they mentioned they had just helped another customer with the same exact problem -- also after visiting a Jiffy Lube. That was my first red flag. They ran a thorough diagnostic and confirmed that the oil pressure warning wasn't just a faulty sensor -- it was a real issue. The oil filter installed by Jiffy Lube was poor quality, and they suspected it was part of a recycled oil system that can break down under heat, especially in foreign or performance vehicles like mine. Mike and Miki didn't just fix the problem -- they took the time to explain everything clearly. They replaced the filter, reset the system, and most impressively, they didn't charge me a dime. Their transparency, professionalism, and genuine care for my vehicle blew me away. Since then, no warning lights, no issues -- just smooth driving. If you own a European or high-performance vehicle, do not take it to a quick-service chain like Jiffy Lube. Based on my experience, their lack of training and use of cheap parts can cause more harm than good. Instead, go somewhere like Eurauto Solution -- a shop that knows what they're doing and treats you with the respect and honesty every customer deserves. I will forever bring my car here.

I have Audi Q3 and drove from west coast of Florida to Fort Lauderdale to get away from hurricane Milton when my AC broke. I didn't know anyone in Fort Lauderdale, but I could not leave the AC as is because the car was getting really foggy and it was supposed to rain so I couldn't count on opening windows. I was already stressed about the hurricane and with car troubles everything felt overwhelming. I called Eurautosolution and they put me at ease. They checked my car, ordered necessary parts and were very good with communicating and giving me updates about the repairs. They even sent me a picture of the issue. My car had to stay at the shop overnight, however they helped me with getting to and from the hotel as well. All those little things are super important when you are in a city you don't know. My car was all fixed when promised and AC works as it should be. Thank you Miki and the team!

DAVIE -- BEWARE OF THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP!…read more We had an extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, unacceptable experience with this repair shop. We brought our car in expecting it to be repaired, but three days later we were told that they were unable to fix the vehicle. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that the computer board they were supposedly working on was actually covered under an extended warranty through Subaru. We were told that the vehicle needed to be towed to Subaru for the proper repair. Despite not being able to repair the car, the shop still proceeded to have our CarShield auto repair insurance pay its portion, and then demanded that we pay $600 before they would release our vehicle so we could have it towed to Subaru. We were essentially left paying money to a shop that did not fix our car, while being told they would not release our vehicle unless we paid the $600. This experience was incredibly frustrating and left us feeling completely taken advantage of. In our opinion, this was unacceptable. If you're in Davie, please beware and do your research before bringing your vehicle here. We strongly recommend avoiding this shop based on our experience. Thieves, thieves, thieves. We would never use this shop again and want others to know what happened to us.
