His employees did a half-assed job and left most of the real work to my team. On top of that, one of his workers was openly smoking what appeared to be PCP/K2 right on the job site--in full view of others, including the project manager. That is not only unprofessional, it's unsafe. Between the lack of communication, broken promises, wasted time, and completely inappropriate on-site behavior, I would never recommend subcontracting with this company or trusting them on a professional project.
