I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse on March 20,…read more2026, around 2:00 p.m. I came in simply looking for shoes for myself and my children. While browsing in the kids' section, I noticed a woman, who later identified herself as the manager, following me around the store. After I moved to the back, she sat down and continued watching me for about 10 minutes while I shopped. I eventually approached her and asked if she was following or watching me. She said no. I then asked if she was the manager, and she confirmed that she was. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and told me I didn't need to know. As a Black college graduate, an English teacher, and a mother of three, I found this experience extremely upsetting and disrespectful. I was treated as if I were doing something wrong when I was simply shopping for my family. No customer should feel singled out or profiled in this way. I completed my purchase and left, but the entire situation left a lasting negative impression. I hope this location takes this seriously and addresses how customers are treated moving forward.

I heard about the Nike Clearance Store in Pasadena from one of my coworkers and my main goal was to…read morego there and get some tennis shoes. I ended up finding so many great deals. I did leave with a pair of tennis shoes and a Nike tank, and I'm not exaggerating when I say this store is amazing. My tennis shoes were $59.99 and the regular price was $130. The deals were seriously worth it. The staff were also great. One worker in particular, Tee helped me with the pricing and made sure I got my 15% discount. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They have a huge selection for women, men, and kids, all discounted from the regular Nike prices. I definitely recommend checking it out.

Horrible establishment with terrible customer service. I visit many shoe stores in Houston and the…read moresurrounding areas and this by far is the worse. VERY LIMITED SELECTION. I was told to hurry up and make a purchase by a manager while deciding which product I was wanting to purchase. I thought maybe he was having a bad day. Only two days later the same manger told my cousin to hurry up and pay while he was looking for his debit card. This is no way to treat a customer. My other concern is on highly anticipated releases they force you to buy merchandise at a certain dollar amount to be eligible to get a pair of shoes. I'm sure this is illegally and I'll be contacting the proper people within the state to find out the exact laws on this manner. Long story short take your money somewhere else where it's appreciated.

This was my first time at this Nordstrom Rack location. I had found what I was looking for on the…read morewebsite the previous evening and went into the store to get it. It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.
