Booked via Priceline and not worth the money at all! The room was hot, no air, only the fan function was operable, and appeared to be increasing the room temperature! A fan was provided and the windows cracked (maintenance man Jamie was amazing), but hardly any relief. Felt like a sauna in the room and hallways! Refrigerator warm with nothing in it, maintenance indicated the ice needed to be scraped off the back and provided another one with less ice build up! The room was also Dirty! Sugar and something sticky on the desk. Which wiped off easy. The curtain appeared to have blood stains on it! Covid precautions- no room service or towel service at all. No room cleaning the course if your stay until check out. Of course modified restaurant hours (which I never made it too) Pros: The location ... a CVS, pot belly, dunking donuts, and harbor in walking distance. Security patrols reminding patrons to put masks on. The clerk who checked me in was nice. I can't remember if he indicated the air was broke or the building was old because I was that irritated.

Great value! Good location, clean, quiet and with all the taxes $109 in a convenient downtown location. Hallways were bright and clean. With price as the backdrop it was a very good pick and a nice stay. Internet was free and adequate, no P/W needed. Free coffee setup in the lobby mornings is awesome! I would definitely consider coming back here next time!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere for a better experience. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. In fact, they need to burn it down to the ground and start from scratch. I stayed here two nights and it was a MISERABLE experience. Of course their air conditioning system went out (this isn't the first time this has occurred at this location) and it was during a 90+ degree humid weekend. What annoys me is instead of them getting to the root of the problem they keep slapping a "Band-Aid" on it (i.e bringing a repairman in to access/fix the problem and that's a waste of time because the hotel's interior and rooms are still warm and uncomfortable). Their ventilation system is poor as well. I can't believe they have their staff working in these conditions, which could partly be the reason why many of them appear to be disgruntled and lack customer service. They don't even create small talk with their customers during the check-in process (i.e How are you doing today? Are you in town for anything special? I see you're a returning customer. Welcome back.). The hotel is also quite dated. Dreary rugs throughout the hotel and the room curtains were dull. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a plus. The rooms remind you of rooms in a hospital. The thermostats are clearly broken, as witnessed in my room and in my best friend's room. As soon as you try to lower the temperature down to the 60s it literally jumps back up to the 80s. Management here is severely lacking and the owner(s) of this Radisson location clearly aren't making the necessary investments, which is evident throughout the hotel. I booked through a third party (Priceline) and I had to call them to complain, which I almost NEVER do. I couldn't let this terrible experience fall through the cracks. It was super smooth process with Priceline although the hotel was only willing to refund me for one of the two nights. As disastrous as this hotel is they should've given me a full refund. I settled for half my money back but I guarantee you I will never ever stay at this raggedy place again. As a world traveler for almost 20 years, this hotel is in my top 3 of worst accommodations. This place needs to be cited and shut down ASAP! UGH!

    Clean room. Nice bed.

Well, I won't go so far as to give it two stars but I'll be a bit generous and give three. This is not my first time at this hotel but it was called something else several years ago. I believe it was the Baltimore Inner Harbor or something like that. Honestly, I wasn't pleased then and I'm not pleased now. My displeasure is very specific and I'll get into that in a minute. The hotel looks like it has undergone a renovation since my last visit. It's much brighter and the rooms reflect a positive change as well. My room was not spacious but it was reasonably clean except for the dust bunnies in the corners and the left over hotel issued lotion left behind by either the previous guest or housekeeping. On the bright side, I will say that my bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, during this stay, there was a false alarm fire in the hotel and you can just imagine how annoying that would be at six AM. So specifically I would encourage the staff up front at the desk to be a bit more professional and take pride in what their doing. Not once did I hear anything like "welcome to ... " Or "did you enjoy you stay ...." Another specific issue I had was the temp of my room. During my three day stay, my room was either cold or hot. I tried to regulate the temp using the thermostat to no avail. Also, the shower barely got hot and that was a major disappointment as well. Sadly, I knew things were getting off to an ify start when I was told the phone in my room couldn't dial directly to the front desk and I would have use the number provided to get assistance. I hope the hotel can fix some of these issue both great and small because in doing so, the customer will and should have a better experience. Sadly I did not.

