I was given an option that saved me $1800 over 36 months and a $200 gift card. Everything was explained except that I had to use my debit card which was worded as a bank not debit card so my auto pay is on my bank credit card which I thought was a bank card, nope it's not. I could have saved an additional $1260 over 36 months if the actual word debit card was used in the sign up process. Every day wording is essential when explaining contracts to people because everyone knows what debit card means vs bank/card most people don't think of their debit card as a bank card. Debit cards specifically say debit card on them and not bank card. Shame on me for not knowing that and shame on us cellular for not saying the term everyone knows. The $200 dollar gift is only good for 3 months so I put the card on Amazon as my primary credit card on file and I bought a $200 gift card with it that has no expiration date so I could leisurely spend it over time so as to not loose it. Overall I did save at least $2000 + over 36 month without knowing how much my Internet would have gone up over the next 36 months. It's definitely worth looking into for my situation.

Cracked my iPad screen and called around to get it replaced. Called iTC, and they were straight…read moreforward on pricing and advice if I should replace the broken screen or buy a new iPad. The price was definitely less expensive than buying a new iPad. The screen replacement cost with iTC was much less than any other repair business I called. He did a great job with the repair, communicated with me throughout the whole process and followed up if there were any issues. The iPad is working great and I'm really glad I called iTC Repairs. I would 100% recommend iTC for any computer, cell phone or tablet repairs.

An Ipad fell onto a hard floor and the screen was badly smashed. iTC fixed it in just a few hours, for about half the price that Apple would have charged. It's as good as new now! It's rare to get fast, quality work at a reasonable price, but believe it or not, that's what they do here. I hope we never break anything else, but if we do, iTC will be our place to go!

I walked out and said I'd rather deal with it online than spend another minute in the store. I had very valid questions about upgrading phones from different makers and how it would all change my bill and he acted irritated I was even asking him. I have had a much better experiences at this store in the past and the one in Brookfield, but tonight made me question if I even want to stay with AT&T.

A tall (handsome) black man named Patrick ended up helping me swap a couple phones within our family plan. He was patient, helpful, kind, and communicative. We are actually closer to the Germantown location, but we will ONLY come here from now on. I saw other people come in as I was waiting, and the employees all welcomed them kindly and helped with their issues. CUSTOMER SERVICE is so rare these days, so it needs to be called out, and this store has it!! Thank you!
