My last visit will be my last, I ended up getting an infection on one of my fingers from her cutting to deep into me when she was trimming my cuticles. This used to be a pleasant place. Plenty of staff, snacks provided, great artist but now expect to make an appointment and still wait an hour. There is no consideration. I really wanted to like this place because it's really nice in the inside and unbelievably close to my house. I went for service twice now. Both times it was a nail tech having a verbal blown out disagreement with what the customer wanted verse what the nail tech did. Sa did my pedicure and I thought okay the first time I came everyone here had sore attitudes not this time but I was wrong. I'll get to that but let me tell you about the pedicure. It was absolutely amazing. It's been a while since I've enjoyed a nice all natural pedicure with lemons and oranges. One of the best pedicures I've had in the area. After having an amazing pedicure that was $65 I had a manicure with another person it came out to $23. I've been getting my nails drilled on for over 10 years and now my nails are so thin that they are cracking from my nail bed so I expressed several times I wanted to stay away from the drill and I wanted to focus on nail care with a manicure and regular polish. He looked at me as if asking for nail care service is inappropriate to ask for in a nail salon lol. Then asked me would I care to get the dip powder. I had to tell him again that I didn't want to include the drill in my services so no. Why did he start prepping me for gel polish ANYWAY?!! He started polishing my nails with the clear base coat before the color. Took out the light and everything. I had to say sir I'm serious I don't want gel polish on my nails. He said well okay okay okay. When he started painting my nails the paint was sloppy and he didn't want to take his time or fix the polish correctly. Super lazy. I didn't even get oil on my nails or nothing. It's super annoying that that'll also act like they don't know English. The first time they didn't have a manager/front desk person. The one they have now isn't pleasant. I understand she doing business and want to be direct but this is a self care service it would be nice if she was at least pleasant. She ignores you while she does whatever she needs to do instead of saying, "give me a moment I'll be right with you." Or something because you HAVE to communicate with her. She cash you out. I tried the beautiful shop a second time and it still wasn't a hit for me. I keep wondering if I should book the guy that did my pedicure for all my services because he had premium customer service and willing to give you the service you are asking for. I'll have to keep searching as of now. They have the potential to be an amazing salon. I might give them a try next year and see how the place is doing. read more

WARNING ABOUT RADIANT NAIL SPA ON CONGRESS IN BOYNTON!!! Sorry this is a long one I decided to book myself an appt to get a mani pedi, I had a rough week so I just wanted to pamper myself. The booking online stated that it was $60. One I went in I signed in and the woman who I assume is the owner or manager asked me what I wanted to get today, I told her I wanted the mani pedi. She asked if I wanted to get gel and I told her I just wanted the basic package for $60 and she acknowledged that. I had a great experience there at first and my nail lady was very sweet, but she did end up only putting lotion on one of my arms, forgot to put the top coat on one of my nails and on one hand she didn't let the nail polish cure under the light for long enough and not even 15 minutes after I left the salon one of my nails on that side started peeling and now it's almost halfway peeled and looks very dirty now that dirt has gotten on the non cured polish. I woke up today to find that one of my nails on my other hand is peeling along with the polish on one of my toes. My biggest problem with this place is they kept asking and asking if I wanted gel after I told them over and over that I wanted the basic. They never told me it was extra so after being asked about 3 times if I wanted gel by 3 different people, they never told me it would be extra so I assumed it just came with the package I had gotten since I told them multiple times which package I booked. I get up to the counter to pay and the woman behind the counter told me it was going to be $95!! That's over 1/3 more of what I was expecting to pay and once I told her my issue and how I mentioned multiple times to everyone which package I wanted, she wouldn't take the price down at all and didn't really seem too apologetic. I couldn't leave without paying so I ended up paying and it just wasn't sitting right with me so I called and tried talking to the woman who I first talked to when I walked in there to get my nails done and she claimed that she cannot refund me since I had already paid. Now I was only asking for a$35 refund even though one of my nails was messed up, but now that my nails look like they haven't been done in weeks I am going through my bank for a full refund. read more

I stumbled on this location via Instagram about 5 months ago and had an amazing nail design service. Yesterday, I finally went back and so very excited as I was leaving for a trip the next day - it really was my time to decompress. Now here are the service and what happened: PEDICURE: I first was going to get the Deluxe and told told the Organic was better since it included more massage. Ryan serviced me and while he was pleasant, the cleaning process was painful as he kept poking me with the utensils and I kept asking him for a firmer massage and I got a rub Very unsatisfying! On top on that the gel polish did not come out smooth so quite annoyed. MANICURE: I showed a certain design but nail tech, Helen, had some reserves so we switched the design up so she felt confident. It was nearing closing and I really just wanted my nails done at this point). She was patient and finished the design however it was powder finish was quite bulky and a clean look. EYEBROWS: Helen then did my eyebrows. I laid down and she proceeded to then clean my the area. When that happen, liquid poured into my left eye from the cotton ball and my eye and skin started to burn. She kept saying "why it's water" THEN utter "ohhhhhh it's the cleaner" It smelled like alcohol!!! I ran to the sink to wash my eye out. I was absolutely pissed! My frustration increased because I just realized that I just messed up my lash I JUST DONE 2 hours prior!!! Just very very upsetting. Wax was completed after my eye calmed down. I was STILL charged for the wax and she stood there looking at me for a TIP I don't know her name but the front desk personnel took $20 off my bill and told me to come back for better service. The atmosphere was very nice, the staff was all very pleasant and helpful. The salon near my home I usually go to is very focused on getting as many people in and out as quickly as possible and not very personable, which is ultimately why I decided to find a place where I felt more comfortable and relaxed. Ben was the technician who took care of me. Ben was incredibly nice, patient, and a pleasure to talk to. I am very pleased with how my nails look, and I will definitely be back many times. I had an appointment for 3pm, after I got to a nail techs station it took well over 35 minutes for him just to drill my nails and soak them because of the amount of times he got up and down and left and came back. After my nails soaked for at least 10 minutes he came back and rushed to drill off the rest of my nexgen. He than moved me to another nail techs station. At this point it's 4pm and I've only gotten my old nexgen taken off, nails not even shaped. Another 4-5 minutes go by and I'm greated by the next nail tech who seemed confused as to what was going on. Overall it was an ok job, a little thicker than I like, nicked 2 of my cuticles, didn't put the clear gel coat that they use on the ends of all my nails so you feel the dip end on my nail and used UV light which I don't like, that's why I get dip powder. $43 for Nexgen, $1.50 fee if you use charge, $2 discount if you use cash. Gorgeous nail salon, with a wide range of colors that's why I tried it out in the first place. As the for service, after having an appointment at 3, 2 different nail techs, and leaving at 5:40 only thoroughly satisfied with the color, it could've been an off day but I don't know when or if I'll be back. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! My nails are lifting from my nail bed and it's only been 9 days! (not in previous photos) I have NEVER gotten dip and had it lift from my nails EVER. That's an acrylic issue which is why I don't do acrylic. This place is worse than 1 star. Customer service, quality of service all around unacceptable read more

Had my camera been working on my phone, I would have taken a picture. Not a good first impression for a first time client. I waited to see if the tech would wipe before starting, but she didn't. I also noticed she didn't clean up after finishing another client's pedicure. There were nail clippings all over the floor.