I got this hotel at random through a deal on Priceline. Price was reasonable. Hotel needs a little work though but it did the job. I had some minor complaints. I wasn't notified beforehand about the $50 a day incidental charge to your card. It does get refunded but I would have liked a warning. Another thing was my bed. Half of it was soaking. Idk what it was but it was wet. The heater also needs updating. Kind of old and made weird sounds. Other than those things it was manageable. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. Not too sure I'd stay again though. I feel like there are other hotels with more to offer for the price

The Radisson Hotel-Baltimore is only minutes away from the Inner Harbor & the "Charm'tastic Mile"

Stayed over-night at the Radisson Hotel Inner Harbor. The room was very clean and roomy. I had a meeting in the morning and had breakfast at the restaurant on property. The omelet and sausages were cooked perfect as well as the breakfast potatoes. The view from the restaurant shows that the city needs to do some work on the abandon buildings within sight. The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel is only minutes away from the Inner Harbor, Convention Center, Oriole Park and the Charm'tastic Mile.

I was here for a conference and must say that the hotel was very kind and accommodating to our organization. The facilities were good which included several rooms for workshops, a public restroom that actually offers plenty of toilets, and on the far side of the building, a lounge seating (and closed bar) area with lots of natural light (windows) which is good for networking and social events. I was happy with my room. WiFi works well. There is gym that offers upper and lower body machines as well as free weights. As opposed to hotels that offer two treadmills only and claim it's a fitness center. Of course the outdoor pool was closed. Maybe opens only during the summer? There is a bar near the lobby that serves food; my colleague said the food was good. There are other restaurants within blocks of the hotel as is a Walgreens and post office. The Harbor tourist area is about six blocks away and it offers plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Dirty and I mean nasty! Not valet parking, it's self parking in a $30 / night dark, scary, wet cave. Nasty carpet in lobby. Blood found on pillow , I wouldn't have found it if I didn't take the pillow case off durning my pre unpack inspection, dirty towels, open shampoo. Manager gave another room. That room had a musty smell, dirty fridge, broken bathroom light. I honestly do not understand how they are still open. From this experience I would never stay at a radisson hotel chain. The only reason I stayed was because all of the hotels were booked for the holiday weekend. The health department needs to do an inspection seriously.

What they offer: dirt filled filters, pool half way filled up
    A J.

Whoa. These photos are self explanatory. I have to think that in the early years the hotel really looked as advertised. It has certainly not been up-kept. Would absolutely not return. So cringe worthy. The lobby bathrooms didn't have soap. They said the couldn't refill because they were understaffed for holiday. Ummm gross, it's a pandemic ‍

    Dying mouse greeting party.
    Mike T.

It's always extra special to be greeted to a nonfunctioning air conditioning and a duet of dying mice on a mouse trap. I understand things are difficult, but wow, this is the sketchiest cajon hotel I've ever stayed.

He was engaging, charismatic, and clearly knew the property and its history inside and out. That kind of welcome makes a difference. We were in Suite 18, which sits in a separate tower connected to the spa. The room itself was well appointed. You can tell nothing in there was inexpensive, and everything was fresh and well maintained, no wear, no chipped paint, nothing neglected. If I'm being honest, some of styling is starting to feel a touch dated in places, but that's a matter of taste more than quality. One note, and to be totally fair it was an unbelievably hot day: when we returned from dinner the room was in the mid to high 70s, and it took about an hour and a half to cool down. The staff explained we needed to lower the thermostat in 2-degree increments rather than setting it straight to our target, and they were right, it worked. Still, that's a bit of a workaround at this price point. A lovely property with genuinely gracious service. We'd stay again.

