And, everything in this store is so well priced and excellent quality. Giving it 5 stars as I'll definitely go back to shop there. Lastly, I want to emphasize how helpful everyone in the store was. I came in looking for a specific item. They didn't have it but they went to the trouble of calling their other store to see if the item was there. The salespeople went above and beyond to accommodate me. Such great customer service. And, they happily wrapped all the gifts I bought there. There were so many great things to choose from it was hard to decide. Best shopping experience I've had in a long time. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Before I went into the store, I called and was told I didn't need an appointment.I was coming in from out of town. The lady on the phone was very dismissive and unconcerned. I went to the store several days later and was given a reasonable wait time. While browsing, a man, whom I now know is the owner, approached my friend and said he heard me ask about getting measured for a bra and wanted to make sure I was going to buy one. REALLY? What an utterly rude and base inquiry. Couldn't you think of anything better to say to a potentially new customer? The customer service is just awful - very self impressed crew. I left immediately and did very well elsewhere. Stay away!

There was a great selection of brands and styles for me to try in my size, which I often have difficultly finding at all in chain stores! I am so disappointed in this store. In my entire life I have never visited a luxury clothing store…read morethat was this poorly run. I think that all of the recent positive reviews that mention the service both here and on Google must have been written by the staff because they all have like two reviews and are obviously either fake accounts or friends of staff. It's a bit weird that they all mention somebody's name as if they were asked to write the review. In reality, this entire place operates as a store that does not respect its customers. The staff have a really bad attitude and seem like they don't want to be there. The one woman Evangeline who I thought was probably a new hire still learning how to do her job turns out to be the MANAGER. Can you imagine? No wonder this place is such a mess. I watched her roll her eyes for having to show a watch to an elderly woman of color, and then afterwards she whined about wanting to go home like a spoiled kid at school. The other staff were very unhelpful and miserable as well. None of them seem to know anything about what they're selling because I asked some basic questions which nobody could answer for some reason. Also, as some other reviewers have mentioned, the prices are not as good as they seem online. Some of the items are stained or torn but still sell ridiculously high for what they're worth. I'm fairly sure I saw a few fakes here as well. You have to really dig to find anything that's worth the price, but once you finally find something decent you start to question why you're even there in the first place. If you can afford these clothes, do yourself a favor and get them somewhere else. Especially if you are a person of color, because security will follow you around the store and the employees will treat you like a thief.
