Management is constantly changing, and the mechanics don't seem to stay for long. I've been told one thing, only to find out something completely different later. Bruce, who is no longer there, was only there for about a month before another employee took over. Now there is someone completely new again, and honestly, it speaks volumes. My experience has been extremely frustrating. They give you numbers and information that sound reasonable at first, but then you can end up stranded after 1:00 PM with no realistic solution. I'm sharing my experience because customers deserve clear, honest information and reliable service--not to be left dealing with unexpected problems after the fact.

After a frustrating visit to Jiffy Lube that left my oil pressure light flashing -- something that…read morehad never happened before -- I knew I needed a second opinion. By chance, I drove past a place called Eurauto Solution and decided to stop in. That decision turned out to be one of the best I've made for my car. I spoke with technicians Mike and Miki, and within minutes of explaining the issue, they mentioned they had just helped another customer with the same exact problem -- also after visiting a Jiffy Lube. That was my first red flag. They ran a thorough diagnostic and confirmed that the oil pressure warning wasn't just a faulty sensor -- it was a real issue. The oil filter installed by Jiffy Lube was poor quality, and they suspected it was part of a recycled oil system that can break down under heat, especially in foreign or performance vehicles like mine. Mike and Miki didn't just fix the problem -- they took the time to explain everything clearly. They replaced the filter, reset the system, and most impressively, they didn't charge me a dime. Their transparency, professionalism, and genuine care for my vehicle blew me away. Since then, no warning lights, no issues -- just smooth driving. If you own a European or high-performance vehicle, do not take it to a quick-service chain like Jiffy Lube. Based on my experience, their lack of training and use of cheap parts can cause more harm than good. Instead, go somewhere like Eurauto Solution -- a shop that knows what they're doing and treats you with the respect and honesty every customer deserves. I will forever bring my car here.

I have Audi Q3 and drove from west coast of Florida to Fort Lauderdale to get away from hurricane Milton when my AC broke. I didn't know anyone in Fort Lauderdale, but I could not leave the AC as is because the car was getting really foggy and it was supposed to rain so I couldn't count on opening windows. I was already stressed about the hurricane and with car troubles everything felt overwhelming. I called Eurautosolution and they put me at ease. They checked my car, ordered necessary parts and were very good with communicating and giving me updates about the repairs. They even sent me a picture of the issue. My car had to stay at the shop overnight, however they helped me with getting to and from the hotel as well. All those little things are super important when you are in a city you don't know. My car was all fixed when promised and AC works as it should be. Thank you Miki and the team!

I did not find the same type of service lately at the Depot, so I asked a coworker where did he get his car serviced. He quickly told me about the Autobahn Connection. While making the appointment for service, Doug asked all the right questions to make me know that he is a knowledgeable mechanic. He knows his stuff. Too make it even better, when I showed up, Ariel got my keys and stated that Doug would get back to me on final details (this is nothing like the other shop that I will not name anymore).
