Ideal location for anyone who needs to stay close to SeaTac airport for an overnight stay or two! I booked online and prepaid because they had a great deal for an overnight stay because we were flying to Alaska. They have a shuttle service that you can call and they'll pick you up. However...they're right across the street from the baggage claim area (I kid you not). The rooms are clean and roomy. The staff is friendly and helpful. so I've been flying for eight hours come to the Radisson hotel. SeaTac lady at the counter was so rude. today is January 19 of 2026. I've asked her a couple questions been very respectful. I just got rudeness she didn't answer. Any of my questions were to get food. She couldn't even tell me where my room was or what Room number was or which way to go. I asked her and she just rudely goes there is the elevator wow you guys are right next to the hotel you're lucky I was doing in a good mood after eight hours of flying. Maybe the manager needs to get a new lady and kick her out of here. It was 630 at night if you your hate your job that much you're in the wrong industry thank you very much for being so disrespectful to me after I flew for eight hours and I was respectful to you. Reprehensible. They just chose not to honor a pre paid booking. This place is the worst I made and paid for a reservation a month ago. At 11 o'clock I get off a plane and with no prior contact they tell me to leave , they have no room. It should be a crime. The hotel is "Fee" friendly! They charge you for everything from parking, to water to one minute past check-out! Anyway, I checked in for the weekend recently. I looked at my receipt and they charged my credit card an extra $200. I asked them why. The clerk tells me it's a deposit for damage or incidentals. Huh? Isn't that why you have my credit card in the first place? I then ask, "How long until I get my deposit back?" She tells me anywhere from two - ten business days. I should have cancelled right there and left! Then again, I would have been charged a cancellation fee for doing so. So I stayed against my better judgement. This hotel is dated. However, the rooms look likely renovated within the last ten years or so. I had an executive suite which is about the size of a small studio in Seattle's Capitol Hill District. It did have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker so that was a plus. The bed itself was comfortable and the room was quiet. I was fortunate enough to get a birds eye view of International Blvd as well as the parking lot below. Watching the tweakers prowl vehicles provided endless entertainment! I'm lucky I didn't have a car on this trip. It was also fun walking back to the airport on my flight back dodging the homeless and mentally ill. The only positive I can say about this hotel is that it's right next door to 13 Coins where there is decent food and bar. But you might want an escort to walk you to and from if it is after dark. I don't usually write reviews, unless I think it's really necessary or helpful. We stayed here because our flight had a +1 layover day and the kiddos and I needed a hotel within walking distance. It's a 10 minute walk, but obviously along a busy road and passing some sketchy people want the best for walking with littles and a big suitcase. Mama bear made sure to walk fast and make eye contact. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was quick to help, but not overly friendly. A late check out costs an extra $20 (for a room that costs $300+ a night! Like others have said, at first glance the room is nice, but look and listen and you'll see more: Very noisy for the west side room facing the airport,highway, and rooftop ventilation system. Bring ear plugs! The bed was hard, I had to keep rolling over due to pain from laying on one side for too long. Not to mention the what looks like a puke stained mattress. Luckily there was a mattress cover or I would've asked for a different room, but it was already 8pm and I was exhausted from a long day. The mention of filth and hair everywhere is legit. It's on the floor, bed, bathtub, etc. After drying off with a towel from the pool, I was covered in someone else's black hair. So gross. I walked around the room with a towel under my feet and the towel was black after. I also noticed that there were flecks of dirt in the coffee cup, the kleenex looked like it was stuffed back in the box, and the napkins looked used. The fridge only goes down to 43° which I believe for food safety needs to be at 40° or below. The TV doesn't have apps, it's the old time rolling menu where you are forced to watch a show that's on now. No Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc. Definitely not worth the cost and you'll barely get any sleep. The only positives were the restaurant had decent burgers and the pool was warm and refreshing. Will not stay here again unless it's a room on the quiet side and I inspect the room for cleanliness prior to settling in. read more

