The employee assisting me rushed through the process, said she didn't have time to complete the trade-in or transfer my data, and moved my appointment to the next day due to being the only one working. When I returned for my rescheduled appointment, both an employee and the general manager were available. The general manager helped me, but her attitude was extremely unprofessional. She was rude, dismissive, and acted as if helping me was an inconvenience. As I was explaining where I left off in the process, she refused to add me to the plan I wanted--even after I showed her the plan directly from Verizon's website. Instead, she pushed a plan I did not want, and it felt like I had to debate her just to get basic assistance. At that point, I decided to go to a different location. I'm local to Blythe, CA, and I strongly recommend others do the same. Verizon is known for great service, but this store does not reflect the company's values or professionalism. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Jonathan did not file my claim for over 120 days despite multiple trips to the store, emails, and telephone calls. Always got a story from Jonathan. Now I am told they will not honor the rebate because it was not filed within 120 days. Jonathan said he would give me a credit on my bill, but I would not receive my $1085.06 back as he had promised. I would not recommend this store to anybody. Jonathan lies and does not follow through with what he tells you he is going to do.

I was told that my phone would be returned to my work the next business day and my Groupon purchase would be refunded. My phone never came. My calls were not returned. I had someone call from another number - The owner answered and when the issue was addressed, he said he was out of state for an emergency. This took place 3 weeks ago. I still have not received my phone (which included my SIM card) or my refund. I had to order a replacement phone. I plan on contacting the Business Bureau regarding this issue. I would stay clear of this service.

In the past, we had contracted with other highly regarded A/V companies in Newport Beach and in other cities, but there is no comparison with Blackstone Technologies in terms of knowledge, technical ability, system operability and customer satisfaction. This firm was recommended by the previous homeowner who had used the firm for upgraded wireless and A/V systems. This owner took the A/V system to the new home (where Blackstone Technologies is doing the installation and upgrades), so we were able to take a solid basic platform design and upgrade it with new equipment and new features including TVs, soundbars, subwoofers and wireless home electronics including a Ring doorbell with remote monitor and Ecobee thermostats. In addition, I wanted to incorporate devices like a VHS player and turntable for use with older recordings, and this was done seamlessly using Sonos technology to allow all devices to play throughout the home and a detached casita. Previous A/V companies were unable to accomplish this. The surround sound in the main viewing and gaming areas is spectacular and it is totally controllable using the Sonos app. Blackstone Technologies provided excellent guidance on the brand, model and size of the TVs based on ambient light, main use (viewing and/or gaming) and picture quality. One attribute that stands out is the firm's curiosity and great interest in technology. As a result, solutions provided are based on research, experience and knowledge of products and apps. For example, Blackstone Technologies delivered a Sonos-controlled system that allows extensive flexibility for watching and listening to different media sources. The value of the firm's tech expertise is manifest in their ability to go deep into systems such as TV settings and Sonos app options when training new users in order to provide an optimum viewing and listening experience. The installation of a Ring doorbell and a remote unit monitoring device were installed in a manner that effectively covers all areas that are important to monitor. The new Ecobee wireless thermostats, like the Ring system, have smartphone control capability and are very easy to use whether on the app or at the small, wall-mounted thermostat. The "customer support" attribute deserves special mention. Kris and Jason have been highly responsive in terms of performing the installation and responding to questions and suggestions during the process. At the end of an installation, Kris says: "If you have any questions, give us a call." When I responded: "I hate to bother you.", Kris replies: "You're our customer!" This is in sharp contrast to firms that require a large annual payment to have timely access to customer and technical support. Ironically, these former firms' installations required frequent follow-up and debugging. Perhaps the reason Blackstone Technologies does not charge for tech support is that the only calls they receive from customers are for new projects in their homes or businesses because, as in our installation, everything worked correctly the first time and every time. I would not hesitate to use Blackstone Technologies in the future or to recommend them to a friend or family member.
