How did we not know about this place sooner?!? We typically go to the Tangler Outlets Nike store but this place seems to have better deals. My husband and I thought this store had a great selection of discounted clothing, shoes and a socks. I think our biggest find were $80 Nike Kids' Air Force 1s for $39.99! Our kid LOVES them! 6-packs of socks were $15 as opposed to $28 at other stores. Employees seemed helpful. We'll definitely return! read more

This review is for Chad the 40yr old tatted manager. Was disappointed to see that he was adamant on not exchanging my pair of shoes for a simple mistake that was made. Meant to buy a size 8.5 not a size 8. As a result I had to buy another pair. I would understand if it was a day but it was only 10 minutes. I understand there's an all sales final policy but exceptions have been made. Given it was the same day it could have been voided. But Chad refused to listen and stated it was my fault for not trying them on. (They were a gift, I'm a size 12 mens btw). Great deal on the shoe but now paid twice for it. His advice was to resell the shoe on Facebook market place just like all the resellers do. Which is blasphemous. I'm here to purchase a shoe not resell. Overall disappointed that the manager was not resourceful and not understanding of where I was coming from, to have him at the front, you might as well replace Chad with a kiosk. Besides Chad. Generally, I wouldn't rate this store as you pretty much understand that you're here buying shoes from an outlet that couldn't sell in a regular store for whatever reason. I purchased my son a pair of Air Force Ones a month ago and the soles have already separated, so I came to buy him another pair. I got here about 5 minutes before the store opened and there was 50 people in line. After coming out and giving a speech about how running wasn't allowed and people would be asked to leave if they did, they opened the doors and people ran to the shoes and started loading up on the few decent pairs of shoes that were available. By the time I got to the kids shoes, they had two pairs available in my son's size. One was $80 and the other was $115. I thought this was an outlet? I know they don't really give a shit if one customer doesn't come back, but I won't be back. I don't want to browse old overpriced ugly shoes because management allows businesses to storm the store as the doors open to get everything that's decent and affordable. read more

I LOVEE this Nike clearance store! You can literally find at least 1 thing you're going to buy when you're stepping in here. It's separated by one side women/one side mens. This Nike store is big! Most clothes will be separated by sizes in each rack so it's pretty easy to go find your sizes. They have so many options here from college fits, basketball, running, casual. There's many different varieties of colors you could choose from in shirts and shorts!Every time I come in here, I end up walking out with at least 3 items! I can't wait to come back to this store when I'm in the area! Definitely recommend stopping by here to do some shopping! Price: Cost of items here are very affordable and heavily discounted over other outlets! Many items will be $9.99 (a lot of shirts) and you could find some shorts for $14.99 if you're lucky. Woman yoga pants/leggings are $14.99 at the lowest I believe! This store has many things to buy for such a low cost! Of course there will be some items in the $20+ and $35+ as well. You can always buy something at this outlet for a cheap price. I frequently go to this Nike, and you will always receive poor customer service, especially from the employees at the front counter. A gentleman incorrectly provided me with multiple discounts. The register manager swooped in like a superhero and told him he couldn't do it after he did it, and I paid. Now, making him correct the matter, increasing my bill by 10%. I didn't mind the increase, but rather how rude she was. She didn't say anything to me and immediately jumped on the employee in front of the customer. Once I commented on her, she proceeded to stare at me. What happen to the customer is always right. It not all about what you do rather than how you do it. I wish I had known her name so I could report this incident to corporate. read more

Although they did not have a lot of grade school pre school kid sizes right before school start it was a packed store. The associates said they put out what they had. If you where a kids size 5 and above you were pretty set in options. There were many people looking for the lower sizes. The store was clean open airy. They do not accept returns so please make sure you got the right sizes and are completely satisfied with what you are about to purchase. read more

My friend suggested this store for the prices & I'm glad she did. First, this place is huge with a large selection of everything Nike. I was pricing sports bras @ another store, but they were almost half off here. I wasn't able to find any sneakers in my size, but the prices were reasonable. So I saw this place on TikTok. Apparently you can find hidden gems as far as shoes goes here. Me being very easily drawn in by social media hype, I headed on to Pasa-getdown-dena! It's in the big strip center on The Beltway and Fairmont. So it's not like a factory outlet. It's very organized with each half separated by gender. I was very impressed by their clothing selection. I was able to get a bunch of tshirts, shorts and socks. The shoe selection is huge. I wasn't looking for shoes but browsed just in case I ran across something that caught my eye. Keep in mind these may be slightly older styles, but not by much. The prices are really great considering it's Nike. I'll have to come in every time I'm in the area! read more