We had the "luxe" room with a view of the "lake" which was closer to a swamp with a wonderful view of the trailer park. The luggage rack was busted, and the room needed an upgrade. The front desk wasn't very helpful until Josh stepped in and took command. Helped us get a refund for a cancelled second room. The cafe was fine, the location is good. I found the customer service extremely unhelpful. We made accommodations that were not honored. Upon entering the room we discovered that the second bed had not been set up. I was handed a pile of linens 20 minutes later and had to make up the bed myself. No apologies, & a dismissive response from the front desk staff. I called management when we returned home. I have almost 200 reviews and almost all of them I've rated are 5 stars. I am not a particularly difficult patron. I have pretty great experiences almost everywhere I go. That saying, I wrestled with giving this place 1 star. The service was good, polite, professional. Thus the 1 star. But the rest unfortunately did not meet up to the standards of the newly renovated pictures depicted online. Upon arrival, you have to climb over workers at the front entrance renovating. It was kind of tacky, but I guess they gotta do what they gotta do. But at the same time, when you're arriving with a bunch of bags, struggling to open the door, and then having to climb over them, or walk around them and they don't get out of the way, much less help keep open the door for you, you feel unwelcome as if you are in their way. Inside, there was a smell. A bad, funky smell. In our room, it smelled as well, but different and worse. I tried to nap, but the smell, kept me from relaxing fully. I couldn't wait to get out of there, but we just arrived. The elevators looked like someone did a touch up on the paint, but used the wrong color. It was really ghetto. The door to our room looked battered and chipped. There were spider webs with big fat spiders next to the key entrance in the back entrance. I was so scared to put my key in bc I didn't want to touch the spiders or have them jump on me. I took pics, but they don't really show how bad it was. They painted over the bathroom metal hinges and it looked seriously ghetto and low budget. The decor was nice - like something from Ikea, but the ceiling was made of asbestos. I seriously couldn't wait to get to our next hotel which cost less and was nicer. I purposely did not want to shower at this hotel bc I did not feel comfortable, so I waited until we checked in to our next hotel to shower. I got this hotel on a "deal" from Priceline for $179 plus tax. It ended up being over $200. This was NOT worth $200. I moved (with a discount) to the Hyatt Regency for $129 and it was such a relief as it was clean, beautiful and new. read more

If I could give no stars I would... Stayed one night. Flew out next day. Payed for overpriced extended parking. Arrived back at Badisson hotel to find my catalytic converter chopped and stolen. Went to the front desk and told them my car had been compromised while in their "secure" parking lot. I was told that they were "very sorry" and that was it. No "can we help you". Nothing. My ill mother and I were basically stranded and they offered zero assistance. I will never be back. This hotel is crap. The room was a queen suite. I had to ask for linens for the fold out super uncomfortable couch. Waited over 15 minutes for a drip coffee in the morning because the server couldn't make change for my $10 bill. I was hoping the Radisson would be a good hotel but it wasn't. Upon check in I was faced with the most unprofessional front desk manager, Lisa. She did not welcome me to the property but instead scowled at me as I walked to the front desk. I watched as she was handed the phone by another staffer. She quickly said in front of me and to the staffer, "I don't have time for this, they can call back later!" and slammed down the phone. OMG! What do you do in this situation?! Super awkward and wierd. What a way to start a trip!! The room itself is designed well but as others have pointed out, it had dust and dirt on the floor and counter surfaces. There were also a few hairs in the sheets. Overall, there are many other options to stay in the area and I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

