    Parlor of Room Suite

Ideal location for anyone who needs to stay close to SeaTac airport for an overnight stay or two! I booked online and prepaid because they had a great deal for an overnight stay because we were flying to Alaska. They have a shuttle service that you can call and they'll pick you up. However...they're right across the street from the baggage claim area (I kid you not). The rooms are clean and roomy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is ideal not just for the airport but there are restaurants nearby too. Recommend: Yes

Perfect low level lighting; designed for rest.

This is a great hotel; newly renovated with beautiful rooms well acquainted and room service. A luxury considering we are right next to an airport.

This is the room I was forced to stay in after the Radisson SeaTac did not honor a prepaid booking.

Reprehensible. They just chose not to honor a pre paid booking. This place is the worst I made and paid for a reservation a month ago. At 11 o'clock I get off a plane and with no prior contact they tell me to leave , they have no room. It should be a crime. My daughter and I were stuck with no place to stay because we trust the Radisson with our travel plans. This is as they are giving rooms to other customers. Reprehensible. This photos is of the room I was forced to stay in as a result of my misplaced trust in the Radisson Sea Tac.

    Nice coffee maker/microwave/fridge combo.

The hotel is "Fee" friendly! They charge you for everything from parking, to water to one minute past check-out! Anyway, I checked in for the weekend recently. I looked at my receipt and they charged my credit card an extra $200. I asked them why. The clerk tells me it's a deposit for damage or incidentals. Huh? Isn't that why you have my credit card in the first place? I then ask, "How long until I get my deposit back?" She tells me anywhere from two - ten business days. I should have cancelled right there and left! Then again, I would have been charged a cancellation fee for doing so. So I stayed against my better judgement. This hotel is dated. However, the rooms look likely renovated within the last ten years or so. I had an executive suite which is about the size of a small studio in Seattle's Capitol Hill District. It did have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker so that was a plus. The bed itself was comfortable and the room was quiet. I was fortunate enough to get a birds eye view of International Blvd as well as the parking lot below. Watching the tweakers prowl vehicles provided endless entertainment! I'm lucky I didn't have a car on this trip. It was also fun walking back to the airport on my flight back dodging the homeless and mentally ill. The only positive I can say about this hotel is that it's right next door to 13 Coins where there is decent food and bar. But you might want an escort to walk you to and from if it is after dark. It's become THAT dangerous in Seattle/Tacoma area. You stay classy, Seattle!

I don't usually write reviews, unless I think it's really necessary or helpful. We stayed here because our flight had a +1 layover day and the kiddos and I needed a hotel within walking distance. It's a 10 minute walk, but obviously along a busy road and passing some sketchy people want the best for walking with littles and a big suitcase. Mama bear made sure to walk fast and make eye contact. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was quick to help, but not overly friendly. A late check out costs an extra $20 (for a room that costs $300+ a night! Like others have said, at first glance the room is nice, but look and listen and you'll see more: Very noisy for the west side room facing the airport, highway, and rooftop ventilation system. Bring ear plugs! The bed was hard, I had to keep rolling over due to pain from laying on one side for too long. Not to mention the what looks like a puke stained mattress. Luckily there was a mattress cover or I would've asked for a different room, but it was already 8pm and I was exhausted from a long day. The mention of filth and hair everywhere is legit. It's on the floor, bed, bathtub, etc. After drying off with a towel from the pool, I was covered in someone else's black hair. So gross. I walked around the room with a towel under my feet and the towel was black after. I also noticed that there were flecks of dirt in the coffee cup, the kleenex looked like it was stuffed back in the box, and the napkins looked used. The fridge only goes down to 43° which I believe for food safety needs to be at 40° or below. The TV doesn't have apps, it's the old time rolling menu where you are forced to watch a show that's on now. No Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc. Definitely not worth the cost and you'll barely get any sleep. The only positives were the restaurant had decent burgers and the pool was warm and refreshing. Will not stay here again unless it's a room on the quiet side and I inspect the room for cleanliness prior to settling in.

