Conference here. $20 for parking (tax included) even with a discount. What! Food was okay. A highlight was the falafel sandwich with the roast pepper spread they used. Breakfast food was bagel and fruit. No yogurt.

I've stayed here a couple of times. I'm planning on this being the hotel I stay at when I have a flight going in/out at odd hours in the future. The bed was comfortable both times. Also, I'm a light sleeper and generally get woken up every time a neighbor closes their door but nothing woke me up. I didn't hear anything at all. LOVE the phone charger combo alarm clock. Dealing with cords to charge all the things in/out during a trip is annoying. Being able to just set my phone on the charging pad and not have to find the cord was refreshing. Rooms were well stocked and cleaned very well both visits. Also, the front desk was easy to deal with, even when there was a long line. Valet parking is available, which I chose over self-parking due to the hill and having a few items to drag inside. Only feedback I have is that I booked my stays through my work travel agency, and I was asked to provide my employee badge on one of my stays. I've never been asked to prove I work somewhere when checking into a hotel. I didn't have it with me and showed them my business card instead. Then I got asked for my work email and how to spell my name - both are on the business card.

Probably the ickiest Marriott I've stayed in. Although the front desk person was nice and seemed helpful, she booked us in two rooms even though we only needed and stayed in one, which I found out when I was charged for two rooms. (Still have not been refunded for the unused room) The room was pretty gross: overlooking a roof and generators, which was loud during the stay. There was graffiti on the wall, smudges on the mirror, dust on the counter. The temperature was good, and the beds were comfy, but I cannot recommend this hotel. The assistant general manager emailed to gaslight me on the graffiti, otherwise I probably would not be leaving this review. "We want to be very clear that there is no graffiti on any of the walls at our hotel. We take great pride in the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall presentation of our property, and we conduct regular inspections to maintain our standards. If something was mistaken for graffiti or gave that impression, we would welcome the opportunity to understand more and investigate further." See photos.

This hotel is a dump and they never have upgrades. Check in is painful as always. A nice double queen room on the first floor. Are we in Amsterdam yet?

When we were dropped off at SeaTac we flew Alaska Airlines and told the pickup was the same as the drop off.

Used their paid parking lot while taking a quick trip. The price is reasonable considering how much parking fees and park and fly type lots cost. There was a little confusion on what do to when we arrived which required we ask a parking attendant. There were limited spots which made me wonder what happens if you've paid for a spot but none exist. We would utilize this method of park and fly again. The shuttle to the airport was pretty easy. The wait for someone to take us to the airport was about 15 minutes and the pickup took less than 5 minutes on the way back to the hotel. The drivers both were nice and friendly making this a nice experience.

I really liked this spot. My husband pointed out that some of the design elements are anachronistic and a bit haphazard, but the rural cabin vibe was a nice one considering we were so near the airport. The bed was comfortable; the bathroom was roomy. It seems like things were well maintained or recently refreshed. The room was very clean. Breakfast included many options including eggs and sausage, milk and juices, cereal and some fruit. The proteins were underwhelming.

The shuttle runs between the airport and the hotel every fifteen minutes, 24/7. I was able to use my mobile device and the Marriott app for contactless check-in, to identify and be able to enter my room. While there is no pool, the hotel does boast numerous conference rooms, a generous courtyard for events, a fitness room, a tropical sitting area, vending machines with snacks, drinks, and other sundries courtesy of CVS, an on-site restaurant (Aqua Terra) as well as room service, available until midnight. Some of the service has been hit or miss, but I can tell the staff really tries their best. After a vending machine snafu earlier today, the on-staff engineer was dedicated to resolving the issue. Overall, this has been a wonderful beginning to a Seattle adventure.

The location is conveniently located by the airport. The shuttles run every twenty minutes from the hotel although when we were waiting to be picked up at the airport it took longer. Parking is $28 a day. The bathroom in our room had great lighting, and the shower had wonderful water pressure. The room overall was dark in my opinion. There is no overhead or recessed lighting, and at times I felt like I was in a dungeon. The art headboard was cool, and there was a cordless phone charger on the clock, but it doesn't charge fast. All in all not a bad stay, but if you're planning on renting a car don't get it until you're ready to head out!

Than watched them check in couple after couple. 2.5 hours later we got our early check in. A whole 15 minutes early. This was after it supposedly took them 45 minutes to clean the room. Now on to the room. The room was modestly sized with furniture shoved into every available space. The floors are plastic and cold. TV lost connection no less than 5 times forcing us to miss a few minutes of the show to reboot it. The best part was the bed. Very comfy bed. The comforters they provide are not designed for tall people though. The bathroom was not great. The shower is small with a temp control that sticks causing jumps in water temp. From luke warm to scalding quickly. For men beware the toilet. The water level is so high if you have to sit down to potty you will need to squat or parts might find themselves taking a swim in murky waters if you know what i mean. I would have normally told the staff all of this but the icy frosting on this stay was check out where the staff gave no greeting, didn't ask how the stay was or even express any positive sentiment towards us. In a city full of places to stay don't be fooled by there advertised low price. You end up with a low price experience for a high price in your check book.