Following a two week business stay, I can say that this hotel is not perfect, but it is adequate. Pros: Super nice staff. -Front desk folks helped to correct reservation problems caused by my employer accounts payable. Following correction of reservation problem, staff provided breakfast vouchers on account of the inconvenience. - Negative interaction with one employee was addressed almost immediately with apology offered by management. -Housekeeping educated me on changes made to service offered. I was able to easily get fresh towels and other room items that were short. -Rooms are updated and comfortable. -Easy walk to/from SeaTac by way of sidewalks and crosswalk. Cons: -Floors could use a good cleaning. My black socks were dusty and gross after walking around the room. -Walls, surfaces, and furniture could use a good cleaning. I noticed coffee and other unidentified splatters in various locations. -Received a text that my room would be serviced by housekeeping every 3 days. Housekeeping indicates that this is not correct, service must be requested at the front desk. -Swimming pool could use a good cleaning. -SeaTac noise is loud and constant. No coffee set up in lobby. Toiletries pretty skimpy, hand lotion was like water. Room was fine, average, beds fine. Like the vinyl flooring & no carpet. Convenient to airport & light rail line. Liquor store & a few restaurants within walking distance. September, 2022 was over $300.00 a night for the 3 of us. Room with a view of the lake is really a swamp view. In error the reservation I made at this hotel through Hotels.com was off by one night. We showed up at the hotel, asked if they had rooms available for the night I needed (tonight) they said yes, but that they couldn't change our reservation. I called Hotels.com. who called RADISSON corporate to ask for a one time date change at no cost to us. Radisdon turned us down......they also refused to refund us. This is just bad business. We weren't going to pay them again so instead went down the road .2 miles and checked in at Coast Hotel. it's cheaper and better. Stay here instead. RADISSON has bad people policies. read more

I've stayed here for quite a few years when visiting for work and never really had a problem until today. I've had other employees experience similar issues but for the first time it happened. I walked out to my vehicle at 7am to go to work and witnessed someone breaking into my vehicle. I spoke to the front desk to let them know what had happened and they seemed as if it was just another day. If you are parking here, be sure you remove all belongings and cross your fingers your car is not on their hit list. Sad to see their security is so poor. If I could leave 1 star I would. We left our vehicle in their "secure" parking lot for a couple days while we were on vacation and came back to a busted out window. Spoke with their front desk who told us to file a police report and that there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for a discount for the parking and they said no. I can't speak to how the Radisson Hotel is for overnight guests, but I was here for several hours as a focus group participant and it was excellent. The front desk staff were helpful and the facilities were clean and updated. I also got to sample the hotel's food options because the focus group offered a spread of different hot breakfast items. The breakfast sandwiches were bomb! On my way out, I also saw they have a lovely pool area that looked pristine and inviting. I will keep them in mind if I ever need accommodations near the airport or know someone who does. read more

Horrible experience we stayed there before a flight out. After checking in and getting settled walked in the bathroom to take a shower and saw a roach crawling around the tub. I'm torn between 3 or 4 stars because some of the features are dated and need improving. But the hotel is in the midst of renovations, so I feel once completed a 4 star rating is fair. The rooms are large, big comfy bed with a separate seating area that has a fridge and coffee maker. Wi-fi was free and quick, and staff very friendly and helpful. My suitcase got cracked and they were able to give me some strong tape to hold it together before my flight. It's located just a couple minutes walk from the A Gates at the airport, although do offer a free shuttle to and from the airport if you don't want to walk. It's another 4 short blocks up to the Link train to take you into downtown Seattle in about a 20 minute ride. read more

After booking our stay and reviewing the photos, I was excited to stay at this hotel. The images portrayed a beautifully updated hotel - so expectations were high. As soon as we pulled into the hotel, we were immediately disappointed to see the hotel was undergoing some major renovations at the entry, restaurant, and main floor. There were no issues with checking in and the staff was doing their job. The Room is renovated, but they did not replace the door so there is a huge gap under the door. The shower head sprays water all over the floor due to what I would call stupidity and poor planning. So if you open a hotel while renovations are being done your gonna get bad reviews. What was disappointing was the fact that it was almost $300 a night and they don't even have anyone to help with bags. Great location within walking distance of SeaTac airport but that is the end of the good news. Even-numbered rooms on the airport/main street side are godawful noisy loud. We requested a backside odd-numbered room on the quiet side but they put us on the noisy side anyhow. I spent the night with a pillow over my head getting no sleep. The room was way too hot but the thermostat was secured so I could not change it. Brought dinner leftovers back to the room to save in the fridge for but the fridge was 50 degrees F. The health department would fine them if that was a restaurant fridge. Like the room thermostat, the fridge thermostat was unchangeable. Shower curtain rod was falling off the wall.