Our room door. What you see upon entrance. Not a very welcoming look

I have almost 200 reviews and almost all of them I've rated are 5 stars. I am not a particularly difficult patron. I have pretty great experiences almost everywhere I go. That saying, I wrestled with giving this place 1 star. The service was good, polite, professional. Thus the 1 star. But the rest unfortunately did not meet up to the standards of the newly renovated pictures depicted online. Upon arrival, you have to climb over workers at the front entrance renovating. It was kind of tacky, but I guess they gotta do what they gotta do. But at the same time, when you're arriving with a bunch of bags, struggling to open the door, and then having to climb over them, or walk around them and they don't get out of the way, much less help keep open the door for you, you feel unwelcome as if you are in their way. Inside, there was a smell. A bad, funky smell. In our room, it smelled as well, but different and worse. I tried to nap, but the smell, kept me from relaxing fully. I couldn't wait to get out of there, but we just arrived. The elevators looked like someone did a touch up on the paint, but used the wrong color. It was really ghetto. The door to our room looked battered and chipped. There were spider webs with big fat spiders next to the key entrance in the back entrance. I was so scared to put my key in bc I didn't want to touch the spiders or have them jump on me. I took pics, but they don't really show how bad it was. They painted over the bathroom metal hinges and it looked seriously ghetto and low budget. The decor was nice - like something from Ikea, but the ceiling was made of asbestos. I seriously couldn't wait to get to our next hotel which cost less and was nicer. I purposely did not want to shower at this hotel bc I did not feel comfortable, so I waited until we checked in to our next hotel to shower. I got this hotel on a "deal" from Priceline for $179 plus tax. It ended up being over $200. This was NOT worth $200. I moved (with a discount) to the Hyatt Regency for $129 and it was such a relief as it was clean, beautiful and new.

If I could give no stars I would... Stayed one night. Flew out next day. Payed for overpriced extended parking. Arrived back at Badisson hotel to find my catalytic converter chopped and stolen. Went to the front desk and told them my car had been compromised while in their "secure" parking lot. I was told that they were "very sorry" and that was it. No "can we help you". Nothing. My ill mother and I were basically stranded and they offered zero assistance. I will never be back. This hotel is crap. The room was a queen suite. I had to ask for linens for the fold out super uncomfortable couch. Waited over 15 minutes for a drip coffee in the morning because the server couldn't make change for my $10 bill. This place is ridiculous. Ridiculous Badisson. Stay here if you don't care. *BTW, $4880.00 for a new muffler system.

Than watched them check in couple after couple. 2.5 hours later we got our early check in. A whole 15 minutes early. This was after it supposedly took them 45 minutes to clean the room. Now on to the room. The room was modestly sized with furniture shoved into every available space. The floors are plastic and cold. TV lost connection no less than 5 times forcing us to miss a few minutes of the show to reboot it. The best part was the bed. Very comfy bed. The comforters they provide are not designed for tall people though. The bathroom was not great. The shower is small with a temp control that sticks causing jumps in water temp. From luke warm to scalding quickly. For men beware the toilet. The water level is so high if you have to sit down to potty you will need to squat or parts might find themselves taking a swim in murky waters if you know what i mean. I would have normally told the staff all of this but the icy frosting on this stay was check out where the staff gave no greeting, didn't ask how the stay was or even express any positive sentiment towards us. In a city full of places to stay don't be fooled by there advertised low price. You end up with a low price experience for a high price in your check book.

He wasn't phased. He had the personality to a wet sock. The manager was running in and out behind the counter. Nothing was happening or being communicated to me. Finally, after a very long wait we were given keys to our room. I asked about any type of breakfast or happy hour. They don't offer any of that. The room has no little refrigerator other than a cooler drawer filled with outrageously priced snacks and alcohol. Good thing we didn't have medications that needed refrigeration. There's no microwave. There's no condiments for coffee or tea. There's a Nespresso maker for those people who enjoy Nespresso. I'm not one who particularly enjoys Nespresso. There were no pods anywhere. I asked for some at the front desk and I was told that it's hidden in the room somewhere. It's Christmas not Easter and I'm not going to play hide and seek for the crappy coffee. The furnishings were modern and cold. The lack of the little niceties that are standard everywhere else aren't here. When we came back and our room was ready, my husband did call down and mentioned it was our anniversary since they had confirmed in previously but we didn't see anything in the room, and they were very kind to bring up a little treat for us including some delicious chocolate covered strawberries. The room itself was spacious and clean with a great view of the city (we had a corner view). The bath tub had a fun feature (water to fill the tub came from a ceiling faucet rather than attached to the tub. The towels were large and fluffy and overall ambience was relaxing with a couch in the room. Check out was smooth and they had our bill ready and everything was easy/correct so we did not have to worry. We also did have late check out, which was pleasant as we could have a leisurely morning. We did try the restaurant (All Water) both for dinner and brunch the next day. Service was very slow unfortunately for the restaurant (it took 1.5 hours while the restaurant wasn't busy, and they did forget our side of grilled broccolini until after we finished our meals/reminded them). We tried the tuna hamachi crudo, clams and mussels, roasted hen of the woods and grilled broccolini. The tuna hamachi crudo was good, though I was hoping for more brightness in the flavor. I enjoyed the clams and mussels as well as the roasted hen of the woods overall, but felt the grilled broccolini was a little too dry (seemed grilled without any oil or seasoning). We did also try a few seasonal mocktails which were delicious and the highlight of the meal. Brunch the next day was take out and we went with a steak and eggs and a caesar salad. Both were solid, but note that the caesar salad came with actual little sardines, so for those picky eaters, this may be a bit much.

