I came in alone, without an appointment, having intentionally avoided the stress of dress shopping, and truly just wanted to see the dresses in person to make sure I was looking in the right direction. Anna and the team were incredibly understanding, and I never expected to even try anything on, yet the very first (and only!) dress I ended up putting on was "the one." The team was so kind, supportive, and encouraging, making the whole experience feel easy and special without ever once feeling pressured. When I realized I had accidentally found my dress, they encouraged me to come back with my family so I could have the full experience. I came back the next day and they ensured I got the sweetest storybook moment I could have imagined. Purchasing was so easy, and my dress came within the week! I'm so grateful for how much care Anna and the team put into making such an unexpected moment feel so meaningful.

I had to wait 3 weeks for the inventory to come in for them to ship it to me and I immediately cut off the tags but realized they were awful and 1 was damaged. Returned them to the Westport store the next day after receiving them in the mail. The sales lady was high and almighty saying she would do me the favor just this one time but the tags need to be on for a return. WHAT HAPPEND TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR MY INCONVENIENCE ONE WAS DAMAGED AND I HAD TO WAIT FOREVER TO RECEIVE THEM JUST TO TURN AROUND AND RETURN THEM THE NEXT DAY! I called the store a number of times and they keep saying they escalated the matter and 72 hours I would have my monet back . 72 hours went by and still no refund. I finally called my bank and got my refund and now my free people account is restricted!!!!! I had every right to get my money back !!! I no longer had the merchandise. By law they have 10days to refund the monet once item is returned!!! It was over a month !!!!