I tried to explain that people were right behind us and it wasn't safe to block egress but the people at the front desk said that it wasn't a problem. My husband just needed to block traffic and unload our things then wait for a valet driver to appear. I asked if we could upgrade our room to a club level but was informed that they have no ability to do so at the front desk and haven't for some time. I was very disappointed at this. It would have been one thing if they were booked but just flat out denial just because felt somehow personal (even if it wasn't actually). I went back out to the entrance to see if I could spot my husband and made him stop. Soon after a valet arrived and said he should park the car perpendicular to the other cars so he would have somewhere to park. This would have effectively blocked both the valet cars and the through traffic lanes. He then asked if we were going to do valet parking. I told him "not any more!" This hotel charges $69 a night for valet and the self parking isn't worlds cheaper but it definitely felt worth it to have our car placed carefully by us and not left in the care of the person who felt perpendicular/blocking through traffic was a good idea. Meanwhile I found our room that has a persistent sound of whistling when the heating is on and I found that the bathroom, while beautiful had a rather unappealing quality. When you use the toilet you are looking directly into a rather large mirror. When taken all together it makes for a rather disappointing experience. I don't think I will stay at any Hyatt again. There are other options that are pleasant and clean and well thought out nearby.

Finally, after a very long wait we were given keys to our room. I asked about any type of breakfast or happy hour. They don't offer any of that. There were no pods anywhere. I asked for some at the front desk and I was told that it's hidden in the room somewhere. It's Christmas not Easter and I'm not going to play hide and seek for the crappy coffee. The furnishings were modern and cold. When we came back and our room was ready, my husband did call down and mentioned it was our anniversary since they had confirmed in previously but we didn't see anything in the room, and they were very kind to bring up a little treat for us including some delicious chocolate covered strawberries. The room itself was spacious and clean with a great view of the city (we had a corner view). The towels were large and fluffy and overall ambience was relaxing with a couch in the room. Check out was smooth and they had our bill ready and everything was easy/correct so we did not have to worry. We also did have late check out, which was pleasant as we could have a leisurely morning. We did try the restaurant (All Water) both for dinner and brunch the next day. Service was very slow unfortunately for the restaurant (it took 1.5 hours while the restaurant wasn't busy, and they did forget our side of grilled broccolini until after we finished our meals/reminded them). We tried the tuna hamachi crudo, clams and mussels, roasted hen of the woods and grilled broccolini. The tuna hamachi crudo was good, though I was hoping for more brightness in the flavor. I enjoyed the clams and mussels as well as the roasted hen of the woods overall, but felt the grilled broccolini was a little too dry (seemed grilled without any oil or seasoning). We did also try a few seasonal mocktails which were delicious and the highlight of the meal. Brunch the next day was take out and we went with a steak and eggs and a caesar salad. Both were solid, but note that the caesar salad came with actual little sardines, so for those picky eaters, this may be a bit much.

The greeters always opened the door for me, the check-in desk staff were courteous and always had a smile, and the checkout process was also quick and ended with an invitation to return to the property the next time I'm in Seattle. The temperature controls worked great, the bed was very comfortable and had an adequate number of pillows, the bathroom was well-appointed, and everything was very clean. The bath towels were large, soft, and plush. The frosted door to the water closet was a nice touch for the sake of privacy if you were sharing the space with someone. The shower was not huge but it was more than adequately spacious for me. There were 2 robes hung in the bathroom (though I didn't use them). The small table and chairs near the window were convenient and comfortable to work from. The view from my room was very nice, especially during clear days when you can see the water and the mountains in the distance. The room was always well maintained after the typical morning cleaning as well as during turn down service. I appreciated the staff placing slippers by the bed and how they always nicely arranged my toiletries in the bathroom, replaced used towels with fresh ones, and even placed things on the table in the bedroom (like my charger, earbud case, eyeglass case, and so on) neatly for when I returned. The bar area at the back of the restaurant was a nice little area and had a table large enough for our group of around 8-10 to comfortably sit at while enjoying a nightcap. My breakfast the day I checked out was also high quality and my server Nathan was pleasant, timely, and honest about prep time of some items I wanted to order but was constricted due to a time crunch. In general, every staff member I encountered was pleasant, eager to help, and always smiled and made eye contact when speaking with me. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and have no complaints. This property is one of the top 2-3 Four Seasons hotels I have stayed at over the past several years. The downtown area, Pike Place market, the overlook deck, all were within 10 minutes walking distance. Despite arriving few minutes past midnight, our check-in process was easy. The room was well furnished. All amenities in the room and bathroom worked fine. Our room had a balcony with full glass window. Since the building was U shaped, all the rooms from other side could see our room, and vice versa. So, the setup was not best privacy wise, we had to use the curtains most of the time. But we got a gorgeous view of the pear and mountain range from the room. The lobby area also had wonderful interior and plenty of areas to sit. The hotel had M lounge where we were able to get snack and drinks throughout our stay. There was one restaurant adjacent to the hotel and a bar as well that appeared to get busy around dinner hours. All staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had gym and pool as well. The pool was split into half indoor and half outdoor. The water was bit warm, so despite the weather being chili outside, we were able to use the pool. But the disappointing part the floor area around the pool was so under maintained. There were cracks, dirt, uncovered holes, things that I had rarely seen for a Marriott hotel. Our room was also next to a portion of the building's roof that had bird poop, dirt, and weed. Though we had a wonderful time staying at this hotel, some these minor factors were sore eye to the experience.

I called reservations who said they would allow me to move the reservation to another night for $800 and waive the cancellation fee $500. The front desk stooge said no, they would not waive the fee. So a Platinum member who always shows up, never complains literally can't get to the hotel and even partial refund. Bullshit. I will NEVER stay at your half ass hotel.