I used to go to this store all the time. The managers used to be nice, the employees used to be welcoming and the store had a good, fun and positive experience. The last few times I went into the store the vibe is gone, the customer service is helpful and welcoming but they seem to be on pins & needles. The way the store is laid out doesn't make sense anymore. There is also a manager by the name of Jesse, I believe, that was rude and arrogant. I hope this store goes back to how it used to be because I used to enjoy shopping there. read more

Finally a store in Houston with really good bang for my bucks! Plus it was 30 % off a second pair. So I brought two pair of shoes for my son and some Nike biking shorts for myself which put me over $100 and I received a $25 gift card. Everyone was helpful and cool to talk to. read more

Overran by resellers!!!! These ppl literally camp out at this place and annoy the hell out of customers wanting to buy shoes. They will run through the isles stacking up shoes that usually they don't even end up buying. They pile up shoe boxes then research them on the internet to see if they can resell them for a higher price. You can't even get the shoes you want unless your willing to wait for them to finish picking over everything. The manager of this store just sits by and watches. Someone from Nike really needs to come do a pop up visit this place. read more

This store used to be great to come to but now it's just overran by resellers. I finally went today after a year or so of not going and I just happen to find a pair of air Jordan's and was trying them on. I kid you not some dude walked around me 4 times just staring... didn't even try to play it off making me feel very uncomfortable so I ended up talking to one of the employees there and that's when he informed me about the resellers and how they are there from opening to closing just waiting for them to bring out shoes. Wish there was something they could do about those people but since they are paying customers they deal with it, smh definitely don't plan on going back for a while. read more

Excellent option for a great pair of Nikes. I found a few gems in here. In most cases shoes are discounted in addition to the price marked. About 2x more selection and better pricing than outlet stores. The store is staffed pretty well. Minus one star, because when asking for a particular size the store reps willingly look for the shoe but sometimes don't return with the outcome. This has happened to me on two separate occasions. To resolve both times I had to find another associate and describe the first associate to get an update--poor process causing a long waiting time for an answer for customer. Other than that worth a visit if you are a sneaker collector and/or love a bargain. read more

A Nike Clearance store less than15 minutes from where I live is Good and Bad. Good, because so far I've picked up so many shoes here for a lot less than going into a regular foot-action or footlocker. The Bad, this store continues to take my money lol. Negatives: Store can get busy, especially on the weekend and during a big holiday. During these times, the ratio to customers to Nike associates can get bad really quick. A little patience can go a long way. Positives: Great deal on shoes, especially if you're a sneaker-head like me. I've picked up Nike presto for $40, scooped up numerous air maxes, J's, Nike Slides,lebron's, Kobe's and workout gear. They usually hold 20-40% sales weekly which make for even bigger savings. Now, if you looking for the latest shoe that's released, you won't find it here. If you've been waiting for a shoe to drop or missed out on last year model, chances are you can find it here. I am absolutely disappointed with this establishment today. The manager (Anissa) on duty did not allow me restroom access after requesting due to female issues. She looked me square in the eyes to deny me. She followed her company policy to the core. They would rather inconvenience their customers by leaving the store for restroom use at either Petsmart or Michael's. Not only is this an inconvenience, but leaving on place to go to another than returning back seems more unsafe than staying and allowing employees to clean. If an individual enters an establishment with COVID, then they have COVID! The chances are bit higher when they leave to go to another establishment then return again! I have patronized various establishments throughout this Pandemic and have been allowed restroom access within. There is no compassion here! read more

I've been to this store yesterday. I found a pair of shoes that I wanted after a very careful one hour spent on selection. But then I had to go to the restroom before paying. So I gave the shoes to my young son for keeping. But when I got back, the shoes were simply gone! Someone took them away from my son. I asked one employee to inquire who took those shoes away, but he simply said he didn't know and did not even bother to help me out with the situation. I became so enraged! I enjoyed the experience! The environment was lively and vibrant with a live DJ. All items were decently priced for Nike shoes/ appeal. The only word of caution I would give is the following... I personally forgot Nike Shoes run small and narrow. My own personal step is "pronate" feet arch inward when I walk so I had to find a shoe more towards a sneaker with thick solid soles to support my arch. All associates were very helpful and knowledgeable when finding me shoes for my special needs! I will recommend this store to many different friends! read more
