I mean, I'd like to go out to eat, and then we all get served our food at the same time which to me was a miracle in itself and their parties that Big only have one person working the table sometimes things happen mistakes happen Lukas get lost, etc. but nothing nothing was the other day. Some pieces were charcoal black, which was extremely disappointing. I also ordered pasta that was extremely oily, mushy, and not enjoyable at all. The chicken in the dish was also very poor quality and did not look or taste like what I expected from 110 Grill. What made it worse was how it was handled. There was no apology for the burnt pizza, and it felt like they knew exactly what they served. We also waited an extremely long time for our food even though the restaurant was almost completely empty. Instead of properly resolving the issue or making it right, I was only given $5 off a roughly $100 bill, which did not feel appropriate. The pizza was so overcooked that my teeth were actually hurting awhile after eating it. I expected much better food and service from this location.
