First things first though, when I enter, I immediately scope the clearance section at the back of the store first. If I do not find anything of interest there, then I hit the main aisles. While they have a solid selection of shoes, I prefer their casual/dress shoes to their sneaker selection. I have picked up more loafers and dress shoes from DSW than sneakers for sure. Service at this location is always friendly and helpful. Never had an issue, even with picking up online orders. There may not always be folks available in the moment, but when they are, they are helpful. The store is aging, and could use some TLC throughout the interior and exterior. Parking is plentiful given the location in the shopping plaza. Overall, I am a fan of DSW and this location is convenient for me, so it stays in rotation when I need some new kicks!

This is the third or fourth location of Fleet Feet that I have visited in the Nashville metro area and the one thing I enjoy is how consistent they all are across the board from service to cleanliness, condition, and selection! I popped in here to pick up some 5K gear for an upcoming race and decided, when in Rome...and ended up at the shoe and insole wall. As I was looking, Allie, popped by and asked if I needed help. Walked her through what I was after and then off to the races she went. She was able to pull a few sample insoles, allow me to try them on, gave me the details of each, and when I landed on a pair, she trimmed them for me. She was engaged, helpful and super friendly. The store is pretty good size, possibly the largest of the brand in the metro area. I enjoyed wandering around, I like the feet scans and love that they have a dedicated clearance room! Overall, since I have started running, Fleet Feet has become one of my favorite stores, and this location is a good reason why!