We were assigned a room on the same floor as the lobby, just past the fitness center. From the outside it was as if we were on the second floor. Our single bed was quite wide, the ceiling above the bed was very high, but the bathroom was small, had no spare toilet paper, and only two hooks to hang anything, which made it tough to hang clean clothing and towels to dry for two guests who do not share towels. Speaking of which, towels provided were limited, so when I found a stain on my bath towel and requested a fresh one, they brought me a whole set. After our time here I saw a video by theholdernessfamily mentioning hotel bathrooms with barn doors that don't close tightly. I didn't realize that was a thing. But it proved true here! Also clear glass shower doors which make it impossible to share the bathroom with a gal pal while someone is showering. Our across the hall neighbor was loud. It was as if there was an open house party each night from about 10:30pm to 11:45pm with all the loud comings and goings. Their 24 hour gym had a water fountain. They have a Grab & Go stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, some ice cream, and useful things.

The hotel is impressive in its scale, but more importantly, it is clean and well maintained. Sometimes, various Marriotts, Hiltons, and other chains can let their flagship property in a city become dated and dusty, knowing that people will stay there regardless for various events. Not here - everything was polished and elegant. Our hotel room was spacious, with comfortable beds and perhaps some of the best views we've had in years. On the 12th floor, our view happened to include what seemed like all of Baltimore proper, including its waterfront. Better yet, there was a couch placed near the window, so you could have a scenic view as you curl up with a book! The water pressure in the shower was some sort of "rainfall" setup but functionally terrible. Still, that's not a reason to deduct a star :) The event spaces were beautiful as well, with wonderful harbor views. I didn't get the breakfast buffet, but my husband did while I got nails done. I should have known to lower my expectations and suspect something was awry when I noticed the wilted flowers in the foyer. Apparently, the flowers are refreshed on Thursdays, so I just arrived on the wrong day. But there should never be a wrong day to arrive at the Four Seasons! The air in the hotel lobby was hot and stagnant; I was expecting a cool and aromatic experience upon entry, similar to the Intercontinental or the Sonesta. I tried to ignore the decaying flowers because I was greeted warmly by the doormen and the front desk. I was surprised that I had to ask for slippers as I presumed those, mouthwash, and other toiletries would already be in the room. None of those items were in my room. Shockingly, the robe in my room was dirty! Housekeeping apologized and replaced it within 15 minutes. I was also surprised by how rough the towels were as I am used to Frette and linens of that ilk. This is also supposed to be a resort & spa hotel but it did not feel that way at all. I was also surprised by the brand of soaps and hair products they use here: they smelled like clay. The lotion left a gritty feel on the skin. The products were French (called Codage): Je n'aime pas ça. I went to the gym and was surprised they did not have bar pads for the barbells. If the Portland Harbor Hotel can offer pads for the gym equipment, the Four Seasons can too! In fact, I'm surprised they did not have weightlifting gloves. I was happy to see the orange-infused water and the scented & pre-moistened cold compress clothes. That was nice. The pool was closed for the season, so I could not do that. There was a complimentary sound bath session that I could not partake in since I did not order my room directly with the hotel. I'm not that thirsty for a sound bath but I was hoping to take a regular bath; the hotel does not offer bubble bath. The Portland Harbor Hotel does! I decided to take a shower instead but the faucets are not property calibrated: the hot water is cold & the cold water is hot. Then I tried to rest but I kept hearing doors slam at night and more slamming in the morning. I just assumed it was other guests (since there was a convention this week), but when I went to check-out, I noticed the hotel staff slam a door to a room that only hotel staff have access to near the elevators, you can hear the slams at each end of the hotel corridor. This hotel needs to invest in sound mitigation. I was really hoping for a far better stay as I was contemplating a work retreat here. This was my first experience at a Four Seasons property and it was shockingly disappointing. Baltimore deserves better. This felt more like 2 & half Seasons.

My room Was on the 12th floor but the noise outside from the passing traffic and loiters across the street woke me up and kept me up 3 out of those 5 nights. The bed was comfortable and the room was good. The hotel was nice but it's just the noise outside that was the biggest issue.
