I explained the situation, he sent me a photograph of options, I selected one, and he arranged delivery on his way home. By 5:45, I was wearing a smart Eton tie and everyone was pleased. This is not your regular mall location where you can stroll indoors and make your stops as you go. Zara in Greenwich is its own thing, the outdoor mall vibe is pretty awesome even though it really isn't a mall more of like a shopping strip. This Zara location seems to have a bit more of elevated looks and certain pieces some stores don't necessarily have. I arrived at the greenwich Club Monaco store at 5:50 to return a gift I had received. The stores…read morelights were on and multiple employees were inside, but the door was locked. Because their website said they closed at 7, I was confused and after waiting a bit I called the store to see if the door was locked mistakenly. The employee that answered the phone said they were open till 6 (it was still before 6 when we were talking) but couldn't accept a return because the register was closed. Only thing I could do was drive an hour round trip another day to return the clothes (they weren't willing to take the clothes and receipt to process another day either).