The main issues I had were as follows: - A lot of the "extra perks" disappeared. When I checked in last time, I was greeted warmly and gifted a glass of champagne. I don't expect that exact thing every time, but when staying at a premium hotel like this, little things really make the experience a lot more enjoyable. It felt starkly different this time in terms of the service and generosity -- much more generic. - My room was far noisier than my previous visit. I'm not sure what changed, but I could hear noises from other units and from the street much more loudly this time. - On noise, the AC unit in my room this time was much noisier as well. Generally speaking, I still think this is a great hotel, but I had a disappointing experience this time vs my prior stay. I will give it another shot next time, but with caution.

The provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion worked well and had a nice light citrusy scent. There was a Keurig machine in the room; not my jam but helpful in a pinch. We always got stocked with dark roast coffee pods, which is my preference, whoo. Also an empty mini fridge which we were able to use for beverages and leftovers. The 7th floor has a nice little seating area outside the bar where I was able to get some quiet work done one weekday, and the outdoor terrace offers a mountain view on clear days. The fitness center is small: just two treadmills, one recumbent bike, an elliptical, a peloton, and many dumbbells, but I had no problem getting a treadmill run in each morning before 9 am. Water bottle fillers on floors 1 and 4 were super convenient, too. The valet parking is very convenient but pricy. You might want to check Spot Hero or similar to see if you can get a better deal on parking nearby. Our last two nights of our journey were spent in Seattle at the Shafer Baillie mansion. I would highly recommend staying here. The location was great for getting to downtown and all around. It was built in 1914 and has been well cared for over the years. When we came back from one evening out, we all gathered in the Library and set up some charcuterie and wine to share from our travels. It was so cozy sitting all together and chatting about our adventures. The rooms are historic with modern conveniences. Our room was the Queen Ann Hill. We slept soundly in our comfortable 4 poster bed. There was a helpful step stool for me to climb up as I am vertically challenged. It has original pushbotton light switches. The greeters always opened the door for me, the check-in desk staff were courteous and always had a smile, and the checkout process was also quick and ended with an invitation to return to the property the next time I'm in Seattle. As soon as I stepped out of my Uber upon initial arrival, a staff member walked up to open my door and asked if I needed help with my bags. My room was comfortable in every aspect. The temperature controls worked great, the bed was very comfortable and had an adequate number of pillows, the bathroom was well-appointed, and everything was very clean. The bath towels were large, soft, and plush. The frosted door to the water closet was a nice touch for the sake of privacy if you were sharing the space with someone. The shower was not huge but it was more than adequately spacious for me. There were 2 robes hung in the bathroom (though I didn't use them). The small table and chairs near the window were convenient and comfortable to work from. The view from my room was very nice, especially during clear days when you can see the water and the mountains in the distance. The room was always well maintained after the typical morning cleaning as well as during turn down service. I appreciated the staff placing slippers by the bed and how they always nicely arranged my toiletries in the bathroom, replaced used towels with fresh ones, and even placed things on the table in the bedroom (like my charger, earbud case, eyeglass case, and so on) neatly for when I returned. The bar area at the back of the restaurant was a nice little area and had a table large enough for our group of around 8-10 to comfortably sit at while enjoying a nightcap. My breakfast the day I checked out was also high quality and my server Nathan was pleasant, timely, and honest about prep time of some items I wanted to order but was constricted due to a time crunch. In general, every staff member I encountered was pleasant, eager to help, and always smiled and made eye contact when speaking with me.
