First things first though, when I enter, I immediately scope the clearance section at the back of the store first. If I do not find anything of interest there, then I hit the main aisles. While they have a solid selection of shoes, I prefer their casual/dress shoes to their sneaker selection. I have picked up more loafers and dress shoes from DSW than sneakers for sure. Service at this location is always friendly and helpful. Never had an issue, even with picking up online orders. There may not always be folks available in the moment, but when they are, they are helpful. The store is aging, and could use some TLC throughout the interior and exterior. Parking is plentiful given the location in the shopping plaza. Overall, I am a fan of DSW and this location is convenient for me, so it stays in rotation when I need some new kicks!

Cons: The youth boys section is seriously lacking in sizes 6-10. It is a struggle to ever find my son anything at this location. The shoe section seems to always be out of common sizes (in women's, men's and kids). While there is the option to order on line and ship to the store for free...that doesn't help when I can't ever find anything near our size to be able to guess our sizes. However, after doing a brief research of nearby places to visit to get advice and pointers on shoes - Fleet Feet was the place I ended up deciding on visiting. I guess it was my high expectations based off of reviews of others, but my visit wasn't all that "amazing/great." I felt like the person that "helped" me during my scheduled visit didn't really help much. I was looking for more of a conversation between the employee so that I can make a more informed decision. By the end of it I walked away with a new pair of shoes that I've been testing for roughly a week and a half, and honestly I'm not moved by it. I felt like my decision was rushed and that no real feedback or guidance was provided. I also wouldn't consider myself as a hard or complicated customer/client - I just asked questions but felt like I was pulling teeth.
