I did leave with a pair of tennis shoes and a Nike tank, and I'm not exaggerating when I say this store is amazing. My tennis shoes were $59.99 and the regular price was $130. The deals were seriously worth it. The staff were also great. One worker in particular, Tee helped me with the pricing and made sure I got my 15% discount. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They have a huge selection for women, men, and kids, all discounted from the regular Nike prices. I definitely recommend checking it out.

I was told to hurry up and make a purchase by a manager while deciding which product I was wanting to purchase. I thought maybe he was having a bad day. Only two days later the same manger told my cousin to hurry up and pay while he was looking for his debit card. This is no way to treat a customer. My other concern is on highly anticipated releases they force you to buy merchandise at a certain dollar amount to be eligible to get a pair of shoes. I'm sure this is illegally and I'll be contacting the proper people within the state to find out the exact laws on this manner. It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.

She insists that you are wrong no matter what and has this mocking way of laughing at you despite there being nothing funny about a situation.
